Really enjoyed visiting Bobbie Charles West Village. The location is beautiful and the therapists were lovely. The Fire & Ice facial was relaxing and my skin is looking & feeling great this week.

Best brows I've ever had! I've been to Bobbie Charles in West Village a handful of time now and am blown away by the result every time. Meyka is the brow queen and I have honestly never had better brows in my life. She listened to exactly what I wanted and every time I go back I get the same amazing result. Meyka and the girls at Bobbie Charles are also so lovely and the salon is so nice and very conveniently situated in West End Village. I've recommended Bobbie Charles to everyone I know and couldn't recommend Meyka enough!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Nia was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Best facial I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of facials. The massage was wonderful and didn’t seem rushed at all like it can sometimes. Every step of the facial had more massage. It really was an hour of pure bliss, time out from the stresses of life. This was a gift for me from my friend but I’ll definitely be making this a regular part of my life. Thanks Nia!

I was recommended this place by a friend for a brow wax and left with the best brows of my life! They listened to what I liked and eased me into tinting which I now love. Everyone I have been to here has been so friendly and skilled at what they do, from brows to facials to injections. I've had an amazing experience every time. The space is always clean and makes me feel refreshed and beautiful every time I leave. I can definitely tell a difference in higher quality products/skills and having the services tailored to my wants/needs compared to other places I have been. I absolutely love this place!

Bobbi Charles has a wonderful team and gorgeous premises nestled in West Village, where I live. Jess has given me wonderful treatments and services over the past six months including facials, LED treatment and eyelash tints. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my skin's texture, brightness and hydration. Jess has a lovely light touch and the well priced Medik8 products feel nourishing, smell amazing and soak straight into the skin. Sarah, their marketing manager has been extremely helpful and neither has tried to sell me product or push me into buying additional services. Honestly, the products and services sell themselves. It is worth getting a skin evaluation too so the team can target the right treatments for your skin; they capture multiple images identifying potential issues such as pigmentation and sun exposure. I have been to many top notch salons across Brisbane over the past 25 years including Stephanie's Spa and Retreat. Bobbi Charles ranks at the top. Finally, a little plug for Joey Towels, a Brisbane team, who produce amazing microfibre and bamboo towels. I love the microfibre towels as perfect for apartment living. Ally was incredible. Her attention to detail was next level & i felt like i was in great hands throughout the entire service. Ally took her time and really transformed my eyebrows. Customer service is next level - walking into the salon you are immediately relaxed and greeted by such friendly faces ! The way the team talk and conduct themselves is so sincere and warming. I have been lucky enough to be a model a handful of times and seeing and listening to the way in which the staff are trained was amazing to watch/listen to. The level of care in training is second to none and the support provided by management was so lovely to hear - this care shows in the services I have received since being a model - I can not think of any other salon that shows such love and support to your staff!!

Today I had a follow up treatment for my Advanced Epigenetic Facial + Jessica you are the bom so professional and thorough in you industry. The relaxing massage was just to die for, I went home and slept for two hours. Eyelash extensions! I got mine done and it was my first time ever and they are so gorgeous I’m obsessed with them. Also the staff are really lovely as well- super easy to have a chat to and make you feel really at home while your there. The energy as soon as you work in the door is amazing, it’s really calm and relaxing. I love the way the reception area is decorated and layed out really nice and I think it’s really classy/ sophisticated and you just know that all the work they do at Bobbie Charlie’s is reliable and you can trust them the minute you work through the door. Also all the staff seem so knowledgeable about what they are talking about and it’s really reassuring that you can ask them anything and they know the answer and will be giving you advice on stuff like skin care that is tailored specific to you.

Brows and lashes! I used to be so hesitant and scared to have anyone touch my brows. At the same time really insecure about my lack of brows. Bobbie Charles have been so amazing at guiding me through my brow journey - starting with tinting and now am so proud of my tattooed brows! They held my hand every step of the way and have done such an amazing job in achieving a natural look for me. I always walk away feeling so pretty. It’s amazing how something like freshly lifted eyelashes and sculpted brows can lift your whole face (and self esteem). Truly can’t thank you enough.

Everytime I walk back from work, I see the beautiful Bobbie Charles located in West Village. It got me intrigued to get my my eye brows professionally done, which I have never done before. I made an appointment for a sculpt and tint. I was anxious, but Ally was very good and patient double checking whether I like the shape of my eyebrows before starting the process. She started waxing my eyebrows and tinting it. And my eyebrows are looking great ! Since I am a newbie she recommended to start off with a lighter shade. But the whole process made me more confident to go a bit darker next time. Thanks to Ally for making this newbie feel at ease.

The service is exceptional. I usually get the eyebrow sculpt, henna and eyelash tint. I could not be more happy with the outcome. The girls are professional and lovely. Above and beyond what I have experienced in other salons. I won’t go anywhere else now. Big thank you!
