Dr Amanda Irwin is a warm, caring and extremely experienced doctor in all aspects. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is genuine in her approach. I wouldnt go to anyone else and i fully trust everything she recommends for me. The whole staff team are always helpful, patient and kind. I recommend this practice to everyone :)!

BRMC is a great practice with a group of very experienced, professional and caring doctors. The administration staff are always very friendly and helpful. I followed my GP to this practice and have been coming here for many years now and even though I no longer live in the area, I will still continue to attend this practice and worth the travel.

Had my booster shot here - very pleasant experience. Staff are very professional, friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. Their outdoor vax set up and systems are well thought out and run like a well oiled machine. Lovely area to wait in with a beautiful tree. Dr Amanda was very warm and friendly, introducing herself and asking me if I had any questions. She seems like a very cool doctor. In this numbers-based pandemic, I got caught up thinking of myself as a number, but I was treated like a person here :)

Had to change my GP as my long time GP retired. I had known Greg Thompson previously and the practice was relatively close, so I chose to go there. The practice is exceeding neat and well laid out. The staff on the front desk appeared interested and welcoming. I saw Greg on time and received some tests by the nurse who was equally professional. All very impressive.

We as a family have been looked after by this medical practice for 10 years. Dr. Brislin has always been empathetic, compassionate, pragmatic, knowledgeable and kind. Dealing with patients that are in medicine and related fields is never easy but Dr. Brislin has always managed these circumstances exceedingly well. The Centre staff are polite, efficient, and kind and our appointments have invariably been on time, or close to it. As an elderly citizen I heartily recommend this caring practice.

The nurses, doctors, and administration are all very kind - when I was struggling with a booking issue, they were very nice and helpful about the situation. During the appointment, the doctors and nurses were all very easy to talk to and very sweet to those younger then 18 (at this point in time, I am a teenager). It is my family's preferred medical centre to visit.

We have been with this centre for nearly 10 years, and have always been very happy with the service provided by the Bardon Rainworth Medical Centre. The reception team is always friendly and efficient. The nurses have excellent skills with blood tests, inoculation and procedures required; and our family doctor, professional, knowledgeable and very patient in explaining all aspects of health that we need to know. We are truly very lucky to be looked after by such a capable team.

Visiting for the first time, we encountered deeply empathetic nursing staff. They were able to draw on a team based approach when the situation called for more support to assist a visibly scared child. They were professional, creative and incredibly patient. Many approaches were discussed and a solution was found. The wholistic care for each individual involved was unlike anything I had experienced before. An outstanding approach to children and their caregivers.

A very professional and timely run practice. All staff are very caring, and helpful, from front desk to nurses, to the GP’s. I am always confident that my medical needs are being taken care of in a caring manner, and any questions are answered patiently.

Organised local anti-Covid processes have brought us to this practice and we are feeling very fortunate to be new patients. Appointments are available and there are sufficient doctors to discover the best health support for you and your family.

Terrible booster vaccination facility: staff rude, ordering folks around and treating seniors like we're totally incompetent; set up in dusty driveway behind old house with no sunshade; and, finally, contradicted government advice on the simultaneous administration of pfizer booster and flu vaccine. I foolishly ran out in front of a car when I was 6 years old. I’ve endured almost 40 years of headaches and have seen a heap of doctors and chiropractors to work out why but none have helped. After seeing Dr Hatch for the first time, he suggested to check my leg lengths which showed that one leg is longer. Now with shoes made to help this problem and regular visits to a physio, my severe daily headaches have dramatically decreased and I feel in control of my life once more. At my worst, it felt like a dark hole I was going in and I didn’t want to live it. Dr Hatch has completely turned my life around and I’m extremely grateful. If he didn’t come along when he did, the first doctor in all the ones I’ve seen, I’m not sure I would have made it. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏 Dr Hatch saved my life

I'm sure the medical staff are competent IF you can get past some of the admin staff who clearly couldn't organise a prayer in a monastery and are unapologetic for it.
