Very nice staff, they explain things thoroughly, seem to be conservative in treatment - don't tell you you need things you don't, and they do good work. They aren't great at getting back to you if you've used their online contact form and can't get them on the phone, though, my husband and son didn't receive a return call that way when trying to schedule and appointment - so, that could be improved. Overall, I'm happy there

Carrollwood Dental Group is the the perfect example of a family-oriented dental care facility for your entire family! The dentists and support staff are professional, and your comfort is their priority! The service level is exceptional. They get you in on time. I’ve never had a long wait. Personally I feel Dr. Dennis Winthrop is an excellent dentist who cares about his patients’ dental health. He makes it a point to follow up after a procedure. If you’re looking for excellent dental care you WILL NOT be disappointed!

I broke my tooth on Friday .I got into my dentist on Tuesday!! I was treated very well from all the staff from the reception area to the dental assistant & of course Dr Klein who fixed my broken tooth with a temporary filling until my crown comes in hopefully on June 1st.Dr Klein is retiring June 30th I will miss him but I'm so very happy for his retirement I've been seeing him & going to Carrollwood Dental group for at least 30 yrs are more !! Thank all of you for taking care of me so professionally & getting me painfree from that broken tooth I'm so happy it was able to be fixed sincerely Suzanne Howell.5-16-2023

Dr Winthrop & Dina are very nice and very accommodating. They usually see their patients at 9AM but they took me in at 8:15. They explained to me everything. Gina, at the reception desk is also very nice and friendly. They will make you feel comfortable.

Great staff! Doctor was professional. Good treatment plan. Changed my prescription for infection. Great experience!

Always professional, always on time and always well priced. Full disclosure: I have a family member that works here (I do not get a discount however, so that doesn't color this review.) That out of the way, My kids have been going here for quite a while as well as my wife and myself. I was personally seen today and treated by Dr. Klein who was very good. Tracy and Heather also took very good care of me assuring that I was comfortable and I was in and out within twenty minutes.
