I love going to Complete Care on Pearl Street. The Medical Assistant Eduardo is Amazing. He's always Positive, Very Caring and ALWAYS giving good advice. Thanks for Always making me feel comfortable. I Always looking forward to seeing you. Also Michelle Fortune is an Amazing Provider. She listens to your concerns and jumps right on it to see how to fix the problem. The customer service was respectful and fast. The staff I engaged with was helpful and attentive. Dr. Ismail is always a pleasure to see. She is overly concerned and direct when it comes to my health. She's a very beautiful physician who truly cares about the well being of her patients.

I LOVE Dr. Hilli. She is thoughtful, attentive, and thorough. She listens to her patients and provides helpful insight based on her extensive medical knowledge. I only give 4 stars because the office is way overbooked, and I had a two hour wait. Dr. Hilli is worth the wait!

Staff was extremely nice and prompt. Dr. Cruz is so down to earth and easy to talk to about anything! I was in and out within 35 minutes! And don’t even get me started on how good their phlebotomist was. 10/10 place.

Dr. Fortune is a very kind and patient person. She want to know you and make you feel comfortable talking with her. She is one of the most professional Dr. that I have been to. She waited on my husband with care and concern regarding his health issues. She is the only Dr. for us. Thank you Dr. Fortune.

Overall, I recommend complete care. I have been treated well. Dr. Rula Al-Hilli is my primary doctor. I am very confident in her care of me. It is more than a pleasure to see her each visit. She genuinely cares for me and never rushes me out of the office. I have full confidence in her. She’s a gem.

My experience at Complete Care was quick and efficient the nurse that took the information was pleasant and the doctor took time and went over my chart with me an address her concerns and how she was happy with lowering my A1C over all I was pleased with everything.

I Do Not Appreciate how tht Doctor was talking to me like I was Crazy,He kept telling me tht I was Stressed.He also went and checked my history of coming to complete care in the pass years.I Am Not Stressed or am I crazy! I am concerned about my well-being.He made me feel like I was wrong for coming in.I have Never been interrogated like this before.I am Appalled.

She alway stays on me cause I forget. And she actually looks at me not just ask about the problem. I still forgot to ask about a new CPAP machine, cause mine shoots water up my nose. I am very comfortable with her. And that makes me happy.
