😐 Eyelashes look amazing. Staff are a bit stand off-ish. This was my first time getting lashes so I was nervous. I was given no after care tips. And pretty much shown to the door. The receptionist was asking how much longer when I hadn't even been in the chair for an hour.... People often mention lashes,

my lash extensions looked good when i left but within minutes i had fall out, it hasn’t been 24 hours and i’ve lost most my set. I should’ve spoked up during the application as i’ve had my lashes done before and i could tell the technician wasn’t pressing down for long enough for the glue to stick. It was very rushed. I’ve had much better sets done for much cheaper.

Had a lash lift and tint done here a few years ago. My lashes were incredibly over-curled. They looked terrible! They were so badly damaged and took a long time to grow out healthily again. The process was also painful. Against my better judgment I went back this year, this time to try lash extensions. Both times I ended up with a stye the next day. The lashes didn't last longer than 2 weeks, even with good aftercare. Crazy overpriced for the quality.

Easy to book, always clean and friendly and their work is consistently excellent (basic brow and lash maintenance).

The floor, blankets, bed and tools in the waxing room were so dirty. The technician did her best with the poor quality wax and strips she had to work with.

Great prices and amazing practices! I can't explain why but my lashes last longer and in comparison to the other places I've been I think they also put on more lashes! Love that. I feel very relaxed there and often fall asleep, they are gentle and good at what they do.

This reviews for lashes seem great but I went for Henna Brows. This was less than a good experience. Dye was uneven as was the shaping. Sorry I can't recommend for this service. I also unexpectedly received a brow wax which I did not ask for. But thankfully was not charged for.

Best lashes I've ever have. Highly recommend. I see Marsha. However all staff are professionally recommended.

I have had a manicure done few days ago. The salon is beautifully decorated and the lady that did my nails is really nice and friendly. Although I do not think the skills are at a high level. I paid $35 for a basic manicure and normal polish. The choice in nail polish colours is very limited. I was also expecting a minimal amount of care taken of my cuticles (oil & pushes) as it is the "basic" of a manicure. I don't recommend the salon for a manicure. Never tried the lashes so I cannot comment on this.

I had a manicure done with shellac. my therapist was lovely and the massage and scrub felt amazing. they have plenty of colours to choose from. however, after a few hours my nails were already chipped. I understand that this happens but I went to yoga and half of my thumb paint had come off. I dropped in the next day and showed them and right away they buffed them out and redid them all for me which was great. but the next day one nail completely came off and one week later I only have 5 nails left which is the least amount of time I've had shellac last for. I haven't tried any other of their other services.
