I
booked
an
intro
dive
and
the
tour
also
included
1
hour
snorkel
equipment
hire,
1
hour
stand
up
paddle
hire,
1
hour
kayak
hire
and
free
land
activities
(bird
feedings).
Unfortunately
the
organization
wasn`t
very
good,
so
I
couldn`t
do
everything.
You
have
to
be
at
the
ferry
terminal
1
hour
prior
to
departure,
but
the
only
thing
you
do
is
collect
your
boarding
pass
in
2
minutes
and
then
wait
1
hour
at
6:30am.
As
soon
as
you
arrive
at
the
island,
you
have
to
go
to
Tangatours
to
hand
in
your
voucher
for
the
dive
(or
whatever
your
activity
is).
The
office
opens
at
9am
and
several
resort
guest
were
already
lined
up.
After
all
the
waiting
you
can
finally
start
the
documentation
(medical
conditions
etc.)
for
the
dive,
which
could
easily
be
done
beforehand
online.
Then
I
went
to
reception
because
nowhere
was
written
on
which
return
ferry
I
was
booked.
Turns
out
4pm
and
as
it
was
already
10:30am
and
the
dive
booked
for
12-2:30pm,
there
was
obviously
not
enough
time
left
for
doing
all
activities.
For
a
20AUD
fee
I
could
rebook
to
the
later
ferry
at
7pm,
well,
I
could
see
the
dolphin
feeding,
but
the
kayak/sup/snorkel
hire
closes
at
4:45pm,
soo
still
not
enough
time
to
do
all
the
hires.
Furthermore
you
have
to
be
aware
that
the
shipwrecks
-as
the
main
attraction-
are
a
20-25min
WALK
away
from
the
resort,
which
means
in
1
hour
snorkeling,
kayaking
or
paddling
you
don`t
get
there.
Long
story
short:
the
tour
operator
should
send
the
documentation
via
email
and
give
clear
instructions
beforehand
how
it
works/what
the
schedule
is.
The
resort
and
island
was
very
beautiful
though,
the
diving
instructor
did
a
good
job
and
in
the
end
it
has
been
a
pleasant
day.
