The
management

this
branch
1-
The
management
and
some
officials
of
the
managers
inside
the
branch
deal
in
a
bad
way
in
dealing
with
complaints
and
the
staff
default.
When
there
is
an
error
from
one
of
the
employees,
there
is
always
a
delay
in
customer
service,
solving
the
problem
and
extracting
several
justifications
for
the
mistakes
of
the
staff.

Some
employees
are
unprofessional,
there
is
a
delay
In
customer
service
and
bad
treatment
with
customers

For
example,
today
in
the
customer
service
department
there
are
many
customers
and
there
is
no
employee
and
when
one
of
the
officials
spoke,
his
response
was
that
the
employee
would
come
after
fifteen
minutes,
then
we
went
to
another
official
to
ban
an
employee
to
customer
service
to
help
us

A
few
days
ago,
I
told
more
than
one
person
to
help
me,
and

waited
for
more
than
twenty
minutes,
and
no
one
came
to
help
me.
I
told
the
manager,
and

started
discussing
excuses
with
me,

employee

badly
to
me
and

to

with
me

employees,

company
management
could

back
to

and
find
