Dr
Michelle
BURROWs.
Awful
Doctor.
A
long
appt
was
made
three
weeks
in
advance
for
my
partner
to
see
her.
Received
a
text
message
the
day
before
asking
if
still
attending.
He
went
there
only
to
be
told
she
only
does
phone
appts
and
can't
see
him.
The
reason
he
went
to
see
her
is
because
he
suffers
from
severe
depression
and
anxiety
and
it
is
at
the
worst
it's
ever
been
for
him.
She
was
the
only
doctor
he
felt
comfortable
going
to
speak
to.
And
he
needed
HELP.
He
told
the
receptionist,
he
can't
do
phone
appts,
he's
had
a
very
bad
mental
health
break
down
and
he
needs
help
with
his
anxiety'
The
receptionist
went
and
spoke
to
Doctor
Michelle
BURROWS,
and
came
back
saying
to
him
'She
will
let
you
sit
outside
and
call
you
there?'
he
told
her
again,
his
anxiety
is
SO
bad
right
now,
he
physically
CANT
bring
himself
to
answer
any
phone
calls,
that's
how
bad
his
mental
health
is
right
now.'
The
receptionist
spoke
to
Doctor
BURROWS
once
again,
and
he
was
then
sent
away.
He
was
sent
away
in
the
middle
of
a
mental
health
crisis,
feeling
suicidal....
sent
away
without
care.
Which
anyone
who
understands
mental
health,
that
is
COMPLETELY
unacceptable
for
a
Doctor
to
do.
It
is
malpractice.
Because
if
he
leaves,
and
kills
himself,
it's
her
fault.
Because
she
had
a
duty
of
care
to
her
patient,
who
was
THERE
to
see
her
for
F&CKING
HELP.!
There
was
no
email
or
text
message
sent
to
him
advising
she
is
only
taking
phone
appointments,
and
there
was
notification
when
making
the
appointment
that
she
only
takes
phone
appointments.
He
received
a
message
the
day
before
saying
'are
you
still
coming?.'
which
he
replied
'yes.'
He
is
struggling
with
severe
mental
health
issues,
he
needed
help
with
this,
and
he
was
sent
away.
If
I
wasn't
here
to
talk
to
him,
he
could
have
committed
suicide
in
that
moment.
Absolutely
shameful
practices.
