Dr Liz Westra at the Lilian Cooper Centre is the best Dr I’ve had. She is very approachable and genuine. She listens and is solutions oriented, with a good sense of humour and a lovely natural style, talking to her is easy. Its usually easy to obtain an appointment time without waiting for weeks and using the online HotDoc app makes it very straightforward. Sue the receptionist is also very helpful, she has often sent scripts and referrals to me via email in a short turnaround time meaning I don’t always have to go into the clinic.

Dr Elizabeth Westra is professional and lovely to speak with at every appointment. She is kind, caring and empathetic and takes time to listen and explain. She is indeed, a very good physician and you actually enjoy seeing her. “The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mole, but the true beauty of a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she so willingly gives.” The receptionists are all very welcoming, efficient and lovely.

They are up to date with the latest research and offer easy to understand explanations, and are always inclusive in decision making. Fabulous practice. I was desperate for a women's health doctor and was able to book with Dr Yew at short notice. Dr yew is very knowledgeable and has a lovely, calm demeanor. She helped me understand my health issue and discussed a few different ways to address it. Dr Yew also described the prescription options and the differences between them, allowing me to have an input in what seemed the best fit. Excellent doctor.
