I stayed next door at the Hampton Inn for a few days and tried this restaurant several times. All i can say is, they won't be open long if they continue providing this poor quality of service and food. Tonight my brisket had plastic or saran wrap in it. The macaroni and cheese was nuked beyond edibility in the microwave. Ironically the food was cold by the time i walked 2 minutes back to the hotel. I look for them to be shut down by Christmas if they continue in this path. Earlier i had a taco salad that was just average. A brisket sandwich but the brioche bun was cold and extremely hard. Brisket with lukewarm and dry. This is a beautiful restaurant but the poor service is going to be the death of this restaurant.

Have been to the Branding Iron several times now and will go back again. The staff is friendly and engaging and there is a nice selection of menu items and I've tried several, all tasty and decent portions. They also have daily drink specials, live music on certain nights, and slots. It's always been a good time.

This place is really hard to get to they need some signage to direct into this place. The food was very good we had ribs and brisket for dinner. Priced nicely, and the service was very good. They closed out our check and never asked us about the desert. we wanted donuthole sundae oh well next time.

Our 1st time to BI and we will be back for sure. The service and food were very outstanding from the get go. Anyone visiting this place should take the negative reviews on several apps with a grain of salt. We always give a place the chance to impress us and win our loyalty, which is exactly what the BI did. As soon as we walked in we were greated with a nice pleasant smile by Michelle. She was very friendly and made us feel at home. After the initial warm welcome by Michelle, Alicia introduced herself as our waitress and she also had a friendly smile and warm open positive disposition. These friendly vibes lead us to feel at easy and very relaxed. We wanted to sample several items so we started with the firecracker shrimp and hot wings. Both items were spicy but had their own unique flavored sauce. It was very pleasant to realize that BI doesn't use just one kind of sauce for their different menu items. Next we had their bacon jalapeño burger and a half a rack of baby back ribs. We could tell the burger patty was made from fresh ground beef and not prefabricated. The meat was flavorful and spice, it had just the right amount of seasoning. The ribs were tender and the sauce was sweet but not overly so. We will be back soon to try a few of their other items. The food was okay, not the best food but not horrible either. It is a cool place to have some drinks and watch sports

Maybe we caught this place on a bad day but we came here for two reasons. Close to the soccer game we're headed to and Two we seen great reviews on the food. We ordered two drinks a cocktail and beer. Cocktail was standard but beer was served in a dirty glass and out of 16 taps only 3 were available. We got here before a slightly thicker crowd and we were only greeted and ask ready to order within mins. And then asked if we needed a box. No check ins in between. As far as food goes we ordered wings and the chicken pesto sandwich. Wings were same as Cocktail. So just fine. Nothing special. Grilled chicken pesto was so greasy I had to wipe my hands after ever bite. Chicken wasn't dry but was not seasoned and the pesto goes the same. Not very basil forward as pesto should be. So for anyone looking for "over priced & okay" food this is it.

Frequent this place several times and the service is usually on point, but tonight we were informed that they only had one waitress serving the whole establishment. We stayed and witness how stressed the staff was. We learned that the general manager Barry left regardless of staff shortage. Very disappointed to hear that the GM would leave their staff without any solution and to fend for themselves. Food and service is always great, but they need to reassess their GM situation.

The egg-rolls are a must have!! Great atmosphere. There is a jukebox, dart boards, arcade, and slot machines. Bathrooms are always clean. They have outdoor patio seating too. Constantly scheduled with cool guest DJs in their pavilion. The food is good quality priced fairly.

We’re staying at the Hilton near the Branding Iron. Their small menu was in my room and said “room service” but when I called to order, were not sure if they delivered to the hotel. Then when they said they could, they failed to mention there was an $8 charge involved in delivery across the parking lot to the hotel. Their medium cheeseburger was well done despite being asked how we’d like it cooked. We need ketchup and mustard, “oh packets will be in the bag.” Nope. They certainly were not. Won’t make this mistake twice.

I am a regular. The waitresses are the best. They're always attentive and always have the sweetest smiles on their faces. Their cheese curds are amazing. Their donut holes are just right if you have a sweet tooth. I always have the boneless wings. Every Wednesday they have bingo and their long island Ice teas are $5. Side note : if you're looking for a place to watch a game or a fight, there's a chance they have it here.

Came in last night, first time, and definitely not the last! Saturday Night around 9 pm and the atmosphere was great, lots of life and bartenders were very pleasant, fast and fun! :)
