Ordered two crispy chicken deluxe. The crispy chicken deluxe sandwich was terrible there was no seasoning ,no salt it was a bland the only thing on the sandwich was 1 tomato slice and some shredded lettuce and a little bit of mayo that was it. I will not be back and I don't recommend this McDonald's they don't even have ketchup for our fry's and when I asked for BBQ sauce the girl said it was 25¢ a pack,😝👎👎

I ordered a large double quarter pounder meal with 20 piece chicken nuggets. I got the food fresh and hot, but the fries were a bit cold, but they were good with the meal. I would recommend you trying their chicken nuggets.

I suggest you go to a other place cause the customers have absolutely killed any joy in these employees by being so entitled. They legit don’t understand they get paid 13.50 , not 15. The customers their also hold up entire lines for minutes instead of f pulling up, even after being told. This is place I’d severely understaffed and over worked, if you want 5 star food I suggest you actually make a reservation for a real restaurant.

The lady that took my order dropped my change @ the window & all she said was woops. She didn't attempt to even fix her mistake. My change is still on the floor @ the window. It wouldn't have fell if it was put in my hand properly. When I got to the window to pay I sat there for about 2 or 3 minutes before she even opened her window. Very unprofessional very rushed. I don't know if I'll be back.

$65.00 order, forgot the milk shake, happy meals with no toys, fries were cold in happy meals &the 2 large fries were cold, double quarter lb burger ($7.00 burger) not in bag. had to drive back to get the missing items, didn't get an apology, just "here you go" and then they kept my receipt.

The food was nicely fresh, better than down the road is. Only issue was asked for no salt but the fry tray wasn't cleaned/ (?) and they were still pretty salty, didn't finish them. Maybe new worker didn't know proper way to do this...

Very very nice location my babies had a ton of fun I had to help my special needs children because for special needs it’s definitely a challenge! Lots of rope but we had a lot of fun and food was good and they allowed me to help my boy.

At check out at last drive thru window I asked the young man 7-28-2023 at 7pm the price of the cheese burger he replied 2.74 I asked wow if didn't know they went up. He replied well I don't make the prices. First of all I know that, I'm a customer that was very rude. I will be back to talk the manager because no one never answer the phone. Someone needs to tell the cashiers to be friendly at all times, he really pissed me off

The night manager here is VERY RACIST and VERY RUDE!! Staff has no manners and horrible training apparently. You don't just treat customers any type of way. I don't know who raised this lady but the store manager needs to check his employees because I'm reporting back to corporate about my experience 😔👎👎👎

We used to go to this place but now its terrible! Clutter everywhere. The store is like a dumpster the staff does not maintain cleanliness. I called staff to clean tables and chair and she just bring a towel… can u have the spray too? Coz you will just clean the table and for sure not the chairs where kids handprints and oils are visible. You wont want to sit in this chair. I AM VOLUNTEERING TO CLEAN YOUR PLACE COZ I CAN’t stand wrappers of burgers, fries scattered in the floor- in and out of your play place is clutters. And the staff say sorry we are understaff… really??? I’ve been here before, the old guy was keeping up with this place… now its a disaster after it was renovated. Young crew just gather in the kitchen. Been a service crew in mcdonalds but we are able to maintain our lobby even we are short of staff. There is not much customers so i think she just making excuses. And dont rub your towel to table to chair! Coz for sure u will not clean the chairs🤪

I went back for a second time because there was something in my food. And the remade it but why did the fry a broken chicken sandwich and serve it to people who are paying. Very unacceptable and disappointed due to the area of this location. I bit my sandwich just for half the meat to fall out. June 13th at 12:45-12:58pm) around that time I received my second messed up sandwich.

First time here. Thought make quick stop on way to midway airport, waited and waited but got no service because they were busy doing drive up orders. Just left after using restrooms. Do not recommend stopping here.

It used to be bright and cheerful and recognizable from a distance to kids...now whatever suit decided to ok this massive overhaul of all McDonald's turning them into grey, bleak, depressing, centers of overpriced meals, tiny playplaces, with uninviting atmosphere.....shame on you Corporate McDonald's but I know you don't GAF because your making money already and that's the name of your game

They have quick pay and cashiers, you'll feel very comfortable with this place and it's services and don't forget their dollar menus, very easy on the wallet and your wallet will appreciated too!!

I wasn’t to happy to see all the fruit flys or nats bugs, not sure what their called but they are flying all around their soda machines you can see them clearly and when you look in the nozzles where the soda comes out of you will see them all in there.. this is how you know they never clean those nozzles…I didn’t want my drink anymore because I didn’t want to be drinking bugs!! I brought it to the cashier in the front attention and she didn’t seem to care or do something about it, or even apologize! I hope the owner will see this and have someone clean those nozzles cause it’s absolutely disgusting. I will not be going back to that mc Donald’s again.

One of the worst in the area, never getting the orders right, management poorly trained. And as huge of a corporation as McDonald’s is, they still have the audacity to charge additional for sauces. Apparently four sauces for 20 nuggets is adequate.

Look I don't do McDonald's reviews often. Since I have started this journey of documenting my road trips and experiences when I moved to the states, I go to McDonald's probably 5 or 6 times a week. This location was unpleasant and for heavens sake downright awful experience. Thuggish staff blasting rap "music". Uncultured swine, not good to see them touching up on my food. I asked for extra Mac sauce and guess what! Recieved NONE! Some little trollop working there was evidently intoxicated and tried to flirt me into tipping. Not happening.

This location in Bridgeview has really good customer service and I normally ask for fries and nuggets well done, and they usually come through! On this particular day I waited extra time in a drive up space to get my order and they did indeed come through with the top few fries being cooke perfect! Yet the rest were dead, soggy, old tasting just plain nasty!

Restaurant is typically pretty clean inside, when the inside is open that is. There are many times that they close the inside during the day (due to limited staff, in my opinion). Food is normally hot and pretty quick, but when they are busy they have a tendency to mess up any special order or request especially in the drive through, so make sure to check before you pull away).

Stopped by for breakfast at this location. We’d ordered the 3 hotcakes with sausage but employee charged us for 3 orders of hotcakes with sausage. Didn’t even get a receipt when we got charged. When we got home we’d realized the mistake and gave them a call. They said they’d refund me the money from employees mistake whenever I would take the other two orders in.. but why would I go out of my way to drop something off to get my money back if I wasn’t at fault? When I was eating my egg McMuffin, I’d also realized that there were egg shells on my egg. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered food around 8pm, and the bread was cardboard dry, asked for extra sauce, which I believe if I didn’t ask for that, my sandwich would’ve been bone dry, the fish sandwich I ordered tasted very old.

This McDonald's can NOT get an order Correct.!!!. Ordered No Mustard due to allergy. Mustard gushing out side of bun. Drink NO ice... received cup of ice with a splash of soda. Presentation of food is Disgusting, made incorrect, service is slow. Shouldn't take a brain surgeon to figure this out. I worked at this location 45 years ago . I didn't need a college degree to do My jobs. Nowadays easier ...they cook tons of burgers in morning and microwave to warm up and throw condiments All over. This was one of the best in the area.. Building was rebuilt years back. The Management along with the employees turned this into The #1 worst McDonald's in the area. 87th & Harlem makes 79th & Roberts Road look like an emporium in comparison. Both should shut down and start at the beginning again. McDonald's and there nasty recooked should be SHUT DOWN.

The food was really hot and good but there was an error on our order. They did fix it but there was some confusion.

On December 9th around 10:00 PM, a fake lashes worker was treating me so rude … obviously she didn’t know how to do her work since I was using the McDonald’s app and she seems like don’t know that you can pay buy it… she gives me the recipe without even apologizing with a very mean way… then I had to ask for her for extra catchup since she didn’t put any…she was even meaner as she didn’t want me to ask for anything and then she said you have to pay extra… I was like pay for ketchup… then she gave me couple and I really felt she’s good throw them on my face. At least do your job professionally then if you act like that I will understand… but you nothing about your job and you’re acting mean.. that’s too much for me.

Went to get some food at 12:30a.m on Tuesday april 26,2022. Both drive through lanes were blocked with cones. Perhaps if they don't want to serve fast food, they shouldn't have a job at a fast food place.

Great restaurant! Very clean especially the kids playground and dinning room which is newly remodeled. Manager is visible, vocal, and runs a tight ship all with a smile on her face! McDonald's often feel like a dime a dozen especially when there is one within a 2 mile radius eveywhere you go. I will gladly patronize this one again in the future! Great manager and staff!!
