Probably not worth going here unless you have regular scripts/the need for medical certificates. The doctor I saw was GOOGLING which medication they should give me, in front of me. Not medical research websites - Google. And for a separate issue, they misinterpreted my blood test results & gave me false information. The wait times aren’t terrible, but one time when the doctor was quite late, I assumed they were with another patient. They weren’t, they were picking up their kids from school. I’m not going to be mad about that on its own, I just think it would have been nice to have a heads up that there’s be a wait time.

Dr Vashali has been my GP for years. I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is very knowledgeable.

We booked an appointment last minute on saturday afternoon when we couldn't get in anywhere else. We had a lovely doctor who looked after us. Thank you

Been going there for a number of years now. A well run practice. On time, and feel well looked after. Dr Yose is my current doctor there. He is attentive, friendly, and professional. 👍👍

Don't use Dr Uzma Riddell if you have anything tricky. I've been seeing specialists over a number of health issues I have and then whenever I need to liase with her over my results she makes me feel small as if there's nothing wrong with me, even to the point of saying that the specialists are wrong or exaggerating the results. Good Doctors are usually happy to hear your history and would then work with you to find solutions, but instead she always starts with the mindset that I was a hypochondriac and she always tries to blunt and further tests. I just want to fix myself but I feel like she's doing everything she can just to make me go away. I always leave her feeling frustrated and belittled. I miss my old GP who welcomed all the information I had and actively tried to solve my health issues.

We have been using Marshal Lane for our whole family since relocating to Australia 5 years ago. They have always gone above and beyond for my family and have treated sensitive health concerns with professionalism, integrity and ethically. We have since moved, however have kept Marshal Lane Medical Centre as our doctor centre due to this. The team as a whole, not just the doctors, have always made our experiences there very personal and generate a sense of calm for our young children too. Thankyou to the whole crew.

Was told to book an appointment for a biopsy with the dr and nurse were both working. Receptionist said she would call to confirm and that never happened. I had to call and rebooked for a few weeks later as both dr and nurse were not working when they had booked me in and No appointments available. Appointment is meant for this Saturday. Received a call Tuesday to say they booked me in with the wrong dr and would call me back which again never occurred. Just tried calling ttjis afternoon Wednesday to see if they actually have made a booking and no answer just an answering machine stating they are open 7am to 7pm and I called outside of hours when it’s 515pm. I have NO IDEA whether f I have a booking or not. Problem is dr said extremely important to have this biopsy within the next 4 weeks. 4 weeks is up tomorrow and all I have received is stuff up after stuff up and horrific customer service. I hope the biopsy doesn’t reveal something sinister. Appears to me this medical group doesn’t give a dam about anyone’s wellbeing only booking people in for simple appointments so they receive their money from Medicare. Have no faith in these people.

Excellent experience here with Dr. Vaishali Mehta. Her profound knowledge about women’s health is extraordinary and she made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommended and coming back.

Dr Yose Terry Anggoro- Doctors known to refuse assisting patients seeking help with tests as small as bloodwork. Citing it being controversial and too regulated. No answer when asked to explain these statements. Was asked to leave the exam room. There's plenty more doctors to take your choice from.

The experience was warm and the whole was executed perfectly from the reception all the way to Dr Raj. The Dr requested to be called a couple hours later as a follow up call to ensure that my 13 year old son was recovering better from food poisoning. I could hear genuine joy in the doctor’s voice when I informed my son was getting better which is extremely these days. This place will be always our first choice when seeking medical attention. Keep it up guys with the excellent service.

Dr Yose has been a great doctor and has treated me multiple times this past year. He genuinely listens to me and illustrate the problem at hand my sharing both the details illustrated with picture on his computer. I always welcomed by him as well as the reception and will continue to visit this clinic when need be.

I was charged incorrectly for a consultation by this medical centre. They did not offer a reimbursement but instead contacted Medicare who subsequently drew a cheque for the Dr I saw. The cheque was sent to me by Medicare 6 weeks later which I then had to take to the Medical Centre so I could eventually receive the reimbursement. But no! The owner would not allow the administration staff to provide the reimbursement. I had to wait until the cheque from the Reserve Bank of Australia cleared into the Centre’s bank account and only then would I get my reimbursement. Never mind about the 2 trips of roughly 30 minutes each I had to make to the Centre to sort this mess out and the associated costs I incurred in the process as a result of the Centre’s mistake. The owner of the Marshall Lane Medical Centre is clearly solely focused on money which is perhaps unsurprising. I won't be using them again and suggest others look elsewhere.
