Be
aware
when
you
go
to
this
place
as
they
often
do
not
have
availability
for
pilates
and
are
not
honest
with
patients!
I
had
my
first
appointment
and
I
decided
to
be
treated
there
based
on
this
plan,
which
was
only
good
for
the
first
2
weeks
and
then
thrown
away.
Even
though
my
specialist
strongly
recommended
twice
that
I
start
pilates
exercises
asap,
my
physio
simply
decided
to
ignore
it
and
for
over
a
month
going
2
to
3
times
a
week
the
only
treatment
I
received
was
dry
needling.
After
spending
over
1,500
dollars
and
discovering
that
they
actually
were
fully
booked
for
Pilates,
I
had
literally
to
beg
for
a
pilates
treatment,
which
after
being
ignored
again,
he
decided
to
go
a
little
more
aggressive
with
the
dry
needling
and
my
pain,
which
was
already
strong,
doubled
and
I
started
having
extreme
sciatica
pain
(which
I
had
never
had
before).
Finally,
after
another
consultation
with
my
specialist,
I
decided
to
return
to
my
family,
where
I
have
more
assistance
as
my
pain
got
much
worse!
There
were
several
emails
with
the
clinic
for
weeks,
trying
to
get
a
decent
position
from
them,
only
when
they
found
out
that
I
was
leaving
Brisbane
they
offered
me
the
possibility
of
3
free
pilates
classes
to
“compensate”
for
what
they
put
me
through.
I
wouldn't
recommend
them
to
anyone,
I've
already
seen
another
comment
here
reporting
similar
thing,
and
coincidentally
speaking
to
a
local
elderly
neighbor
I
discovered
that
she
was
also
neglected
there!
I
summarized
the
whole
situation
a
lot,
but
my
“treatment”
was
a
horror
show,
in
one
of
the
sessions
he
even
dismissed
me
with
a
YouTube
video
telling
me
to
do
yoga
before
pilates
(because
there
was
no
space
and
they
are
not
honest),
when
trying
the
exercises
(totally
contraindicated
according
to
my
specialist)
I
vomited
from
the
pain,
at
one
point
I
was
taking
Oxycodone
for
the
pain!
They
just
don't
care
about
you,
is
just
their
business
and
they'd
rather
keep
you
there
without
treatment
than
be
honest.
After
trying
to
get
a
refund
for
the
horror
show
that
was
my
“treatment”
I
was
either
ignored
or
gaslighted.
Fortunately,
I'm
doing
much
better
now
with
decent
treatment
care
and
family
support!
I
believe
that
if
you
have
access
to
equipment
and
treatments
you
will
be
lucky,
but
this
should
not
be
a
matter
of
luck
and
I
could
not
have
been
more
outraged
and
shocked
by
their
conduct!
I'm
posting
this
here
so
that
you,
new
patients,
can
check
before
your
treatment
whether
you
will
actually
have
access
to
the
facilities,
as
I
don't
want
anyone
to
go
through
what
I
went
through
in
my
most
fragile
moment.
