Food & Cocktails were absolutely amazing, however, the lack of service forgetting a soft drink for one of the children at our table, and then forgetting a burger for one of the adults, is unforgivable. When the wait staff told the chef that a burger was missing, he shrugged his shoulders and continued to not make the burger. When we again asked about the missing burger 35 minutes later, it still wasn’t made and we were told that it would be made now. It arrived as we were leaving, incomplete with unmelted cheese. As a party of 8, on a Tuesday night, better service should have been on order, instead we were subjected to appalling service and due to that will never, ever return, nor recommend this establishment

The burgers were very tasty, with lots of choices of sides and drinks. Henry, our official maître d' was so friendly and knowledgeable and made our stay so comfortable and calm. He sorted my 5 fussy little Great Nieces and nephews, who were all talking at once and had a massive fussy appetite, with all the food and drinks they wanted, as well as accommodating the 7 other adults. Amazing job and will definitely be looking forward to catching up again. Thanks HENRY !!

I had a great time here! Between my best friend and I who can put away a feast, we ordered two burgers, the loaded potato gems, and a loaded shake each. It was about $70 total. And we didn't finish it all! Could've done one burg instead of two. The atmosphere was great, the witty menu was well rounded but not too long to overwhelm. The staff were kind and genuine. The food was insanely good and I feel very reasonably priced. My only downside was, as an autistic person, the music was a bit loud, but the music wasn't any different in volume from other burger places, so I don't hold that against them.

Food was fantastic, the loaded fries were amazing and crisp with just the right amount of topping, very tasty! The burgers we got were equally delicious, I got the big poppa and my partner got the fried chicken Weezy. My burger was very nice, the patties, bacon, onion rings and fried cheese were very crispy and yum. The brisket and the cheese were flavourful and the brioche bun was nice. It was a hefty burger, I was very full after it. The chicken burger was also very good, very crunchy and the cheese gravy was excellent. The food was very good overall, my only gripe I suppose would be it is on the more expensive side. 26 dollars for a burger alone is pretty expenny but they do have a deal where the chips are free Monday to Friday between 12-4pm I believe. Paul was our server and he was very friendly and welcoming and I'm certain his moustache would win an award.

I was there for first time today to have a lunch with my partner, the Place is so cool, I like how the restaurant looks and the music too. I had an incident with my food and staff was so friendly and fixed that in a very lovely way, I will come back for sure! ♥️ Food was delicious and my snickers milk shake was yummy 🤤 See you guys

We had been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally had some time to head out there. Well worth the drive! The staff were amazing friendly and professional. Visited Milky Lane at Gasworks, Brisbane and tried their small sides platter. The mac and cheese croquettes and pop korn chicken were standout delights. Also enjoyed the Milky Lane and Big L burgers - both packed with flavor. Highly recommend this place for a tasty meal. Will definitely return!

Service was great and friendly but drinks are just so bad. Food is ok but would not revisit. It is sweet and just not worth the price. They look fun and all but rarely any alcohol in them. For the price it is overpriced for these shots and drinks. There are better bars similar in fortitude valley.

The man who served us, Henry, at the Newstead restaurant was the happiest man alive I swear. Very very attentive & helpful. Was running around busy keeping on top of everything. The food was incredible as always 😊

I'm so impressed hands down best burger I ever had honestly, we did expect it to be more of a gimmick but definitely out did themselves. My partner and I had the Chic- Kanye burger with mash potato balls, pop-korn chicken, loaded fries with a loaded bueno thickshake and loaded donut churros fries. Our waiter Jake, he was very helpful and went and checked out the ingredients in the shake for me also which helped make our decision in ordering. We will definitely coming back again and again.

Great venue, excellent service and a good mix of food. I ordered myself the big poppa burger and was very happy with the flavor. Definitely recommend trying the burger even if you have to half it with someone else. The others at the table ordered different burgers and they were alright but yeah big poppa is where it's at. We then decided to order dessert and got the churro chips and they were amazing. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is just we had to wait quite a while for our desert but I don't blame anyone it did get quite busy after our mains. Definitely still worth a go and will be back to get a beer tower next time.

How do you have a rating of 4.1? Everytime I have been here they have messed up the order, been a really long wait, rude staff or have forgotten our order all together. Last night was your last chance. Never going back. We waited over 2 hrs because the WiFi was down 10mins. They staff were lovely and gave us a discount but that does not make up for the wait times. They forgot our order and had to process it again. We didn't even get an drinks or snacks while waiting! And no updates, we just sat there for hours. Then when our food came it was all the wrong orders or they doubled up on orders. This always happens!! I feel sorry for your staff. I feel ripped off paying anything.

Their burgers is just wowzii. We loved their chicken popcorn and all their choco drinks. The good thing is halal and you can mention it so they’ll make sure it’s doesn’t touch the non halal food.

Delicious food and great atmosphere music not too loud which is great not to scream at each other over music. very busy. Suggestions would be for wait staff to have dedicated sections as we waited half hour before order was taken and others who came before us were served prior. need a store at springfield it would be so busy! otherwise we will be back

Milky Lane has been recommended a few times, and we've finally made it. We were welcomed by Henry and he made sure we were looked after so well. We ordered the Post Malone, Kevin Bacon with a loaded Fries to share. The Strawberry Vanilla Mojito was a hit and I had one of Newstaed brewing beers. I recommend these guys for a meal.

After my son had repeatedly recommended we try Milky Lane, we finally found opportunity to go. Food was good. Enjoyed the Post Malone, the Kevin Bacon, loaded fries, and a strawberry vanilla mojito. But it's the service that deserves more than the 5 stars 🌟 Talk about looked after! I arrive after a 10 mile hike on crutches, and am met by superstar Henry, with sympathy and understanding. He seated us most considerately, shortest distance, and the most comfortable seat, considering my leg. The menu was fully run through, and decisions were made. The Kevin Bacon was loaded with meat and bacon, and most importantly, sauce. The loaded fries were saucy, cheesy and yet still crispy. I had the Post Malone, which was good, but could have been awesome, if it'd just had more sauce. I had nothing drip out, and used the Kevin Bacon sauce for the last few bites. However our protagonist Henry strikes again, making sure I'm able to wait comfortably, then helping us get me safely to the car the easiest way possible, holding doors and calling lifts. Will we be going back? I think that's a definite yes!

NEVER DISAPPOINTS. Milky lane has easily become our go to place for great burgers and great service. Paul was our server today and he was AWESOME, amazing energy and vibe. Wings/beer deal was great and the Kevin Bacon burger was perfect.

First time ever having the Milky Lane experience and I'll definitely be going back! Service was wonderful, the staff are really lovely and my goodness were the desserts just so decadent! They even treated us to a free cookie skillet, just because... wow thank you!

Thanks to Henry (Ex Mackay boy) and all other staff members and Chiefs. First time ever at this food franchise and he made us laugh and the mood was so relaxing. Great advice on what to eat. It's kool how Henry went out of his way to sing happy birthday to a few other patrons and they were filled with smiles. Food and drinks were sublime, high sugar, high fat, exactly what we wanted. Henry's service was fantastic. Atmosphere lost points for it being a little loud but that's to be expected with this style of establishment.

I've read about this place and thought it might be nice to try a meal here for the first time. From the get go, the staff was already lacking. A friend & I waited several minutes standing in the doorway before anyone approached us and told us to take a seat. The gentleman was pretty carefree about it all and we decided to sit outside and we were handed menus not long after that. Approximately 10-15mins later, the gentleman approached again and took our orders. I mentioned about some house water for the table and he said he would be right back with some. Barely five minutes after ordering, the large chips had already come out. What I expected in my mind was different to what came out. A small basket, yet we paid $8.80 for that. Already slightly annoyed, I saw the burgers for our table were sitting in the overhead heater, yet no one grabbed them for a good 4-5minutes. Once the burgers and our other drinks we ordered arrived, I again asked if we could have some house water for the table. No one returned. Roughly 15mins into eating our meals, I looked around for the gentleman who served us the food, who immediately knew what I was talking about and returned with house water finally. Overall the entire experience was pretty ho-hum. The pricing for the burgers and drinks was okay, but the price you pay for a large chips is petty at best, considering the minimal quantity. When it comes down to it, its the service that really let down the experience. Disjointed and not cohesive is probably the best way to sum it up. For what might seem like a petty request for house water was an ordeal in itself. You should not have to ask three separate times for house water, when it's something basic supplied when you sit down at a café or restaurant. The scary thing is, this was a week night and there were maybe 6-7 tables of customers. I'd hate to see how this place can cope on a busier night or weekend service. Going by the other reviews I've read on here, it seems to be a ongoing and notable issue.
