Mr. Tillman, an armed security guard wearing a bodycam, was waking truck drivers up in the middle of the night and threatening them in a rude and hostile manner to move their trucks immediately to their correct spot or he would call a tow truck that would cost them $1,200 if they didn't move it despite having paid $24.00 for parking. Totally unfair, arrogant and reprehensible behavior that needs to be addressed and corrected immediately. The parking assignment and correction should be done on the spot NOT in the middle of the night when people are resting after a hard work's day. Please have some consideration, use some common sense and stop violating a customer's right to rest.

Definitely they’re short on help!! Standing in line for 10 minutes!! Showers wait times almost an1:45 minutes and on the top of that they’re not apologetic!!! 1 person cleaning up the showers and worse goes on break every 15 minutes it looks like!!! Only 3 showers available ! Try to avoid this place if possible car’s parking in trucks spots !!

No space available!! Even fuel islands are fully parked. You can’t get fuel here. They have fuel but trucks are parked at the pumps taking their break. Pay for reserved parking your own risk.

I came to this Pilot when it first opened. Wasn't long before it was an off limits place for me even to scale a load because of the parking situation and poor customer service experience. It's been a couple of years but I was in Chicago for my reset and decided to bobtail and park. I am impressed with how it has improved. Store and bathroom clean, parking lot not full of trucks all over the place, the shower issue still exists with long wait times but the shower was very clean. The young man named Juan did an outstanding job of cleaning the shower. The staff inside the store have been very nice and helpful as well 👍.

Thi pilot is a small but well maintain truck stop, is not the typical huge truck stop but they do take care of it. The people that work here are extremely nice considering what they deal with every day. Since is a small place there is only a few diesel pumps so it can be pack most of the time, please be reasonable and wait in the lines, not a lot of parking spots free so if you want to park here make a reservation. The parking lot seems cleaner than others that I have been to, some trash around but that’s not their fault, I saw people just trow the trash out of their window so please be considerate and put the trash in the trash can, there is even a big dumpster if you keep your trash in a trash bag. I did not take a shower but since is a small place they only have a few so expect a waiting time, the bathrooms are clean and smell fresh. There is a lounge area to relax while you wait for the shower. The food is fresh and doesn’t not look dry out. Overall and Exellent experience.

I came in multiple times to get some food & coffee & gas the GM there is terrible. And like she said she have no problem giving her name. Well here it is the way she talks and treats her employees and guest is terrible. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But when I came back the second time she was yelling at them. I don't like how she treats people. I will not spend anymore of my money there. And if the employee reads this please don't let her treat yall like that. Don't be bullied. No job is worth it. We are all Human

I always have a problem here with the staff. They don't respect the customers. I took a bobtail parking for one night, but I asked the employee if I wanted to take an extra night. He said I have to come and book for another night only. But on the second day, the staff, including the manger, said you have to leave. There is no parking available. I told them that I am here from yesterday anyway, and I do not want a new parking lot for my truck in the parking lot, but they do not speak respectfully, do not smile, and start shouting all the time.

Its december 9th 2023, after spending a good 20 minutes looking through a bin of clearance shirts that they had as i thought it was a good idea for a couple random christmas gifts and as somone who loves deals, i took my time going through it. I have a shoulder bag as a purse and as i would find ones that id like i would throw them over my shoulder after this one made out of a slick material that I found first kept falling back in the bin so i put it through the shoulder strap of my bag hanging out in plain view so that it didnt look as though i was trying to steal it. I didnt tear through the bin wither i left everything better than how i found it actually. Once I have my selected shirts a gentleman asks me where the lids for the coffee cups are and I go over to try and help him and even ask a different associate for him. I go back to the random box I had placed the shirts on directly next to the shirt bin and the deal is 2 for 20 so I'm deciding on which shirts that I am actually going to purchase out of the ones that stood out to me. I go to take the one out of the shoulder strap in sequence after removing the ones from my shoulder and A younger short dark long haired chick comes at me sideways and is like, are you gonna pay for that and I said yea I'm just going through the ones I found to pick what I want and had nowhere to hold this one and she's like you've just been standing there this whole time like that youre trying to put it in your purse just leave. I couldn't believe that I was being accused of stealing clearance t shirts from a gas station at 8:30 in the morning. And I had 4 shirts picked out that I'm actually really bummed I won't get to buy. Super bogus that I'm helping a customer of theirs and then getting kicked out. I no longer feel welcome at this establishment and I actually feel quite offended and not sure what I should have done instead it's not like they have carts and if I were trying to steal something you'd think I'd at least conceal it. I used to spend a decent amount of time and money here, and suggest that people come here. I'm sure the owner would have really appreciated the sales and referrals for business and gaming revenue. I'm hurt, and would like something done about this.
