My experience wasn't bad. Sadly, the FOOD WAS GROSS! I arrived at 10:10am. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 2 hasbrowns. I really thought, how could they mess this up? This drive ups employee got the money correct, and they got my food correct. For Mc Ds, this is a huge step in the right direction. I took the first hashbrown out of the bag and unwrapped it. I could smell the grease, I looked at it, I could see, and feel the grease. Yes, I'm a fool. I took a bite anyway. ( in my defense, I was starving) My entire mouth was lined with old grease. Nasty! STORE, CHANGE YOUR OIL! The biscuits were as hard as bricks. Don't serve old food. Keep making it fresh. You got a bad review just because you wouldn't change the grease. Store owner, care more about your customers.

Great customer service! The young lady working here helped us figure out what happened to our food when I took my autistic son to the bathroom. They accidentally threw it out thinking we were done. We didn't even start eating when we left it on the table. But they were very understanding and made another order. Thank you!!!

The food at every McDonald's is usually the same. But sometimes the people working are the one that make the difference! And the employees here in the morning shift are super awesome and very friendly. They make the difference!!

Never gets the order right. But they want $15/ per hour. If I made as many mistakes as they do I would be fired. It was meant as a part time job for retired seniors or school students. It is not a career choice.

Just a little annoying I had to go inside to get my mobile order. Drive thru wasn't an option. Was in my coat and pajamas! Lol. Sorry, had no intention of anyone seeing me. Inside was super clean. I was the only one inside, besides employees. Everyone else was in the drive thru!

Fries were not fresh, i fell like mcdonalds standards are hitting records lows im yet to go to a mcdonalds and find nothing wrong. Mchicken deluxe was fresh. Fries were a disappoinment.

This is my neighborhood McDonald’s so I come here often, but rarely in the mornings. Today I stopped at 1045am to learn that they start lunch at 11 not 1030. Just an FYI for those craving chicken nuggets at 10:30 in the morning. 😁

Nic McDonald's, they need to make sure they are filling the napkins and ketchup cups for the customers but over all decent McDonald's.

Great fast service nuggets were a little over cooked but besides that everything else was good

Placed a mobile order and asked they make it before 11am so I could just pick up breakfast. Even paid in full. Went at 11:10 and was told they couldn’t give it to me because breakfast hours are over. Even thought I placed the order for pick up before 11. Doesn’t make any sense because order should have already been ready. Guy in speaker was annoyed and no help at all

they are not open 24/7!!! they close at 11pm... this is false advertising on Google walked inside to make an order and there was nobody at the register to take my order, seems like they were taking drive-thru orders but ignoring people inside, do better idiots

How awesome would it be if they had the McRib all year round. Id probably gain about 200 lbs. I think McDonald's has the best french fries. McNuggets rule. I need a Mcjordan Special.

Every time I buy coffee and give them the amount of sugar and cream never do it coffee always taste bad when I go to this store. I go to McDonald’s cause the put dug and cream for you when you purchase your coffee but it they don’t then go White Castle or Burger King instead cause there you have to put your own sugar or cream why waste time going to McDonald’s

I ordered hot cakes and Sausage, The Hot cakes must have been re-heated because they were hard as Card board.
