I come here for my bang cuts every month or so, and usually they do a good job... But, this time they clearly did not! I do not remember the stylist's name, but she had bright red hair and tattoos. I told her they were a little too long and she was like "Really?", which made me a little uneasy why she was questioning me. Anyways, I told her I like my bangs blunt, and have the, rest a little under my eyebrows. My bangs had dried a little oddly and I told her. She then gave me a spray bottle and a comb and my bangs fell way below my eye brows. I thought this was a little unprofessional to have me do it myself. Then she proceeded to cut my bangs. I took a glance in the mirror and did not want to even take a hard look at myself. I felt very uncomfortable because it seemed like she didn't get what it when I said how I wanted them to look. I paid, then I left with my boyfriend. One other thing - They always ask if you want to tip, I usually do but this time I didn't. And when you do give them a tip you have to give it to the stylist, which I think is unprofessional. Then, I went home and I saw that the stylist did not cut all of my bangs and left pieces uncut! I look ridiculous and my bangs are not even. They are uncomfortably too short and such an unprofessional haircut. I am ashamed! She thinned my bangs when I told her I wanted them blunt, she missed strands of hair, did not wipe the millions of baby hairs off my face and overall did not follow my simple requests. Will I be coming back? Most likely not. The best experience I had their was with a male stylist, he really put his heart into the craft and listened to me. The female stylist seemed like she was just there for a job and did my bangs how she knew how to do them.

I had a trim which ended up disastrous. Also I noticed that the tools they’re using are not sanitized before each customer. This is a disgraceful. I expect this to become aware to the company/management.

I grew up in Bridgewater and use to go here every other week and I stopped going because the quality of work became terrible! I decided to give it another try after all these years and sure enough I got a terrible haircut! I'm a guy with short hair and it should be the easiest haircut in the world! A 5-minute haircut at most! It seems they are more focused on rushing so they can get more clients instead of giving quality haircuts. Even after I complained and asked if they could fix it they were unable to do so. Third time I've gone here and had to go home and recut my own hair. There's so many other options in town I don't know why I went back. Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review on a local business but it's repeat terrible business.

My wife took our daughter to ProCuts last night. Melody was the name of her stylist, both my daughter and wife were raving about the service and how nice Melody was. We will definitely be bringing our daughter back for her next styling.

First trim since just before COVID. Walked in, no appointment. Asked for Griffin, who does the best shampoo/scalp massage, I asked for 4-6 inches off, but also said shorter was fine. I've been going here for about 3-4 years and so far I have not been dissatisfied yet.

I feel like this place is always either a hit or miss. I went today and the staff wasn’t super friendly. I asked to get my dead ends cut off and it seemed to me like she was rushing it. She didn’t even brush my hair after she was done with the hair cut or separate my hair back to my middle part. The hair was just pretty much in my face and she asked if I liked it. Not very professional in my opinion.

Griffin always did a stellar job in my dad so I started seeing him myself after a botch job in the Middleboro shop. Love the Bridgewater crew and my cut!

Bailey has a great understanding of color and hair texture and is an exceptional stylist. I would highly recommend Bailey for color, cut and stylist!

I have had the privilege of having Bailey cut my hair a few times. She is excellent stylist and has a great personality. Lou Petruzzelli

Great haircut for a fair price. I used to go to a few different barbers and they’d all charge $25 - $35. Pro Cuts charges $20 and the quality of the haircut is just as good.
