It was my first time going to this shop. I usually go to the Sunnybank one. The store layout is super cute. It is decorated lovely. Upon entering the store, the staff were welcoming.

8.12.2023 My favourite beverage is the Roasted Brûlée Milk Tea with Agar. Service is fast (5 minutes). Delicious and refreshing!

Overpriced, slow and terrible drinks. It took 20 mins to get my one drink. They didn’t add the additional things I asked and paid for. The drink tasted TERRIBLE. I know the difference between something I personally don’t like and something that’s just straight up not edible. This was terrible. It wasn’t super busy at all and the people making the drinks were fluffing around hence the long wait time. The website they use for online ordering is glitching and doesn’t make much sense. $10 for a drink that taste terrible and I didn’t even get my add ons is just crazy.

I have a been a frequent customer with my partner for the past year and a half. The tea quality here is exceptional and the staff are always friendly. I was very impressed to have walked in a couple of weeks ago to see an online ordering option. I highly recommend the roasted brûlée bubble milk tea… it is the best bubble tea in Brisbane.

The staff there who gave me the drink I ordered was arrogant and impolite. I ordered a grape yakult and it taste quite watery and half of the drink was ice. The generous amount of ice was above average among the drinks I ordered there. Really disappointed this time 👎🏽

Tried a few seasonal options, have to say I loved the yoghurt and mango one the best! Their ovaltine one is the best seller for a reason.

Ordered brulee tea at 8:35 and received it at 9 o'clock, without pearls. The staff wasn't friendly either. Seriously, guys? A 20-minute wait time for a drink is pathetic, especially with three staff members on shift. Wow.

Decided to try a new bubble tea place tonight. Person serving me was friendly and flavour I chose was a surprisingly delicious! Beautiful texture. Can’t wait to go back.
