Absolutely the worst Mexican food we've had in the area. I ordered 3 barbacoa tacos two of them were completely just fat, the barbaco was extremely dry and hard to chew. I also ordered a tamale the tamale arrived crusty, burnt, and dry. When it was delivered my tacos, rice and beans we're all completely mixed. We will never order from this place again

Horrible customer service. Waitress walked away from taking our order, mind you we were not done ordering. We still had to order food for my baby brother. We had to consistently ask different waitresses for things such as a glass of water for my brother, our boxes, etc. because there was CLEARLY a communication malfunction and our waitress was not interested in servicing us properly. We got all of our food at random and overheard the waitresses discussing us in Spanish. Little did they know my mom speaks fluent Spanish. 🙂 Get new staff.

The foid was good . I ordered Bisteca La Mexicana. The steak was more shredded. I wish it was sliced or chopped . Would have made it better . But the flavor and portion were great .

We went there around 4pm, the waitress was nice, the food was made quick, however for it being a Mexican restaurant the taste was missing. We ordered the "Mixed fajitas" (chicken, stake, shrimp) with peppers and onions (could be chopped smaller/thiner). There was a lot of sides to the order, but lacked the spice and flavor. This place has changed since the last time I was there.

The service is outstanding as soon as you walk in you’re greeted . The menu is very self explanatory and the waitress that helped me always double checked to make sure I knew the toppings and if I was okay with certain things which is helpful. I got the chilaquiles rojos con carne and this plate can literally feed two people! I can see why this is my dads favorite breakfast spot!

The food was so good!! Definitely 5/5 stars for food. Though the food was great, there were a couple of things that were off-putting, but won’t be deal breakers for returning. 1) Unfortunately, they used styrofoam cups for all of their drinks, even if you dine in! Not very environmentally friendly. 2) The waitress only came by once to take the order and she never came by again. Someone from the kitchen brought out the food. 3) We had to go to the counter to pay and they didn’t even have our check ready. The woman at the counter undercharged us and stopped me before paying saying she had to redo the check. There’s a charge to use credit card so use cash if you can. When she rang me up the second time, I’m pretty sure she didn’t take off the cash discount, but we never got a receipt to confirm. Despite all this, the food was great so I definitely plan to be back!

Bad costumer service went late. The lady was ruse on the drive thru. The meat wasnt cook right. Ended up throwing it away. And i still gave her a tip. They were just playing in the kitchen drinking.

DONT COME HERE!!! I went today 11/29/22 through the drive they . My total was $17. With some change . I gave the cashier a $20 and she only gives me $1. With some change back . She shorted me a $1 . And when I ask her what’s was the total again she looks annoyed so then I tell her the change back doesn’t make sense cus I gave you a $20 bill . She just look annoyed . So if you want your money to be stolen . DONT COME HERE Also she didn’t give me a receipt . Probably on purpose since now I’m unable to prove it .

My sister and I ate here and the food was really really good. The server was really nice too. I forgot what his name was. Unfortunately they overcharged us 2.99$, BEFORE tax, for an agua fresca. I was really embarrassed to bring it up the employee but I did and she was really nice about it. She called her manager (?), the tall lady with the head set, to see how I could receive my cash back and she opened the register and only gave me 2$ back. She said that was the price I was over charged but the receipt clearly said 2.99$ and I also paid taxes for it. I didn’t want to say anything else because I felt uncomfortable and belittled so I took the 2$ and left. I will never come to this location again. Not a good first experience.

The tacos could be bigger it's gone in two bites and they're pricey. The torta is real small and not alot of ingredients I always ask for extra cheese and avocado but it never happens i won't be spending my money there no more ..

The evening employees are HORRIBLE, particularly the lady named Tina. Very, very bad customer service!! Food is ALWAYS wrong - does not put salsa or utensils in the bag. Last time, no tortillas in the bag for my fajitas. No toppings on tacos. She is very rude and short while taking order. Always says they don’t have things that are on the menu. They close at 12 but she will not take any orders or let you sit once it hits 11. We used to loveeee coming here before Tina worked here, we’ve been dining here for many years. I went to school with the owners son; but she ruined it for us. I called multiple times to speak to the owner, but they refuse to pass the phone and say he’s busy or not there. She ruined the restaurant and atmosphere. Will never go back sadly.

This place has gone downhill fast. I took my family here the other night for dinner and we still left hungry. I was looking forward to a night with no cooking and about a half hour after we left my kids where asking for something to eat. Don't order the tortas they have zero meat on them. The chicken tacos had hard chunks. My burrito dinner was so small. We used to come here all the time and leave full, happy and have leftovers. The bill was $58 and I feel completely robbed of my money. Don't waste your time or money!! Check out Pilot down the street.

I don’t know what happened to this place but I will never spend another dime here; I just wasted $55 tonight; guacamole was premade and brown and not flavor, had a weird taste. Tacos are so small now, two bites it’s gone; the tostadas were the worst; ordered steak, but looking at them I thought I ordered beans, they were soggy and all the ingredients were smashed flat. I’ll stick to going to tequila and Jalisco in Burbank; a little more expensive but worth the money; food’s taste great and isn’t garbage like the food I received tonight. I think maybe this place needs to be inspected. If the food was good like it used to be my review would have been different. Sharon

Today my family and I decided to go have breakfast here. Boy was it the wrong choice. We should have gone to our usual place. The food they served us was two to three days old, this is what the cashier and manager told my husband. Not only did they serve us days old food when my husband asked if he can please have easy onions in his shrimp cocktail it’s like they said yeah ok and just put the whole onion in there. My husband had a chicharrón gordita tortilla hard as a rock seemed as they just threw chicharrones in it with a spoon of salsa not even cooked correctly. I had chicken flautas which were so dry, I forded myself to eat them bcz I had taken medication and wasn’t going to keep waiting for more food. I was already feeling nauseous. The rice looked so old. I wish I had taken pictures but I was just so over it even my husband. I can’t believe that they actually admitted that they cook everything two to three days before. Like how I’ve never heard of this. I would understand one day especially the rice n beans but everything else no. After us sending almost everything back and talking to the manager why we still paid $80 for old food. Never again we will Never come back to this place again. Mind you I work for a fast food chain and we don’t even do that we have so many rules to fallow to even be allowed to serve any food to any customer and believe me days old food we CANNOT DO AT ALL. So how is it that this establishment allows it.

Best place ever Martin and all the staff are awesome Always on top of things. Salsa ranchera is the best. Recommend you get desayuno los comales you won't regret it

The best Mexican food I've have in very very long time. Hot salsa is hot🔥 like it's supposed to be I couldn't stop eating it (that's how I know it's good). Carne asada is a must try. Very authentic.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Firstly, the food choices were incredible and there was something for everyone. The menu was extensive and I was pleased to see plenty of options. But the tacos are always my favorite! Especially the tacos de lengua! 😋 The service was fantastic and our waitresses went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. But what truly stood out was how welcoming and friendly the staff were. We felt like family the entire night, and it was clear that they truly cared about our experience. This kind of hospitality is rare and I couldn't recommend this place enough! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Five stars all around!

A casual place that has never disappointed. The food is amazing. The service is outstanding. I have a ton of food allergies and they are always very attentive and extra cautious with them. I have not had an issue yet. They are so friendly and the atmosphere is clean, bright and just super casual. This has become our go to place for Mexican food. You should really check this place out. One of my favorite dishes, amongst many, is the chiaquiles, delicious.

My family and I always order through the drive through and our order without fail, every single time, it is always wrong. This time around we ordered an al pastor torta, which came as a steak torta, and tacos that were supposed to be only cheese came with extras. But this isn't the first time this has happened and I just can't keep excusing the service. I really like the food here and I want to say wholeheartedly this is a great place but I just can't. They don't do credits for messed up orders unless you physically bring the food back, and from previous experience working in the service industry that's just not right. You order, pay for your food, get home excited to eat and open your tacos to only be disappointed that nothing is right. Only to deal with it, eat, and then call to let them know that it's been happening and for them to offer no solution. Safe to say we will not be ordering from here again.

I missed this place so much because I moved out of state. As soon as I came back, I was treated like family !!! Thank you CoCo. She was our server. She remembered me and automatically new what I wanted. CoCo you're AWESOME!!! Thank you

The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, and they were playing upbeat music in the background with a homage to the Hispanic culture. I'd definitely recommend them!

I ordered the caldo de res. Was not happy. Veggies were a bit hard. Meat was not as tender. Most upsetting thing was they did not give me a piece of corn.

The lady at the drive through told me to pull to the window so I could pick up food but all the lights were out so I drove around a full times. I finally saw that was the right place the woman said we only turn the lights on when people come to pick up the food. The person at the mic in no way made that clear. The food was ok but I would not go out of my way to go back. Too much of a hassle.

I enjoyed the jugo de naranja, i had ordered 2 large. Only got charged for one so it is all good, but I was in a hurry so i couldnt wait for both juices to be made since they forgot to have them ready. Good mexican food. Tacos are a little too small but theyre not that expensive. My favorite is the torta de milanesa de pollo. Breaded chicken torta.

Great food! And they give you complementary chips and chicharrones, but even though they close at 12 am DONT DINE IN at 10 pm OR AFTER because they won’t give you salsas to eat with your tacos.They only gave me the hot salsa that they bring with the chips because the waitress said that after 10 pm they don’t put out hot sauce bottles.

Wow!! I've been here several times. Tonight I came at closing. I placed a to go order inside and watched the staff clean up. I was amazed. They wiped down every surface incliding the side of all cabinets. I already knew that their food was awesome but their cleanliness is above and beyond!! I recommend the fajitas! Deliciouso!!!!

The food was absolutely horrible, not cooked thoroughly at all. I ordered a Carne Asada and it had no seasoning at all.The tacos were ok but only the Asada. The lengua tacos where not even cut correctly just the full pieces also had no flavor. Would not recommend. The waitress just took our order in a rude attitude the whole time, and never came back to ask if we needed anything at all. All in all no good food or service. Google is doing this place a favor by not letting me give it 0 stars.

I’m so disappointed I always come here to eat at this location and as I was eating the beans I felt a piece of plastic in my mouth as i was eating. I easily could’ve swallowed it.

Ordered over the phone, when I went to pick it up they almost forgot my drink until I reminded them about it AFTER they charged me. Get back to my car and they gave me just a torta instead of a torta dinner like I ordered. Went back in to get the rest of my food and they literally dump the frijoles and rice together in one Styrofoam container. Not coming back, that's for sure.

Delicious food! Great customer service. I really enjoy dining in as your experience includes some great fresh chips, salsa, and other small bites. Love the quality of the meats used as well. You won’t regret stopping in.
