No matter what time you come in you’re sitting and waiting a good 3 hours. The receptionist disappears to the back with no communication to those in the lobby. Granted she may be with patients but communicate that cause we sit and we wait. This place is definitely bogus! (Person waiting for receptionist at counter)

The biggest issue was communication and the 4 hr wait to have a physical and drug test completed. I think explaining the process to clients that if it’s just a drug test they would be seen first if it’s a physical it takes time due to short staffing who can complete the physical .. however I was waiting 3 hours to get seen while almost 10-15 patients were called before me , then another woman who came for a physical after me was called before me I asked 3x what was going on and all I was told is you will be next , you will be next … once I was called to the Back it took another hour in the back , had to repeat audio testing due to faulty equipment the manager and tech who helped me were quite great completely different from the front desk staff who clearly needed more help and organization.

I had an appointment for a DOT Drug Screening. The was a wait time of about 1hr, which was okay there were at least 8 people in the waiting room before me. Staff was friendly & kind testing went smoothly. The only thing I have a complaint about, was that it was freezing in the lobby. It was 54 degrees outside and probably 45 in the waiting room.

Epically long wait time. Even with that appointment that was made by my company. The front office lady advised if I came back in the middle of the night it would be quick to get in as they never close. What kind of advice is that?!?! Knowing that I had to take a urinalysis as part of the DOT physical I loaded up on water before I went. Two hours and 40 minutes in the waiting room with a full bladder was not very comfortable. Asked repeatedly when I would be able to get in and they kept telling me I was next. They did not seem to care about me or anybody else in the waiting room.

I had read previous reviews about this Concentra and they were not encouraging. But in my opinion based on the circumstances of coming at 2 a.m. on a Sunday night I think it was awesome. The receptionist was very, professional, friendly and efficient considering she did everything all by herself. The doctor was just as friendly also and he did his job in a professional way and got me out of there asap. It took a little while but not long enough to complain.

This place it is to slow, I was there more than 5 hours for a drog test, the test was yust 10 minutes and took them over 5 hours to call me. And a few more people had the same situation. I do not recommend this place

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The check in process was smooth. I marked them low for wait time. I was there only for an eye exam (I had to read 17 numbers to check for color blindness) for a new job requirement. I drove 30 min to get there and waited for nearly 2.5 hours and had a 30 min drive back. So the wait time for what I needed was awful. They should take into account what each person needs based on acuity and time.

My wait was really long and the staff didn’t seem like they cared to me taken care of.I asked for a manger and they said it wasn’t a manger available to take my complaint. Also the reason my wait was long the staff was talking and playing and didn’t care about the patients that was trying to get seen. I sat for about 3 hours.I strongly believe the staff wanted me to leave.

This establishment is a 24hr clinic open 7 days a week. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. I went for TB testing, required by my job. Two step process. Walked in the ladies were kind and professional. Nice flow, I was in and out both times. Keep up the great work ladies. Thank you!

The problem I have with this place is that they wanted exact change to pay for a DOT physical which didnt make since it was 113.50 I was trying to give them 115.00 they wouldn't take it so I had to leave an go find change at 6 in the morning that is crazy they need to fix that situation

I’ve had to go to this location once a month since the beginning of the year. Every time I get to my appointment on time and have to sit in the waiting room for longer than my actual appointment lasts. This past visit I got there at 11am, didn’t go back to the room until 11:40, the Dr finally came in spoke with me for about 5 minutes and and I had to wait another 30 minutes for paperwork. The staff is pleasant but seem to be tremendously unorganized. Concentra as a whole really isn’t great and that’s not even getting into the lack of treatment/misdiagnosis/aggravation of my injury.

It was a 2 hr wait the service was average.

I've been here previously for several physicals and TB tests over the years. So, I came here for another TB test I needed for work. On Monday 11/9, the wait took over 3 hours, I was mildly annoyed but it's okay, I get it, it's busy, I work as a healthcare professional too. I came back on Wednesday 11/11 to get the test read, which should take less than 10 seconds if it's negative. I came in about 730 pm and I was probably the 5th person in the lobby. I had to wait over 2.5 hours... Now, I got no problems waiting. But I do have a problem when people who came in way after me are getting called back to get taken care of. So, I went to ask the receptionist what was going on and before I said anything she just says "I don't know, I just got here, I don't know". After asking why other people are being seen ahead of me she replies "I don't know, i'm sure your chart is up there". I'm not one to cause a scene, so I did the only thing I could, wait and start writing this review. The receptionist needs to get retrained on her customer service. You probably get a lot of people coming at you for the wait times and that's annoying in it self but it's 930 pm and I'm telling you that I've been waiting for 2 hours and my turn is being skipped should warrant some concern. 'I don't know' is not an acceptable answer unless it's followed with let me find out for you and if you just 'got there' then you should definitely find out. Any customer service training would teach you that. Eventually, by some miracle I hear someone mention a TB test read and a MA called me over. I hope it was the receptionist as this would be her only saving grace. As it turns out, my "chart" wasn't on the wall but instead in a pile of paperwork in the back office. Apparently, there was some confusion on what I needed, which again was a simple TB test read that takes less 10 seconds to see if there's a bump on your arm. So, if the receptionist would've simply checked, she would've found that my chart was not on the wall and my paperwork was missing and got everything sorted out. The MA was nice enough to apologize for the wait and confusion, so thank you for that but this whole experience was unacceptable and might I dare say it, I won't ever come back here again. We sure won't miss each other, but maybe use this as a learning experience to teach some customer service going forward.

This was the slowest experience I’ve ever had taking a drug test of my entire life. An hour and a half for the total experience. understaffed or not, there has to be an easier way or a better system. Now the young lady who collected my specimen, was phenomenal, And courteous.

Avoid this place if you value your time. Came in for two pre-employment drug tests a week apart and both times waited very well over 3 hours each time. The staff each time told me only an hour wait but didn't come close to being accurate. Already had multiple conversations with others waiting with me and this is just the norm to sit and wait hours in their waiting room.

Horrible experience. Spent over 3 hours there for a work related hearing and vision screening. Front desk didn't know who to bill despite my having an appointment setup and them having all of the necessary paperwork. The lobby only had one person upon my arrival yet it still took over a half hr before it was my turn to go back. Had to wait to start the vision screening after getting called out of the lobby because staff couldn't communicate and the room was occupied. When both tests were complete doctor had to do a review of the results. Upon completion of that I was told to wait while she made me copies and I would be free to go. An hour and a half later I'm STILL waiting and she has gone off duty. Noone knew I was still in that exam room despite the markers being out!!!!! If I could go lower then one star I would

The staff was polite and professional. The establishment was very clean and safe. I went in late at night for a work injury and I was back to work the next day. They were very attentive to my overall needs.

My nurse Lisa was absolutely amazing very efficient and patient. Walked me through everything and was so nice. Dr. Ross was also fantastic, I was in and out!

HOW DO YOU SAY IN AND OUT? The receptionist SHARONDA was very nice and got me in to see the nurse right away. and nurse CRYSTAL along with the doctor were nice and friendly..Quick service.

Waited an hour to have a Tb results read. Was told that one of the ladies would come check on my Tb results, didn't happen. The lady at the desk, waited till someone she was training arrived. The 1st lady then asked me again what I was waiting for, you should probably make a note of what I'm there for. Again I waited for an hour to have the clerk/ nurse take 30 seconds or less to read my results and 5 minutes to print out my results. I didn't need to wait for an hour. There were other people that were waiting there before me and when I left had still not been seen.

Front desk staff is cordial, however I have been here since 1pm. It is 4:10 pm right now and still have not been seen. Here for a new hire drug screen and titer. They either need to hire more staff capable of administering titers or get a better crew. 4+ hours is way too long of a wait! I got seen at 4:15pm, the nurse was not ready with supplies needed. I set a timer to see how long it would take her to retrieve supplies - so far it has been 15 min. I will let you know final outcome once she gets back

Lisa was amazing. She made me feel comfortable while taking my blood and was a very nice/genuine person that truly cares about the patients. A+

Took them an hour to run my insurance and tell me it wasn't working which it does but because they didn't let me know in time I couldn't call my insurance before they closed so I wouldve paid out of pocket which I would because I needed to see a doctor. I let them know they then tell me that they don't really look at cuts or wounds there( my case it was a spider bite which i didnt know at the time) and they suggest going somewhere else because their immediate care apparently doesn't look at small injuries I get it if I had a brain tumor or something but a very small cut I was seeking an opinion on come on. I feel because they were busy they wanted to send me away it was Friday I wasn't the only one sent away either telling multiple people over exaggerated wait times it seemed though I didn't hear any stories like the one they told me

I went to this location for a pre screening drug test for new employment. The services at check in was courteous and professional. I was there 2 hours however I got there in the late afternoon. I went to my car to take a break and sure enough when I left out they call my name and I was outside but then they call me also so I wouldn’t lose my place, I thought that was awesome. The service was amazing and quick once they got to me.

I was seen at concentra last week for my DOT and i was seen by MA Jacob he toke care of me he was great to talk and made me feel comfortable. Loves what he dose and it shows

Everyone, receptionists, nurses, and doctors were kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and thorough. And despite the crowded waiting room service was fairly quick. Thank you.

Physicians assistants push for a sleep apnea test was unnecessary and seems likely as a revenue stream generator as only 1 criteria was met. The suggestive action requires 3 criterias to be met. Will not use any Concerta in the future.

The facility for the most part was clean. Due to the world's current positioning I think they could have did a better job of spacing the patients out even though it was a walk in. It was very busy and this facility was clearly understaffed. the intake person really acted like they had a attitude but it was just probably because of the workload. At any cost I do believe a certain level of kindness should be shown to the patients and people waiting to be served.I visited many concentrates before hopefully I never have to go back to that one

The staff here was incredibly helpful and nice. They actually re directed me to the Ed, but refunded me my money an gave me some medical advise that actually ended up saving my life. So thank you concentra!

I arrived at concentra in the evening and was greeted friendly. There wasn’t a long wait time, as I was in and out less than an hour. Their professionalism was exceptional and I would definitely recommend them for all other businesses. Excellent job well done.

Everyone there was cordial the front desk was very friendly the person conducting my new hire testing was fake friendly and that was after we were done, ( the reason for only 4 stars) The person who conducted my physical agility testing handled two people at one time with out a problem and was friendly. Clean environment and well kept equipment.

Very well run, experienced staff. I went for my DOT physical and went through the procedure in a timely process and all test were conducted professionally. Very Pleased.

Due to other locations being closed on Sundays, I had to visit this location. I'm a patient guy, I don't mind waiting. My issue was that I didn't have an authorization form from my job because #1 I didn't know I need one (which was faxed over) and #2 how rude and unprofessional the person behind the counter was. Hearing her eat her chips and talk to the other nurses as if I wasn't there about how unprepared people are when they come here. It wasn't worth the energy or effort to say anything. I simply continued to fill out my paperwork and hand it in. Have the same personality and show the same professionalism that you did when you interviewed for the job.

This place is beyond slow. No sense of care or urgency. I waited entirely too long for routine physical that took less than 5 mins to complete.

I went this place for a drug test for a new job. When I arrived it was only one person in the waiting room. I completed my paperwork and someone misplaced it. I was waiting for over two hours for a test that take 5 minutes. If I would’ve not said anything it appears to me I would have been waiting all night. I was very disappointed with the customer service that was provided to me.

Took almost two hours to be seen. I came in before they were busy and other patients were seen before me. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told back, “I don’t do this.” And proceeded to walk off. VERY. RUDE.

One star is too much for this place... The only reason was there for physical per my employer. After more than 2 Hours I was seen. I told the receptionist many times that I been waiting for over 1 and over 2 hours. All what I got is "Doctor with a Pt". I felt that I was treated like dirt; as they not getting their money for my physical. The Physician Assistance on the other hand nice and polite. She told me thank you and sorry for waiting. Never the less, I will not recommend this place to anyone; its not clean in all ways. I think JACOB need to visit them and shot down till they get it clean. Staff need to learn how to proper get the room ready for next person especially during times like those where infections are on the rise. IF YOU READ THIS, DO NOT GO THERE if you have a choice

Not a good experience. Front desk very rude. Did not understand what a two step TB test was. Did not have documentation I had gotten the first test two days ago. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Special care at this facility

Been sitting here for almost 2 hours, although I was told it “should only take 45 min” waiting to have my pre-employment drug test. 2 hours to pee in a cup. Every single person that has come after me has been brought to the back and most of them have left already. This is total nonsense. I don’t need a physical. I need pee and my blood drawn for titers. Not even going to see a doctor. This is a total joke. As someone in healthcare I get being busy and overwhelmed, but it’s pee and blood. Side note they were very nice when I asked about the wait and when I finally Got back there. Pretty sure they forgot about me. So maybe this isn’t the norm.

Concentra is a good clinic! Fast service they have good people working there.
