    I came in on the 3rd June and went straight to the perfume area to find a new scent for myself as my old scent was discontinued. I was served by Bernie who was extremely friendly, attentive and informative. She helped me with all my queries and questions and was extremely patient (as picking a new smell is a long process). Due to Bernie’s exceptional customer service and help, I ended up buying two perfumes. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience Bernie. I will definitely be back! :)

    Great quality products as always, excellent sales right now but very hard to find a salesperson in the ladies shoe department. The ones I did interact with were excellent and accommodating they were just few and far between. Turning possibly a 10-15min experience into a 30-45min experience.

    My partner took me shopping to get perfume for birthday yesterday and the way the lady was following us around made us so uncomfortable we had to leave. she wasn’t even trying to hide that she was watching every move we were making. just because we are young does not mean we are going to try and steal. my partner works in retail and even he wouldn’t follow people around in that way.

    I loved it, they have very beautiful clothes, affordable prices. I wanted to buy several types of shoes but unfortunately I wasted a lot of time waiting for someone to serve me, too many people for not enough staff in the shoe store area. So unfortunately I was only able to buy one pair and only because the girl was very kind since sizes 38 came either very small or very large so I wasted a lot of time. When I went to pay for both the shoes and the clothes I bought, they were very very kind.

    Ian was a great help at finding the perfect cologne for me. He was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable on the subject, and he knew what colognes to suggest when I asked for something more formal. I've been to Myer a few times in the past trying to find a good cologne and never walked away with one I 100% liked, but after talking to Ian, I was convinced on the BVLGARI man in black. Great quality cologne and lasts a long time as well. If I ever need to go back, I will definitely keep my eye out for Ian as he was a great help!

    Myer is a really good shop, the experiences I've had there have always been fantastic and the employees have always been amazingly helpful. While some parts of the store feels quite elitist there are almost always things on special nearby, while allows people of all pay grades to have access to high quality items. Thank you everyone who works here, I'll definitely be coming back!

    Worst customer service ever given at Myer. It’s been more than 7 years going there but never had this experience. The customer service assistant kept following us in the aisles while we were browsing clothes. It made us feel as if we were going to steal the clothes - such a shame! So disappointed. We have been to Gucci, LV and other luxury stores but never been followed in such a way! Also, felt discriminated at some point. The way they treated does not even deserve 1 star. Moreover, when we tried to give feedback, they blamed us for being rude! No one wants to be followed to fitting room. If we need help, we can always ask… it’s that simple!     This week I ordered a smart watch from online. It was shipped to me very fast, however unfortunately it did not work upon arrival. I checked stock online and it said Carindale had one. I rang and spoke to Chris who set one aside for me. From phone service to instore service - Chris did an impeccable job. His customer service was warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond for me. It was some of the best service I have received in recent years. Well done Chris. Unfortunately the watch was a batch issue and we were unable to find a replacement however he promptly offered me an exchange or refund. Although this transaction didn't end the way I wanted (walking away with a new watch) I felt secure in the knowledge that Chris had done everything possible to try come to a positive solution for me.

    Parking area was partly closed so the area was chaotic. Why you'd close part of the parking at the busiest time of the year is showing total disregard to loyal shoppers. I won't be back again in the foreseeable future. Myer was generally disorganised and the pricing of Black Friday sale items was poor.

    Today I shopped at Myers Carindale in the women's clothing section and was served by an extremely helpful young woman called Ashleigh. I have never left a review for anyone before but I was so impressed with Ashleigh's service I felt she should be commended. So rare today to get such professional and helpful service.

    I was served by a lovely lady today named Altynay (name on the receipt). She was friendly, her service impeccable, and when I made my purchase, she wrapped it in a cute little package with a spot for the receipt! Such a cute little gesture rather than having a plastic bag. It made my day!

    Steven in the men’s department was absolutely fabulous! Not only was he amazing over the phone when I had a query - he had everything ready when I went to the store. He had informed his team about my query and they were able to help me while he was on his break. After he came back from his break, he finished the whole process, absolutely went above and beyond and I was overwhelmed with how much he cared about my experience. Thank you, Steven!     I'd like to give a shout out to the wonderful people who sold us a desk at Myer Carindale last week. They were extremely helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The back dock people also assisted when we had trouble fitting the desk in the back of our car. We got it home okay and are very happy with our purchase. :-)

    Terrible service!; will NOT be going back unless I really have to. We have just today (Tuesday 21Nov) tried to buy a $249 Cellini Handbag for my wife from Myers at Carindale. The bag on display was flawed/manufacturing fault. No other stock in store. Offered 10% off for damaged/soiled goods - a whopping $9.95. No thanks, where can we get another one? "Myer, Mt Gravatt/Garden City". BUT the shop assistant's iPad wasn't co-operating - Click'n'Collect didn't work, Delivery (at a cost of $9.95) didn't work. Can you phone them, to get them to hold it until we drive over to pick it up? "No, as part of Black Friday, our phones are closed off and not answered." "Would the manufacturing fault bag be Ok?" NO! The visible fault is there, as long as my wife has the bag, the stitching fault will be there too, for all to see (DOH!). NOTE TO MYERS: (1) IF you're going to use technology Myers, make sure your technology works, AND (2) Employ staff who actually care about selling a product when the customer wants to buy it! And they wonder why online shopping is killing the retail shopping ‘experience’!!

    Very poor customer service in “Dior Beauty”. We have shopping to get some makeup stuffs and the way the lady was following us around and no reps even bothered to make eye contact with us.When I ask her some question,She was not polite to answer and doesn’t want to talk with me.then she going to chat with the other Dior SA. Even I would love to buy the Dior eyeshadow ,but I don’t want to buy it from there,That really bad service and not professional !! I will not come again!!

    I would expect from a high class store like Myer they would have a decent guarantee on items purchased. I purchased a genuine Guess wallet & the Ziper no longer works correctly, common problem with wallets, although given the brand name & expensive price tag you'd think they would fix or replace the item. Absolutely no care given from Customer Service. Sometimes expensive isn't better, it just looks pretty until it breaks. Think twice before purchasing anything from Myer.

    Had another wonderfully successful shopping experience. I highly recommend asking for Darren when shopping for menswear in Myer at Westfield Carindale. He knows his stuff. His kind and professional nature makes his customers feel very relaxed. He shows such respect for all. I was hoping he was there as he helped dress my eldest for his formal last year. Overjoyed he was! I could go on! Much respect for Mary also. My son, Nick and I felt so happy with our purchases.

    I enjoyed doing my shopping at Myer Carindale, they have a lot of brands all in one place. There prices are not as bad as one might think, at times you can even find some bargains. I got nine west highs for under $100, it is my favourite place to shop when I go to Carindale.

    Spent $850 at this store and Karen, who was serving me didn’t even said thanks when I paid my order. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service. Shop itself is good, has lots of variety

    Don't choose click and collect unless you want to be served by a middle aged man in a bad suit who acts like he works at Versace. Probably the rudest human I have encountered, no smile, looked me up at down, held out my order as far away from him as possible as if to say I'm dirty. My order basically cost more than this whole cheap suit and this is how I got treated as a valued customer 😂

    This is more a review for Ravi, who works in the menswear dept. He recently helped me purchase a suit and his customer service was first class! Really easy to deal with, relaxed, polite and made the process easy and enjoyable! The shop didn’t have the jacket in my size so Ravi found it at another store and organised the delivery to my home. Well done Myer for hiring Ravi, pass on my thanks and make sure you hire more like him!!

    Service at the cosmetic counter was good. Service in general is good when you find someone to help. Past few visits have been made quite frustrating having to tour the whole floor looking for an assistant.

    I was waiting to get some shoe sizes for my partner to try on and no reps even bothered to make eye contact with us. One rep was helping a family try on shoes and went to the register to put the sale through. Silly me thinking she would come back to us given we were in the same area, clearly looking at shoes... Nope... She ended up putting through a whole line to customers and didn't bother to check in the shoe area again. Just unbelievable.

    Great range of stock in store. When there are discounts, I find that is the best time to go shopping at Myer - especially for clothes. Very convenient having everything in one shop.
