So after a bar start, to slight improvement to absolutely disappointed. Just been and it was fairly busy as you'd expect dinner time. How they managed to serve Cold food when it's busy is beyond me. I even measured the big Mac grande and it was 20°C tops! The cheese didn't even melt. Chips were stale and cold. And so we're the Nuggets But worst of all they are at it again. Order a cheese burger without onion and gherkins and they outdid them selves (see pic). I even had to ask for my fries as they were left out of the bag before leaving.

I can only presume the freshness is because they have to grow the chickens for the sausage and egg McMuffins? At least that would explain the 25 minutes it took from ordering to being ready? All the while trying to keep a hangry toddler from tearing the place to pieces. Not to mention that whilst we were waiting 12 local police officers came and got their orders, and were served faster than us, after we had ordered. Now I am not denying a constable their break, and admittedly “in the community “ is preferable to the station. However locating your entire resource in one location is somewhat questionable. Furthermore they were still eating when we left, so time is not an issue. Either way… save yourself the grief and head over to Tim Hortons next door. Quicker, fresher and a much nicer experience!

Note to oneself, always check your bag before you drive away. They haven't even been able to get the most simple of orders right. If you pay for something you expect to at least be able to eat it!

Not a great experience, waited 15 minutes to 18 minutes to be served! As I was trying to pay by cash. When I got my order, it was wrong! The plain burger had no gherkin or sauce.

Atrocious service considering this has only just opened. 15 minutes for table service after ordering. Coffee cold. We have been disappointed on the three occasions we've used this restaurant. We've now decided to steer clear of McDonald's Rhyl drive thru.

Go late and they run out of wraps. For such a busy place you would thing they would stock enough. I popped over to Aldi after here they had hundreds of the things. Maybe the manager will think on his feet and nip over to stock up. (Just an idea). 9 times out of ten you end up waiting for food to be brought to you. It ain't a bad thing at the end of the day, at least it's been recently cooked. Hard working staff I hope they get looked after.

McDonalds Broughton shopping park last night. First time visit. It is easy to find on the edge of Broughton Shopping Park, North Wales near Chester. Fast Food, open until late. Eat inside as well, with parking around the restaurant. Pay at the desk cash or order on the terminals. Nice and clean modern build restaurant.

Fries are always cold here and i feel like the customer is ignored unless you stop somone and then you feel like an inconvenience. It is cleaner than some other McDonalds tha ive been to though. Shake machine is 'broken' a lot and staff seen eating in the kitchen.

Burger was so good that nothing was left 😍 empty plate gang here

Had a couple of issues with meal at Macdonalds Broughton when a young man brought meal to my car. Fair play to him he was polite and very helpful he went above and beyond to rectify the issues well done Harley keep up the good work.

I mean have you seen how many chips I got in my large chips??? Also 2 happy meals, one with a book and one with a toy (got 2 toys, no explanation from the employee stating otherwise, asked for apple and grape bags to go with them, got 2 melon bags, asked for a different option and was told that's it and the gent walked off. No water for the little one, so his meals, the only reason for us going was useless and we even waited 20 mins for it and the collect and serve.. what a waste of time!!

Couldn't order what I wanted and it cost more when I did order as a result because of part of the meal not being available and so having to order the remaining items separately. Then I was waiting for over 20 minutes because they were "really busy" despite there being hardly anyone in there. Ended up cancelling the order and leaving.

I went yesterday through the drive thru. Although there was no queue, when I got my food it was cold and unedible. Its not the first time either lately. But the first time it happened I thought it was a one off. However its happened again and I won't be going again.

Absolutely disgusting how one of the staff was speaking to us we had to park up which is fine to wait for remainder of food but as it was so busy they wasn’t many places to park as we had to wait behind a stationary car that was on the side a girl came over and u can’t park here but we said we not staying here there a car reversing behind so we can’t reverse back but she just kept saying u can’t park here.

Prefer this McDonald's to others in the area. Service is always good, never have to wait long if you do go in the grill bays. Foods always cooked nice here too, no half cooked fries like the others

Absolutely perfect, I visit quite often to different stores kids and grandkids well they love it! This particular day I treated just myself and the other half I was so in awe that my fillet o fish was so fresh and hot I savoured every flavour with every bite, generally speaking they are barley warm in other stores thank you so much for making my day I will be back xxx

Food was lovely and there was a gentleman clearing away that saw I was on crutches who came and pointed all wet areas in case I slipped and also my husband had our granddaughter and he went and got the highchair. Very helpful and considerate.

The worst mcdonalds you'll ever visit and it's ALWAYS the same! You won't wait any less than 20 mins for your meal only for them to take it from the counter within seconds of shouting your number and then be made to wait a further 5 mins even after just telling a member of staff youre there to collect your meal. Staff are rude and inconsiderate, especially the female manager on shift this day. I won't apologise for not being fast enough for you when I have a 5 month old. Shame customers have to wait 20 minutes and can't complain but you can't wait 20 seconds for us to collect our meals.

Unpalatable Experience at McDonald's My recent visit to McDonald's was a glaring testament to the decline in food quality and service standards at this establishment. The burgers, which should have been hot and juicy, were nothing short of disappointing - they tasted stale and seemed to be simply warmed up instead of freshly cooked. Equally disheartening was the state of the fries. They were far from the crispy and hot fries one usually associates with McDonald's. Instead, they were tepid and seemed as though they had been sitting out for quite some time before being served. This is not the standard one would expect from a global franchise like McDonald's. The lack of care for quality control is alarming and suggests a need for immediate investigation.

Ordered on the app. Had to park up because food wasn't ready. Waited 10 minds for the food, but then had to point out my drinks were missing. After being told they were on their way and waiting another 5 mins with food going cold I had to go in and get them. No apology just a roll of the eyes. I had to ask for straws and napkins. Not impressed. However the new steak burger was good.

If you are not a deliveroo driver, you’re automatically in second place here. Flies everywhere (unconnected). Takes forever to get served cos it seems to be deliveroo first, drive thru second, walk in customers third. Won’t rush back

Over 30 minutes in the drive through tonight between 8:20 & 8:50 from joining the queue to getting my food. Would’ve been faster to go to Tesco and make it myself. I imagine the burgers would’ve cooked quicker in my bloody freezer!!.. I have never known such incompetence at a ‘fast food’ outlet.

Had too wait a long time for the food? We had opted for table delivery...my burger wasn't on the tray so I chased the server back to the counter ,she said she would get me the burger went back to the table ,fries were already cold ...are they trying to hard to please everyone, drive through and restaurant? Won't be going back !.

I normally don't review my orders, but it's been a normal situation now. I ordered Macdonalds from Broughton several times and everytime is always something missing. Sometimes is just straws but other times is a coke or fries or a burger. Why don't check the tickets and bags before send them? So annoying.

Poor service waiting 40 minutes for food while other customers got their food, they forgot our ticket and this has happened twice. Staff did not even bother to offer apologies truly disappointing would not recommend this macdonalds. Often food is also barely warm and just not worth it. There is nothing fast about this place.

Just had a meal brought to the table by a lovely polite waitress called Charlotte. She was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. She’s a credit to McDonald’s.

Drive thru was busy so had the misfortune of having to order inside. While the seating area is relatively clean if you look into the actual food prep area it is filthy, food all over the floor and generaly shabby and to be honest i wont be visting again not that i regularly eat a maccy 🙄

Even though it was stacked out busy we got a table, got table service, at clean tables and the staff were really attentive and lovely. Food was good too. In this day and age this formula should be standard and unfortunately Tim Hortons restaurant next door can't get it right.

Food was good. But the wait for food was nearly 30 minutes. The coffee I received was drinkable straight away, so had obviously been sat on the counter for a while. Was meant to be a quick stop but ended up causing a delay in our journey.

I tried to order 20mcnuggets and the guy just straight up told me no iasked why and he said no you can't lad absolutely vile get him out #bae #blessed

Just popped in for breakfast at 05:30, I very nearly walked back out again. The whole place was disgusting so so dirty, tables littered with rubbish left from the night, car park looked like a rubbish tip and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. I'd really hate to see what the kitchen is like.

On this occasion was not very good it's like no one could be bothered I only ordered a plain mayo chicken an 3 reg fries 2 mcflurrys an was told to park up even though they weren't busy and even worse I was given a plastic knife to eat my mcflurry with an my partner was given a fork to eat hers... absolute joke tbh

Another poor performance from the team at Broughton. Every drive through I get one or more things are wrong. Today half way down the A55 I tasted my drink and low and behold it has no flavor. It’s just carbonated water. I was too far away to be bothered turning around. My as well stop at any other in the area.

Absolutely disgusting service from this macdonalds in Broughton in Salford! Spent £32 on food for kids tea as bank holiday weekend treat. Not only did I wait over 40 mins for the cold food to arrive but when it did the chicken mayo had no chicken on it only lettuce and a plain bun ?!?!? Same with the other and the chicken sandwich. Furious I rang them to complain where I spoke with a manager called Sylwester whose attitude and customer service skills were most definitely lacking ...he said order said no chicken which he thought was strange, I asked as the manager if he thought strange would it not make sense to call me ....the thought didn't cross his mind ! It made more sense for the manager to send me plain bread ?!?!? When I explained how annoyed I was he then proceeded to call me darling ...which as I'm sure you can understand this did not help this situation!! Stay away from this place ! I will never use again !
