These guys are the best! The topaz from my wedding ring had fallen out, these guys remade the claws so the ring would be secure and did an express job as I needed it for an event. Sue was so courteous and kind and I very much valued her recommendations ! They treated me like family ❤

Had the connection part of my silver necklace chain replaced. The part they replaced looked identical to the last. Very warm and friendly staff. And they also had the necklace and other necklace parts washed and shined-up.

Seemed nice & good reviews, but I don't recommend them. My engagement ring resizing turned into a lengthy & very expensive ordeal...close to $800 over a number of weeks of back & forth, repairs & finally them remaking the setting...but cherry on the top is when I got it back in one piece they had taken unapproved, completely unmentioned license & modified the design???? My amazing jeweller who made my wedding band was horrified with my experience & he was very unimpressed with the actual work to the ring. My experience might just be a horrible one off... but not worth the risk.

The service was great, fast and efficient, but best of all was the friendly and helpful advice I received from staff when I had a few questions. Gillett's had the exact ring i wanted, and after I paid it off after several weeks, it arrived promptly with a certificate of authentication. This was over ten years ago, and I have worn it every day since then next to my wedding ring - also from Gillett's!. Still sparkling today . I love it, thank you!

My partner bought me a ring online for my birthday, that's I'd seen in a local store. Gillett's pricing was considerably more competitive. The ring is carbon fibre and titanium. My expectations were managed in terms of timing and it is exactly what I ordered. The communications from Gillett's were great and I'm very happy with their service overall.

Gilletts is an amazing jewellery store. The staff are fabulous going out of their way to help deliver not only quality items but the BEST client service I have experienced from a jewellery store. After purchasing my husband’s wedding ring from Gilletts ten years ago, we had to replace it due to his having lost weight. I checked the Gilletts website and it was no longer listed. So, we went to the usual walk-in stores with no luck finding the same unique band. We were told it was no longer made – and shown other inferior, overpriced rings. On a whim I emailed Gilletts, explained that we had bought the ring from them ten years ago and had to replace it but wanted the same band. The team at Gilletts, found our records (including the engraving), located the SAME ring, organised everything and kept in constant communication with me as I was organising it as a surprise. Here is the amazing thing..... The ring wasn’t an expensive one – but still they treated the request and service like it was just as important. They understood that it was significance to us, especially given my husband is a soldier and he had worn the original one overseas many times. With so many jewellery stores online nowadays, it is rare to find a store that shows this much care and consideration. I have no hesitation in buying jewellery from them as it will be quality, well priced and the staff genuinely care about their customers. Gilletts – are amazing indeed!

Great experience dealing with Craig and the team purchasing my husband's wedding band on their online website. Highly responsive - for example, made some initial enquiries and after ordering I realised I hadnt received a shipping/order confirmation - on all occasions Craig gave me a timely update/response - we received the ring a few days after. My husband LOVES the ring (we tried on QUITE a few and this is only one he liked) - there was such a generous range that we could choose the metal and mm width of the ring which was important to him as he had something specific in mind. It's perfect. Craig also recommended a good local engraver which was very helpful.

The young lady with brown hair who wears glasses is VERY rude and abrupt! There is no need to yell at customers if they are looking and if you ask a customer what they are looking for and the response is MALE jewellery, do not be a smart mouth and rude going on about how you have earrings there when its clearly women’s jewellery only! Then get annoyed when the customer says it’s okay there’s only womens. Do not go there unless you want to get yelled at for no reason!

Great reliable jewellery store tucked away in a small shop in Nundah QLD. I have been here several times and have had pieces made and also bought items straight off the shelf. The best service, advice and outcome! We worked with Trevor on an insurance replacement item. The process was so easy and gave us great confidence through each step, from preliminary design discussions, to 3D model printing to the end product. Trevor was patient, listened to what I was looking for and made some excellent suggestions that greatly improved the design. I ended up with a unique and very high quality ring that I am so impressed with. Would 100% recommend to others!

Really disappointment with this site. Bought a ring for my wife's and my anniversary to be told days after purchase it was on back order and no guarantee was given of delivery time. Websites should not sell products it is not in stock ..... Just saying.

Trev and his experienced and expert staff listened to my idea to produce a completely personalised gift. After much collaboration and sharing of ideas Trev and his talented staff turned my dream into a reality. Greg was awestruck by his unique present especially the details unique to his car like his number plate, driving lights and the splash of the same blue which covers his car. You guys are amazing!

Unbelievably good service from Clayfield Jewellery. Went in with an unusual request to get help with some delicate metalwork repairs. Not only did they agree to attempt repairs, they provided a quote, and said they wouldn't charge me unless it was successful repaired. Two days later, I received a call that it was a successful repair and on collection they didn't charge me a cent more than the quote and the job was completed to an immaculate standard. Clayfield Jewellery went above and beyond and delivered 10/10 results. Will definitely return for some jewellery in the future!

I was happy with the engagement ring I had designed and made by Stephen. He was supportive of using a blue sapphire which was unlike other jewelers who tried to always push a diamond and he also actually stuck to our nominated budget.

Absolutely joke of a company

May 2018 my lovely man proposed to me at The Matterhorn; being my second marriage I wanted something different, "Arty". Stephen Dibb, back in The Brisbane Arcade had the answer. Today i still receive compliments about the setting and design of my African Marmalade Garnet, offset with white diamonds travelling down the golden band.

Stephen was very helpful and informative, not to mention patient with people who aren't sure what they want! The ring is stunning.
