On holiday from UK so had to do a fabric pilgrimage to Abeds. Great selection of dressmaking fabrics. I bought as much as I could possibly carry back in my case! Very reasonable compared to UK prices too. The staff were so smart in their uniforms and name badges, and I loved the old fashioned formality. We USED to have it in England! Thank you 😘🙏🏻

I bought all my materials for my wedding dress and my entire bridal party

It was a good experience. I purchased several prints during the lock down which I made masks with. They always carry fabric that I fancy. Did not have to wait long to be dispatched and the young lady was quite pleasant. I've opted to let her serve me when I go since the pandemic since she has good customer service skills. Next time I shall ask her name or look back at my bill to commend her on her work ethic.

Abed's has the cheapest prices on decorative curtain rods, which is why we went there. This store is usually active which is a sign that their prices are affordable

The customer service has improved over the years since I last visited. The ladies are very helpful, including the males. I realized the male assistant by the cashier, even though he was sanitizing the baskets that we don't touch, he did not sanitize the counter I saw people leaning on and touching. I don't expect the counter to be sanitized every time someone touches it as that may hold up the line but it is an observation.
