I've
been
going
to
this
place
on
and
off
for
at
least
4
years
but
I'm
honestly
considering
moving.
The
first
issue
for
the
past
2
yrs
is
that
I
haven't
been
able
to
have
a
regular
employer
do
my
brows.
Its
been
a
different
person
each
time
,
that
may
not
do
the
best
job
as
they
either
hate
their
job
or
they
are
stressed
as
they
are
under
training.
USUALLY
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
this
however
yesterday
I
got
my
eyebrows
waxed
and
shaped
and
the
lady
that
was
doing
this
attempted
to
start
waxing
without
asking
what
shape
I
wanted-
"I
had
to
ask
them
do
you
know
what
type
of
shape
I
want?".
The
lady
rolled
her
eyes
and
then
repetitively
said
that
one
brow
is
higher
than
the
other.
I
said
yes
I
am
aware
of
that
lol
(
aware
as
I
have
had
them
on
my
face
for
the
past
25
years).
The
lady
then
completed
my
brows
but
during
the
wax
the
lady
was
pressing
SO
hard
on
my
eyeballs
and
being
so
rough
during
the
wax.
Not
a
great
experience.
I
went
and
discussed
this
with
the
receptionist
they
assured
me
that
they
will
put
forward
the
complaint
-
but
they
also
suggested
to
respond
to
the
"how
was
your
experience
"message
that
apparently
gets
send
out
and
hour
after
the
completed
appointment.
The
message
never
came
through.
I
was
also
informed
thats
"why
we
make
you
do
a
review
on
the
iPad"-
in
which
every
customer
has
to
fill
and
sign
after
each
treatment.
HOWEVER
its
uncomfortable
to
even
complain
when
you
are
handing
the
ipad
back
to
the
employer
who
had
just
done
the
treatment....
