    Dirty Walmart, the fridge had a bunch of mold growing. Does nobody clean this? It's touching products and someone can get really sick.

    Can I just say, best experience ever. I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible, specially this Walmart. Their customer service has a always being a bad taste in the mouth. Anyways, enough negative talk and let me just say, this experience was a pleasant one. Throughout the store every worker kept greeting me with a good morning and actually acknowledge me. It wasn't like a blah good morning, it was more like a pleasant good morning. I was at the toy section and this nice worker actually acknowledged my needs and got me a cart. He also made me aware of the other new toys they have recently got. To be honest, I'm usually avoid when I ask them questions. They will usually say, whatever we got there that's it with an attitude. Well, not this guy! Walmart should seriously hiring more nice people like him. I did walk thru the whole store and pretty much there was a lot of stocking going on. The cashier was a little sleepy but I think, I woke her up trying to engage into a morning conversation. Overall, I got what I wanted and a little extra which was customer service. Well done Walmart!

    Staff should be more mindful with their costumers, and a little bit of friendliness. Most of the time that I'll ask for certain things, either they'll send me to the wrong section or they're not sure. So I always ended up walking around to find what I really need. I'd like to shop where I can save time, but here I always ended up spending more time just to look specifically for what I need.

    I love that if I can’t find an item & ask I get response as to what have you or not. I wish there was the friendliness that’s not just to say @ Walmart but most retails yet I get it’s due to over work & under paid. I remember when I was in my early 20s working @ Kmart minim wage over work wasn’t as much but my highlight of the day was how they made sure weekly they’re have a meeting for each department and the donuts was great but what I most look forward to was the reason for this importance to the staff as well as it’s primary purpose the business.

    I know we have been having delivery issues, but sometimes I don't see an item in stock for several months. Also, more diet soft drinks should be made available for diabetics. I always see Diet Pepsi but prefer diet Mountain dew.

    The parking lot can be a bit of a hassle depending on what time of the year you go here. The workers are helpful and the shoppers are decent to deal with. I would suggest this location if you need to find what you are looking for because they hardly run out of products here.

    The management is bad in this branch 1- The management and some officials of the managers inside the branch deal in a bad way in dealing with complaints and the staff default. When there is an error from one of the employees, there is always a delay in customer service, solving the problem and extracting several justifications for the mistakes of the staff. 2- Some employees are unprofessional, there is a delay In customer service and bad treatment with customers 3- For example, today in the customer service department there are many customers and there is no employee and when one of the officials spoke, his response was that the employee would come after fifteen minutes, then we went to another official to ban an employee to customer service to help us 4- A few days ago, I told more than one person to help me, and I waited for more than twenty minutes, and no one came to help me. I told the manager, and he started discussing excuses with me, and several times these errors occur. 5- A few months ago, I went to send money and one of the customers told me that the employee spoke badly to me and told us The manager and the employee tried to conflict with me and the other customer, she and her colleague, and the manager held her and some other employees, and the company management could go back to the surveillance cameras and find this recorded with her 6- I hope the company management will find a solution for Lada This branch

    Customer service sucks. Young lady mean mugging me while taping up a box. Who raises these kids nowadays. No respect for elders. Thank God the actual cashier was professional and sweet.

    This store is just fine as far as Walmart stores are concerned it's usually clean a d has everything that I'm looking for when I go but I gave 2 stars because this store switched to full self checkout costing some people their cashier jobs I don't like unloading my cart,scanning everything one item at a time then loading my cart all over again and then when I leave having to wait in a long line so someone can check my cart and receipt if you don't trust us to use self checkout then don't have self checkout

    Very strange vibe entering and exiting the store. I worked as a Customer Host before and welcomed every customer (no matter what). No one spoke when entering or exiting whatsoever. They just stared right through me honestly. Very strange indeed!! Other than the poor customer interaction, there’s a great selection throughout the store. Everything was neat and in place. It’s a massive store, but I was able to find what I needed without any issues. Employees may need a refresher on how to provide friendly service to “ALL” customers. The 2-star rating is due to nonexistent interactions from employees. I would highly recommend this location for its cleanliness and selection.

    I shop there every other day every time I walk out they check my ticket they have this young African boy by the door that always had a attitude when I give him my ticket as if he dosent like me. as if he doesn't care about his job. And honestly I don't like spending my money we're they don't appreciate it. I will definitely won't go back

    Walmart is a store of mass convenience. Amazingly, consumers have the option of purchasing affordable clothing, groceries, electronics, and cosmetics. It's a one-stop shop! Everything is literally at your fingertips. This is why I peruse through the isles slothful in my approach as I meticulously select the items of choice.

    I know exactly where everything is and self check out makes it quicker. The staff is always pleasant. The staff helps me with heavy items by putting them in my cart and in my car.

    Ignorance at its finest, went there in the evening about an hour before they close. I was looking for a particular item I happen to walk by an employee that looked miserable, bitter beyond belief! She was throwing items in the bins that they use anyways I asked a male employee if he knew where the item I needed was he directed me to the miserable lady I had just past. I hesitated to ask but before I could even get the question out of my mouth she swung the bin she was carrying to the side as though implying to get out her way & actually mumbled "I don't have time for this". Please get better home training & just get a different job that doesn't consist of dealing with people, leave the bitter, miserable attitude at the door.

    App said this store had items in stock (and more than just 1 in stock), but when I got there, they had none. Went to the customer service desk to ask if there was a way to see if they had any "in back," and they said they could not, and the app is not correct with inventory. I would have been better off doing a buy online/pick up in store, but pick up was not available for the same day. Why have the app to tell you if a store has it in stock if it is not going to be accurate? I understand if it listed 1 in stock, there would be a chance it was sold, but it was going to allow me to purchase 6 to pick up the next day.

    The young lady who was at the self pay register was very helpful and had great costumer service skills. She was genuine. And not in an obsequious way either. A lot of times when you experience someone in the service industry. They are nice but you can see rite through the ulterior motive.

    If you come here on a Saturday evening and you plan to return some thing, prepare to wait at least 20 min in line just to do a simple return. The customer in front of me was adamant about a two dollar difference, which I offered to give her and refused and held up the line with only one other employee who is new and didn’t know what they were doing. God bless the workers, but they really need to do some thing about How long it takes to do a simple return.

    Nowadays u do your shopping and scan and bag your own....ok i can adjust...why are the lines long? Still. Open more lanes..cut out an employee but still..still a long line where did u improve..I will shop elsewhere.

    Walmarts are usually the worst. Nobody knows anything and good luck finding exclusive merchandise there. Nobody picks up the phone when you call and their phone app list third party prices when you scan items...trash.

    Surprisingly this location has great customer service compared to others. Employees are very knowledgeable of products there. The downfsll is they don't stock as many items as others.

    This Walmart Pharmacy is awesome. The pharmacists are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Prescriptions are filled quickly, and everyone in my household has gotten all flu and COVID shots and boosters here without issues. Thanks for good service when needed!

    Walmart is famous of having a lot of items, with quality and so called cheap prices. Nevertheless, last visit to this Walmart the prices and the quality has been changed to monstrous and too high! I think Americans needs to seek other alternatives and better stores.

    About a month ago I had a bad incident with an employee and a security guard about showing my reciept. Told him I don't have to show nothing! He yells out " security! Security! I'm already out the door and security runs up in front of my cart and starts pushing me back into the store! I'm 70 yrs. old! My friends sister yanked my phone out of my hand to get my reciept to show him and a bunch of employees. I did nothing wrong!! Pushing me backwards with the cart, I could of tripped and fell and got injured. This Walmart is located on 74th Cicero ave. in Bedford Park Illinois.

    Very busy place when we visited, but it was such a joy to see a very happy associate engage the customers with such a great attitude! Sorry I didn't catch her name, but she certainly made me smile!

    Its ok. Only has self check out here!! So people that don't like. Don't go. Cause that's all they have. A poor older lady couldn't do it. An I helped her out. The employee should of helped her. But was to busy looking at her Phone!!

    We spent a lot, so I just that speaks for itself. They had some really good items for less than Dollar Tree which was the greatest for deals. I gave them 4 stars because of the inconvenience of self checkout. Some people still need assistance, and one line is not enough.

😠 Rude. I called to inquire about placing a large order, worth several hundreds of dollars but before I could even finish my question I was rudely hung up on. So disappointing. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
