Tasty drinks, great service and Cute Pokemon guarding the entrance. What else could one ask for?

Artificially inflated their prices. Doesn't cost more to make tea. Staff aren't getting paid more. Rent didn't go up. The CYD Pty ltd group is price gouging by 40c a cup. Don't go here. If the staff were being paid more I'd cop the extra 40c a drink, but this is shear corporate greed.

The Gongcha tea was beautifully presented and tasty. I would say I'm a loyalty customer here. I received a very friendly welcome. Even the shop was full of customers, the staff were quickly response as well as attentive to details. Some staffs can remember my order too. Everytime I'm there, those would ask me about the menu that I prefered the most. This is one of best practice of customer service. Thank you all of you, you always make me having a good day at Gongcha. :)

Mamamiya, Every time I drive pass Southbank, I just can't help myself to order passion fruit green with extra QQ. Today when I come in the staff already know my order. Less ice 1/3 sugar！ Everyone highly recommend that combination，worth to try and must try！ dope yo~

MY GO TO STOP, best gong cha ever, staff are so nice and make the drinks so quickly and it is a really clean store. The drinks always taste best when made here. The store hours are really good too

Never disappointed, always reliable quality and good prices with fast service. For example last time I barely finished paying by card for my drink and was reaching fir the recipe when a girl was already giving me my drink 😅

Nice place to rest. The taste is very close to what we have in Taiwan. And there’s plenty of outlets for you to recharge, so your phone can rest well too.

Great place for a tea!

i always come here after weekend shifts or when out with friends. the service is always so quick!!! even if the line is super long, it never takes more than about 5 minutes for my drink to be ready. the staff are always so nice, and the store has been clean every time i’ve come in. i always look forward to coming here!!!

Although this store is small the experiences I've had there have always been amazing. Super fast service even if the lines are long every time and the employees are impressively fast and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here for drinks between classes :)

Been to many Gong Chas around Australia and overseas and this store has to be one of the nicest. Having Totoros around definitely makes you want to go there more. Teas are also good and consistent. Happy with this store!

Not many people actually drinking in the establishment, and was very pretty pricey for what it actually was. The staff were cordial, but not welcoming but they make very good tea. There were also a lot of school students in there, so try not to go outside of school hours to escape the queues.

Good clean store. No space for a que, making it go out the single open door made queuing unappealing. Otherwise, its good bubble tea.

I am pleased that Gong-Cha started to serve soy-milk!!

I ordered their new drink mango latte with additional lychee pearl topping. But after sipping it many times there is no lychee pearl, I cannot go back to the store because I ordered it as takeaway. I pay extra for lychee pearl but didn't have it in my drink and that's my favourite topping. Not so many people in that hour and a lot of vacant seats as well. So it's not that busy.

It’s a classic milk tea shop. Like. If you had milk tea before from gongcha or chatime or whatever. This would be no different than those bubble tea shops. It’s quite nicely decorated and the price is relatively approachable. 3 stars for all that it offers seem quite adequate.

This store and another store is only ones that always say they can’t make their brown sugar soy milk tea. Every other Gongcha store I can have that alternative milk option. I think there should be one system for every store. The service and location is good and I finally was able to have the egg waffle after several time it was not available (might be because it was late afternoon). XinXin was lovely to me and helped me putting in the bag my things :) 5/12/21

Although I love the drinks 😍I have a huge problem with the customer service and prices here at gong cha. For one, I am a person who checks the menu and prices before going out to a restaurant, before going to gong cha I calculated the prices of all the drinks I would be purchasing and bought a sufficient amount of money for those drinks (with maybe an extra 2 dollars just in case). When I arrived I realised not only were some of the drinks online not on thé menu but the prices were very different, too make it worse the worker at the front was waiting impatiently for me to decide my order which already made me anxious. As I was ordering the worker would speak to me in rude tone and would constantly roll her eyes when she couldn’t catch what I was saying instead of politely asking me to repeat myself, I found myslef very anxious as I was making my order and extremely judged by her. Although this place will always have some of my favourite drinks I don’t feel very comfortable coming here now because of this experience as I would rather purchase food from places which have a friendly work environment.

Terrible customer service. All of them are unfriendly and grumpy looking and rude. Ordered matcha milk foam green tea and did not get any matcha in the cup. Complained and she said it was green before the foam went down. We've had this drink multiple times and we know when there's barely any matcha in the cup. Spot the matcha.. Lol what a joke.

I always order a tea with some additional things such as lychee jelly, white pearl and black pearl. And this shop always sell the crumpled up jelly and I can't eat this jelly during drinking the tea.The crumped jelly, It means that they do not preserve their food or material properly. I really don't know the shop owner will read my review or not. But you must offer the proper food for my payment. Do you really intend selling these crumped jellies for all customers ??
