Amazing place. It's the first time I stepped in to see what's in there. It's a mind blowing collection for all model train collectors, cars, planes, small models of everything you can think of. Loads of introducing hobby games. Architect students, you should visit this place. The small figures, trees, building blocks will make your projects interesting. I loved this place. Staff is very helpful. The car park signage is very confusing. But the car park is for customers visiting these shops dispute the sign parking only for permitted vehicles., Make sure you have at least 45 min if you are going here..

Probably the best range of model railways in Queensland. I have always had great service on what are sadly, due to distance, my rather infrequent visits, but today was nothing short of outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and I am happy to recommend this shop in the highest possible way.

I went to Hobbyrama to have a look at all different things I'm so happy with all my purchases if I couldn't find something Andrew was there to help he is always friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to chat if your looking for diecast cars or trains this is the best place to go all the staff are always happy to help 😊 I would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family

Great stock for heaps of different kinds of hobbies. Some staff were great, some snarky but it may be how I present. Great store otherwise.

Very communicable and have a lot of hard to get stock , especially when stock is hard to find . My one stop shop . I had an issue that they resolved over the phone issuing a refund promptly . Excellent experience in dealings with them , Thank you to Steve and the rest of the team 👍🏻

Drove over an hour to get there today. Honestly was blown away by the range and variety especially for kids/new starters. Will happily drive there when I need supplies. Customer service was great, they knew all the supplies were for my 8 year old daughter who was with me and actually talked to her as the customer which I think is absolutely fantastic. I wished I had grabbed the gentlemen's name. Will update once I've done my next trip. 🙂

Drove 30 minutes to be told to google the paint chart conversion because assisting customers with enquiries is obviously too hard and not worth their time in store. If you are interested in a hobby... google it. The employees are obviously too old to care about assisting people entering the hobby and if thats what where the refer you in the shop they should not be working there. Its just poor sales and poor customer service.
