I have been visiting B Clinic for nearly 10 years. Always happy, never any problems and always a fantastic result. Have booked my second appointment for the month.

Visited b clinic a few days ago for my first cautious foray into injectables. I’ve been resisting it until the point where people thought I was frowning when I wasn’t. Not going to lie: I’d been nervous about what might go wrong, and how much it was going to cost me. Dr Mitch explained the process and what to expect very well, and analysed my face. He used no sales pressure and said I could think about it if I wasn’t sure. After talking to him though I felt I was in safe hands - I felt he understood the intricate muscles of the face, and wasn’t going to make me look weird. Just 2-3 days in and I can already see the difference. I’m really pleased with the pricing system (you pay for the result you want rather than per unit - so can come back for more in a week or so if it’s not enough) and the results. Really it’s the price of a really good pair of shoes, and definitely worth it.

I’ve been going to B Clinic for at least 10 years and I would not even think about going anywhere else. Dr Elle is amazing as is Dr Lee, Marian and Selina. Between Dr Elle and Selina my skin has never looked better. Everyone always asks me about my skin and I’m 51 and that’s thanks to BClinic xx

i have been going to b clinic fortitude valley just over a year now, and i cant fault them ! Dr Mitch is so lovely , down to earth , and very talented when it comes to non surgical treatment. He has a talk with you to start to work out everything gives you his advice , realstic results, and price. i have been to alot of places and been doing this for a while and i can honestly say the bclinic , Dr mitch and there lovely reception staff have been the best practice i have been to all round. The recpetion staff are a big impact on why the practice is so great. they are extremly welcoming, efficent , helpful, well presented, and are always flexible if i need to change appts last minute etc. they always find a way to accomdate me without making me feel like its a big deal or a inconivence. I never write google reviews , but i feel like i should give credit where credit is due!!. Also i know this indrustry is flooded and it can be confusing to know who is the right person so i feel like i should share my thoughts and hopefully give others some insight on what clinic is right for them.

I have been going to see the amazing Dr Lee for over 13 years! I am one of the original Renew New clients and have been going to Dr Lee right back from my modelling days through to my current days as a mema aka grandma to keep me looking and feeling fresh. He is very dedicated and honest and always delivers the best results at very competitive prices. The girls are amazing and always make me feel like family. They go above and beyond to fit me in and are always so real and genuine. Qualities rare these days. I look forward to my little visits and wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else. I went to Selina for a laser treatment and I am so happy I did. She is highly educated and experienced in her field. I've tried a few different practices over the years, but now I've found Dr Mitch Evans @ b clinic I won't be going anywhere else. Dr Evans is very skilled and knowledgeable, and has helped me achieve the exact results I was after, every time. On top of that, he's great at making you feel very relaxed.

I was recommended Dr Frank by A Plastic Surgeon I had recently had facial surgery due to many years of DV wity my former husband of 17 years I had low sekf esteem due to the scaring and damage to my face .after plastic surgery I had damage to my left eye nerves which made it drop in appearance and water .I went to Dr Frank rather than having further surgery .Dr Frank used filler to raise my cheek which solved my eye problem .Dr Frank was so caring and wonderful he's such a lovely person and I have since had Dr Frank help me improve my appearance and self esteem with other procedures. My partner and myself have had filler and Muscle relaxant many times from Dr Frank. We’ve found him very professional and thorough, he listens patiently to my questions and has always done exactly as I requested. We are always invited back to have the work reviewed that has been done. We have always been very happy with my many treatments from dr frank and the b clinics other treatments like their laser treatments etc. the b clinc is fantastic. All the staff are very professional and well trained. DR Frank always listens to my concerns and always gives me great advice. We have always recomended him to all our friends and clients, and as personal trainers, our appearance is very important to us.

I’ve had appointments with Dr Mitch a few times now. His manner is casual yet professional and gives honest advice. After requesting muscle relaxants in my forehead he talked me out of it because of the negative impact it would have on my facial expressions, I appreciated this, and I felt I could trust him. bClinic isn’t super convenient for me, but Dr Mitch’s consultations have been positive so I keep going back.

Dr. Mitch Evans has been the best practitioner I've had. He is so personable, yet professional and always has time to ask how you are doing. Definitely makes the experience pleasant but at the same time, you know he wants to do the best job he can for you. 10/10 for this guy!

I have seen Dr Frank a couple of times now and being a bit late to jump on the bandwagon I was pretty nervous! He is honestly the best - he has pointed out things no one else had, and goes above and beyond. Not only did I get the results I was after, he also educated me while doing so and used a number of techniques I haven't seen before to make it as pain free and comfortable as possible. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my face! You also get a follow up appointment and he makes sure you have a plan in place for future treatments and concerns too which was important for me. Service was good, but given they are all doctors, I was baffled that there was no adherence to social distancing under the Covid 19 recommendations. I was greeted with the traditional handshake, the doctor was wearing no face mask, and often came unnecessarily close to me when just talking. I could feel his breath all over me. I refused the traditional handshake, so I thought I made myself clear that I would rather prefer to apply Covid 19 safety rules. No changes in the doctor's behaviour though. I can only assume that the management has instructed to play casual for the customer. This customer however did not appreciate. Only because Queensland has been doing well so far doesn't mean the virus isn't around. To be clear though, I take no issue with specific service applied, other than then social distancing / Covid 19 safety aspect.

Been seeing Dr Lua and Dr Bolster years - both so professional, friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. Never do the upsell and always very fairly priced.

I have had the pleasure of having Dr Elle treat me for the better part of a decade. Having completed training in dermal therapies myself; I can confidently say I wouldn’t see anyone else for injectables. Her knowledge of facial anatomy is standout in her field, and this is further complemented by her ability to balance what the client wants, and what is achievable and safe. An added bonus is her warm wit - my visits are always a fantastic pick me up!

I went to see Dr Frank Mallawaarachchi last week. I asked very specifically for him only to treat my eyebrow area to give me a lift. He ended up doing the exact opposite and has paralysed my whole forehead and I’m completely unable to raise my eyebrows. He shouldn’t be allowed to practice.

This clinic uses dysport for Botox procedures. Cost me $460 and barely lasted two months. I am very disappointed for a ‘high end’ clinic charging high end fees to be using such a low quality product.

Dr Frank is the best injector I have seen. I have been going to B clinic for 5 years now, I would give him more stars if I could. He is very patient and gentle, takes his time and makes you feel at ease during the treatment. Will return for my annual rejuvenation Thank-you Dr Frank!

I had Fraxel done here . Don't do it ! I have had fraser performed twice before both by plastic surgeons in sydney. 7 days was my downtime. in this case after 3 months I was still extremely red, inflamed and a large uneven patch was on my forehead, I knew it was not normal. I was very concerned and went to a leading dermatologist on the GC. One look at it and he said my face would take a year to heal. Rather than doing it in layers with a few months apart , it was done all at once. My post care treatment i was given to do was completely undone by my dermatologist , certain cremes i was told to apply by B Clinic should only been used at NIGHT not day at all . I have been having healing light treatments every week by the reputable dermatologist. I am glad to say my skin is slowly improving. This was a total disaster. Very disappointed overall with this clinic they are not professional and did not offer any alternatives to repair my skin. GO TO THE SPECIALISTS ! Yes you may pay more but when it comes to your face money is not an issue.

Wow. I just walked out of an appointment with Dr. Frank. I was reprimanded and got zero empathy, after I explained why I missed the appointment the day prior. Phoned in the morning to apologize and reschedule. Dr. Frank didn't think to say "sorry for your loss" or anything like that just nagged about how I should have phoned to cancel the appointment. I explained again that I lost my dog and he just had smirk and condescending words about missing appointments. I left in tears as I'm distraught from the dog and thought this could be a distraction with the day off work. Woops. On a positive note it's good this guy is tired up doing superficial cosmetic stuff with his medical license and not out doing doctor stuff with vulnerable people. For that I am thankful.

I first started seeing Dr Lee Lua when we lived on the Gold Coast. We now live 8+ hours drive north of Brisbane. So once a year, I hop in my car and make the 16+ hour round car trip for my annual 'pick-me up'. The effort to continue seeing him is well worth it. He is nothing short of fantastic.

I have been seeing Dr Lee at B Clinic for a while now and have always been exceptionally happy. Dr Lee has a very good eye as to what meets your needs, and he excels every time. Dr Lee will listen to what outcomes you'd like to achieve and delivers. I will continue to visit the B Clinic and has been my only go to for cosmetic injectables.

I have sadly had a terrible experience at Bclinic, treated by Selena. I am of of Indian heritage and contacted the clinic for treatment of age spots. I was treated with PicoSure laser and the settings were too strong for my skin. As a result, I have been left with severe post inflammatory hyperpigmentation . When I contacted the clinic, I was told that I had " signed a disclaimer form". At no stage was I told that I would walk out looking ten times worse than when I walked in. Please, if you are of darker skin type, avoid this clinic and their treatments. Unless you want to be told that just because you sign a disclaimer form, the clinic cant be held responsible for the mess they make.

I absolutely love coming in to see Dr Mitch! He is always so friendly and truly takes the time to understand your concerns, ensuring you get the best results. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Dr Lee at Bclinic is by far the best cosmetic injector in Brisbane. I had a lot of premature aging due to stress over the years, and was looking 50 rather than 40. Since getting dermal fillers and botox with Dr Lee i look 30. I've tried most injectors in Brisbane and won't let anyone else touch my face anymore. I'm always thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be in safest hands and have the most skilled injector in Brisbane looking after them. He's also a cosmetic surgeon which also puts your mind at rest. Fantastic prices too. I can't say enough about this clinic, just go and you'll be over the moon :)

I’ve been visiting b clinics on James St for anti wrinkle injections for the past year and a half. Dr Mitch is awesome, so friendly and welcoming and makes the experience a great one. I'm using my husband's account as I couldn't log into mine but wanted to write a glowing review about what a fabulous experience I had at the BClinic on Wednesday. The team are always super friendly and helpful and my appointment with Holly to get my eyebrows feathered was an exciting experience (having had them done previously in NZ about 3 years ago and not being particularly happy). Holly is amazing, extremely professional and did such an outstanding incredible job. Dr Mitch is awesome. I had a bit of an issue with aftercare that he sorted out as fast as he could. Front of house staff could be a bit more responsive. I think they are on to that.

I have no hesitation recommending this clinic. I was a bit nervous going to a Cosmetic clinic but I was made to feel very at ease and Dr Lee was very understanding and approachable. 1 year on I have been back several times and each time I am very happy with the treatment results.

Who ever said we had to grow old gracefully. Absolutely not when we have access to the talented Dr Lee!
