Michael Streeting, the exercise physiologist at Inspire Health Services, is truly exceptional! After my spinal-fusion surgery, I lacked mobility and had lost most of my prior strength. However, with Michael's guidance, I've achieved new personal bests in both squatting and deadlifting without any pain. He embodies genuine care, demonstrates a profound understanding, educates effectively, and emphasizes the significance of the exercises he prescribes. I wholeheartedly recommend Inspire Health Services and especially Michael. He's truly deserving of every accolade, and yes, even a raise!

I recommend the Inspire team through my own experience, my sons' experiences, and the support they provide to their sporting teams. I have also referred patients to them who provide similar feedback. Very happy. Thanks team!

I have dealt with various physiotherapist in Inspire including Dorothy, ciaran, Jordan and Exercise physiologist including Mark, shannon, Taylah. Angus, Patrick, Lauren Tom. Kevin, Celeste and they are all brilliant, master of their craft. You cannot go wrong with this bunch.

I definitely recommend getting your health in check through Inspire Health! I was able to have a few physio appointments with Sam, who was kind and constantly evaluating how I was progressing, giving me short term relief as well as long term strategies to deal with my back pain. I have also been seeing Aurora for exercise physiology, who’s been bubbly and energetic each appointment, and has been really caring about my recovery. Overall, the services are accessible, and there is a decent amount of parking and public transport nearby (although the practice parking lot can sometimes be difficult to navigate).

I'm sharing my experience based on initial consult and initial communication at inspire health West End which cost $95. I found initial communication dishonest as only after physio consult I found out reformer classes at West End were booked out for weeks and the facility only had 4/5 reformers in a very small room. I was very clear that I was looking for pilates classes at West End however I was encouraged to go to Albion for better facility and more classes.

Friendly staff, they come across very confidently, and are very experienced in all aspects of health , fitness, and general well-being. The gym setting seems relaxed , and practical. And the staff listen, and guide you along , with a S.O.H which is good

I didn't know what to expect from my first consultation but I definitely left feeling confident that I had taken the first step towards reaching my health goals. Liam was professional, genuine and relatable. I felt at ease with sharing my health struggles with him. I'm confident that Liam has the knowledge and experience to keep me accountable.

I've been going to Inspire for about a year now and the quality of care and advice is exceptional. The team have had a massive impact on my health and wellbeing. They have helped diagnose and understand long term RSI issues, developed a tailored training program to build strength, bolstered by physio and massage. This holistic approach means that I feel empowered and supported to achieve my health goals, by an impressive team of professionals who care. I could not be happier. Thank you, Inspire!

Got a referral from my GP so contacted them for a few occasions for a booking, never heard back from them or follow up calls. It tells me they are not very interested in taking bookings.

Both Albion and West End are well set up. Reception staff are lovely. Will has been very thoughtful and professional. He's thorough and always follows up. I also love that he will ask for a senior's opinion (Molly) when he's not 100% confident which shows he's dedicated to giving the best care possible.

The team at Inspire are great, friendly, professional and helpful. Of course they are technically vg too and have made a huge difference for me with the injury rehab and training I've had over the years. Peter

Be aware when you go to this place as they often do not have availability for pilates and are not honest with patients! I had my first appointment and I decided to be treated there based on this plan, which was only good for the first 2 weeks and then thrown away. Even though my specialist strongly recommended twice that I start pilates exercises asap, my physio simply decided to ignore it and for over a month going 2 to 3 times a week the only treatment I received was dry needling. After spending over 1,500 dollars and discovering that they actually were fully booked for Pilates, I had literally to beg for a pilates treatment, which after being ignored again, he decided to go a little more aggressive with the dry needling and my pain, which was already strong, doubled and I started having extreme sciatica pain (which I had never had before). Finally, after another consultation with my specialist, I decided to return to my family, where I have more assistance as my pain got much worse! There were several emails with the clinic for weeks, trying to get a decent position from them, only when they found out that I was leaving Brisbane they offered me the possibility of 3 free pilates classes to “compensate” for what they put me through. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, I've already seen another comment here reporting similar thing, and coincidentally speaking to a local elderly neighbor I discovered that she was also neglected there! I summarized the whole situation a lot, but my “treatment” was a horror show, in one of the sessions he even dismissed me with a YouTube video telling me to do yoga before pilates (because there was no space and they are not honest), when trying the exercises (totally contraindicated according to my specialist) I vomited from the pain, at one point I was taking Oxycodone for the pain! They just don't care about you, is just their business and they'd rather keep you there without treatment than be honest. After trying to get a refund for the horror show that was my “treatment” I was either ignored or gaslighted. Fortunately, I'm doing much better now with decent treatment care and family support! I believe that if you have access to equipment and treatments you will be lucky, but this should not be a matter of luck and I could not have been more outraged and shocked by their conduct! I'm posting this here so that you, new patients, can check before your treatment whether you will actually have access to the facilities, as I don't want anyone to go through what I went through in my most fragile moment.

Absolute legends! 🙌🏾 Seeing Anthony and Rob for 3+ months now post surgery and I'm constantly seeing progress and feeling confidence! 😍 Walked in super sore and tight and after some dry needling, a few cracks and some massage work - I'm feeling phenomenal! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Andy is the Best physio I’ve ever seen! He knew exactly what he was doing from day 1 and even though he didn’t know much about my sport (strongman) he went out of his way to learn and understand the movements to ensure that I could complete my rehab along side my usual training and and had my ready for my next comp with a far stronger shoulder! The entire team at Inspire also made every visit awesome!

Rob is a fantastic Physio! We have a plan for Ex Phys sessions with Sarah that I'm really excited about, and Pilates classes with Rob & other great instructors. Physio check-ins & massage and I am confident my body will be back on track very soon. And my first session with Rob was complimentary 💁‍♀️ What a fantastic way to start this holistic journey! Thank you!

I have partially torn the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in one of the knees earlier this year and was recommended Inspire by some friends and coworkers for a paired physio and in house training clinic to do some targeted rehab and strengthening on the knee. So far, the treatment is great with a clear plan alongside physio treatment to get me strong at the gym, and eventually running and skiing again. Friendly, effective and relieving my symptoms, it's great. I am training with Sarah and seeing Robert for Physio.

I'm very impressed with Inspire - I've been seeing Physio, PT and Dietician to fix some health/body issues. The personal care is brilliant, in addition to the collaboration between all three Inspire team members to ensure the plan is consistent. 10/10 rating !

The team is helpful and takes the time to make sure I am well taken care of after each session. A clinic that really cares and considers the whole person in their treatment and treatment recommendations.

I had the pleasure of having Angus help me through my acl recovery. He was just as committed to making a full recovery as I was. His knowledge exceeded any expectations of mine aswell as his effort, care and attention to detail. His soul focus is for his clients well-being and it was a joy to work with him.

Really great services available at Inspire West End. I've been to see Zoe the dietician and Lachlan the physio, who are both very professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Highly recommend.

Inspire Health Services at West End has saved me from a condition that really affected my mobility and caused me significant pain. My physiotherapist Rob is excellent and he gave me a number of treatments that helped me back to health and mobility. I now do Reformer Pilates to help me to build strength and stay well. Classes are in small groups and there are many classes offered. I go to classes run by my physio Rob and he tailors the exercises specifically to my needs. Because the classes are conducted by a physiotherapist, I can claim a benefit through my health fund. I have also found that every interaction with the reception / administration staff has been really positive. They are friendly, lovely and helpful.

My mother had an appointment with Anthony and it went really well. Anthony is very knowledgeable and super helpful, the facility/gym is well maintained and had lots of equipment. As very common for Brisbane, the receptionist is not very friendly. We look forward to coming back.

Ron’s support in building strength in my recovery from a knee injury has been outstanding. He has designed a program to meet my fitness and health goals. I highly recommend his personal training services. Always professional, motivating and attentive to detail.

Staff are always friendly. Never had an issue. Really love my dietician Zoe and exercise Scientist Rhi- they are great. I suppose from a space point of viewing the west end one is 4 stars, it gets extremely busy in there and quite hectic that’s probably the only issue :)

Excellent treatment from Molly, Dorothy and Sarah. I’ve had chronic pain issues and they have been able to treat and implement an effective plan for me.

  • 5/5 Matin M. 1 year ago on Google
They have good knowledge and they can find the issue immidiately. They know what they are doing exactly. Also they call before your session and ask some questions, just to be prepared for the session inadvance. That's actually great.

As an ageing running enthusiast, I had been hampered in my recovery post-operation from a meniscus tear. It was a slow rehab. And when I was finally able to return to running I found the debilitating hip and lower back aches and pains harder to manage than my obvious lack of conditioning. After seeking assistance from several physios and a podiatrist (without any noticeable improvements), a running mate suggested I book an appointment to see Jordan at Inspire Health Services. I was initially hesitant as I'd already spent a small fortune. But my mate assured me Jordan wasn't a cookie cutter physio, and he knew what he was doing because he's a gun runner himself. So I made the call. It only took a few minutes of Jordan's time for me feel comfortable with his understanding of my dodgy hips and back, and his plan for getting me back on the track and running pain-free. Best of all, the program he suggested for me can be implemented at home. He even took photos and videos of my studio sessions to help me remember the exercises and manage my form. I still have a few weeks of work to do to regain my strength and conditioning but I can feel the nagging aches and pains already starting to ease. I've even thrown away the expensive orthotics one 'expert' recommended I should invest in to solve my problems. I have no hesitation to refer rehabbing runners of all abilities to seek the services of Inspire Health to get back on track sooner. I only wish I'd been made aware of them when I first did my knee.
