No public bathroom available at a service station in such a busy area where it is so hard to get to another servo is wrong.

The team at this 7-eleven are great. Whether it's first thing in the morning, late at night, whether they are 100 customers or just you - they take the time to say a proper g'day and make you feel welcome. Which is a weird thing to say about a servo - but there you go. Management and the staff should both be proud of how well they run the business.

In app promotions are always disappeared from the shelves and trying not to offer free offers to the regular loyal customers at 7-Eleven. It always happens which is so cheap and Disgusting! Not coming back to this 7-eleven it’s a ripoff.. 👎

There is nothing like the great customer service experience like at this 7-Eleven. It's the new management and the new manager Sree is so polite. The customer service she provides is exceptional and very helpful. The place is so clean and the best people work here. This will be my regular stop over from now.

Adi is the best! He went out of his way to support our little state school by sponsoring our Rainbow Run… the kids were so excited to receive their 7 eleven slurpee and donut prizes! It’s lovely to see local businesses active in the community and even better to see how lovely the staff are to our children. Thank you for your support - you guys are above and beyond! 🥳

Prices are high for goods. Petrol is good when cheap price is showing.Good location

Just be great if the pies and rolls were cooked properly or heated up properly. Won't be wasting my money on them again. It's happend to many times. It's not that hard. Definitely when itn5 bucks a pie

The only reason I go to this store is for coffee. The last 5 times I have been in there the coffee machine was either being cleaned in prime lunch hours 1-2 and now its out of order and has been for ages. I feel bad for the tradies who are often lined up in the mornings and lunch to get a coffee, who make the effort to walk in just to find it is STILL out of order. Just pay for a service technician to attend and repair it.

Owner is pretty rude person seem like he don't need any customer in store. On my second visit at this store also same , the lady working over there( name Sarita) too rude seem to be very unhappy to serving customer. She did not even say hello to customer.She didn't speak even one world to customers.

Not a paid advert. But almost EVERY time 7-11 turns out to have the best price even before locked "locked in". I use Fair Fuel app to check price trends, and then lock in the 7-11 and then fill up on the week-end. Only once had the price been even. Plan ahead. The staff are also pleasant, the coffee not bad at all. And I am fussy about my ☕️. The regular night shift chap at Bris East always cheerful! How does he do it?

bad service, the guy who served me named Mr Parka or something, i came around 17:43, his face looked tired and didn't say a word. If you are hiring employees with such tired faces, your store will never be better, other employees often smile when I come here the previous times.

I’m not even from australia but this looks like a nice gas station so I’m giving it five stars. One day I will come here and I’m confident that my opinion will still apply.
