If you are visiting Barbados, check the schedule and try and make it to a Polo match at Apes Hill. It is a beautiful setting, a casual and friendly crowd and a fantastic afternoon out. This is Polo with a Caribbean sense of easy living, no suits and blazers, just shorts and a polo.

Fantastic Course @apeshillbarbados I had the pleasure of experiencing the Apes Hill Golf Course, and I can confidently say that it’s a hidden treasure that promises exceptional value for money. This course is like a fine wine - it’s maturing with grace and is well on its way to becoming the crown jewel of golfing in Barbados. The allure of Apes Hill lies not only in its breathtaking surroundings but also in the true golfing challenge it offers. For golf enthusiasts seeking an authentic and demanding test of their skills, this course is an absolute dream. Designed to be the ultimate challenge for low to mid handicappers, every hole presents a unique puzzle to solve, demanding strategic shots and calculated decisions. What truly sets Apes Hill apart are the awe-inspiring panoramic vistas that unfold as you navigate its meticulously designed layout. From the rugged, crashing waves of the Atlantic side in Bathsheba to the serene and inviting Caribbean Sea along the St. James coast, the views are simply unmatched. The course’s elevation changes provide an immersive experience, making you feel like you’re playing golf within the very heart of the island’s natural beauty. The diversity of the holes is remarkable, and the ever-present Caribbean breeze adds an extra layer of challenge, almost transporting players to a traditional links-style course. The warm and welcoming staff further enhance the experience, making you feel like a valued guest from the moment you arrive. The halfway house, doubling as an outdoor bar, is a stroke of genius, allowing players to recharge while enjoying the stunning scenery. What truly sets Apes Hill apart is the absence of pretentiousness often associated with more established golfing destinations. Here, you’ll find a tight-knit community of fellow golf enthusiasts who appreciate the game for what it is—a sport that brings people together and challenges them in the most satisfying ways. bound to leave a lasting impression on anyone fortunate enough to play I can confidently predict that the development plots for sale will Without a doubt would jump at the chance to play again @apeshilldevelopment @apeshillbarbados @broderickstravel @johnbroderick #rumsourstour2024 #barbs #brodsontour #golf. #apeshill

Food was amazing. The view was amazing! Tell you no lie ! It was very quiet about hardly anyone was there . I think the clubhouse has serious potential. Weddings, parties, ceremonies, encouraging outsiders to come for lunch etc.

The course was well cared for, and the views! The staff are friendly and helpful. They make you feel very welcomed. I went to the old club house and it was quaint. When I returned, they have put up a beautiful new club! Nice people, great course!

Caught a great polo match on Saturday between "Coat of Arms" and "Dusseldorf". The grounds are lovely, the staff are lovely and the atmosphere is very friendly. If you're keen for a polo lesson there's a very kind and talented trainer/manager James Dickson that I'm sure would be happy to help. Looking forward to coming back!

Great golf course, really nice people, great food. Denise is great person to deal with. Perhaps a little more guidance/signage around golf course would help.
