AYANA - is one of the nicest Aesop Assistants I’ve met period! My coworker and I walked into the store where Ayana gracefully walked towards us and greeted us, making us feel immediately welcome - she further assisted us by reassuring us that she’ll be here for us… she also answered our questions. She definitely gave us the true AESOP experience. We’ll see you again, thank you!

Visited the Brisbane City Aesop store for the first time yesterday and can easily say it was hands down the best customer service experience I have experienced in a LONG time! The staff were not only helpful but extremely professional. SO many great products - definitely worth a visit!

We went to purchase a gift for our friend and were initially unsure where to begin. Chey provided exceptional assistance, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and greatly simplifying our shopping experience. Her attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism truly stood out, making it one of the best customer service encounters I've ever had. Thank you Chey!!

Just WOW ! We had the loveliest experience in store today with Reneeisha ! She was welcoming, attentive, caring and overall had a gorgeous personality! She took the time to explain every single detail behind each product and fragrance immersing us in the aesop story ! Always a great experience visiting an Aesop store. This one I thought was a little difficult to locate as it’s in the Queen’s Mall upstairs. Google send you on wolf horse chase. Once you get to the mall you’re on your own.

Can’t say no to Aesop, but they definitely can recruit better staff for friendly assistance esp after buying three items from them but had to go through a good lecture for just two small samples. Until other Aesop stores I’ve been to.

wowwwww 💕 The staff at the shop were lovely Im kicking myself for not getting their names. We visited on September 20th around 5 because my friend was looking for a gift. The two staff were not only knowledgeable about the products but also provided outstanding customer service. They were incredibly attentive. We will definitely be returning to this shop. Ella was a tremendous help for our needs. She was well educated on the products and how they function, we even got to feel how they are on the skin with a demonstration by the cement waterbay. Thank you so much for your duty of care Ella we will definitely be back!

As a very (very!) loyal aesop customer for many years I find this store so hit and miss - it’s the flip of a coin between incredibly outstanding service with patience, attentive wrapping and thoughtful samples, versus the other side which is upselling, border-line pushy and snooty (something I have zero patience for) - I came in today for my favorite exfoliating paste, no samples 😭, no perfume on bag (an aesop staple), I could barely hear a word from the assistant and had to ask her multiple times to repeat herself which felt quite frustrating - she walked me out of the store before she would give me my product which was weird (not only because my husband was sitting down in the in-store chairs waiting for me) but felt incredibly awkward because I had my hand our asking for her to give it to me - read the room .. 🫤 I’ll be buying my aesop from myer from now on and had a much nicer experience with the staff there a few weeks back, so much more natural and at ease!!

Fantastic service, just buying some lip balm and hand cream as a gift for my wife, amazing experience and smells great. Unbelievable gift wrapping too

One of the staff here, Teresa, had absolutely outstanding customer service. She knew the products inside and out, and knew which products to recommend to who (I was with family members when visiting). There is a bit of upselling involved but I couldn't help but to purchase the products Teresa recommended! My sister and I visited Aesop again after our initial purchase and we waited so that we could be served by Teresa . Second visit was no different to the first and we loved the experience.

My boyfriend and I experienced amazing service at Aesop in Queens Plaza yesterday. All three employees were lovely and genuine but we would love to give a special thanks to Chandler for assisting us, talking us through the different products and also the story behind Aesop and its architecture - all while we were sipping a delicious peppermint tea provided by them. It was truly a warming experience, once we make up our mind on which product we want, we'll for sure be back!

Went into Aesop with my girlfriend to choose a Christmas gift for my sister and the girl who helped me Tay ( I think), could not have been more helpful, kind or patient if she tried. She gave us great advice and was respectful and understanding of our budget - will go back just because of her. Also the store is beautiful and smells like heaven.
