Update: now I'm getting sms spam promotions and the unsubscribe link drops out to an error. Now one star. Avoid this place. "Walk-in" means "come back in 20mins", which is fine, but then waiting another 20mins isn't that great. Waxing itself was ok, slightly awkward conversation didn't help but the real issue was leaving chunks of wax on me which then stuck to my clothes. Not cool. Finally, the price isn't competitive. Back is just added to shoulders... no discount for both. I'll not be come back.

I have been a regular client here for over 7 years and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else. During this time I have always been well looked after with the services I required and always with A+ customer service. During this time I have even been a model for the new staff in training and I can say that they have extensive training and it doesn't matter who does my service, it is always a very positive experience. Thank you so much to all the girls and team. You guys rock

look I've been going to this place on and off for at least 4 years but I'm honestly considering moving. The first issue for the past 2 yrs is that I haven't been able to have a regular employer do my brows. Its been a different person each time , that may not do the best job as they either hate their job or they are stressed as they are under training. USUALLY I don't have a problem with this however yesterday I got my eyebrows waxed and shaped and the lady that was doing this attempted to start waxing without asking what shape I wanted- "I had to ask them do you know what type of shape I want?". The lady rolled her eyes and then repetitively said that one brow is higher than the other. I said yes I am aware of that lol ( aware as I have had them on my face for the past 25 years). The lady then completed my brows but during the wax the lady was pressing SO hard on my eyeballs and being so rough during the wax. Not a great experience. I went and discussed this with the receptionist they assured me that they will put forward the complaint - but they also suggested to respond to the "how was your experience "message that apparently gets send out and hour after the completed appointment. The message never came through. I was also informed thats "why we make you do a review on the iPad"- in which every customer has to fill and sign after each treatment. HOWEVER its uncomfortable to even complain when you are handing the ipad back to the employer who had just done the treatment....

Was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and caring. Even though waxing is inherently painful - it doesn’t have to be a horrible experience and these professional women made my experience great! Will be back soon

Very professional and informative beauty therapists, my first time coming in for waxing, and will be coming back for all my beauty services.

The treatment was excellent and I appreciated being fitted in at short notice without a prior appointment. I was upset however at the upselling and I certainly had some bill shock at the end of my treatment. I obviously agreed to the services and should have checked on the price every time I was up sold. There was a peel treatment $37, that I thought was just part of the facial. I have learned a lesson and unfortunately cannot recommend the salon.

All the staff were super friendly, my therapist maintained good conversation and made me feel welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

I'd never been here before and this was my first waxing experience. They left wax on my legs, also some hair that they said were "too short to do anything about" even though they tweezed some from my underarms, and generally had a dismissive attitude. I might as well have just shaved instead and saved $70. Won't bother coming back honestly. Edit: changed to 1 star after receiving the reply below saying I would be contacted but it's been a month and I haven't heard from anyone.

First visit here, and I asked for a Brazilian wax. The clinician asked if I was happy with the section she had “finished”, and when I pointed out where she’d missed, she seemed impatient. She did one more strip of wax there and then moved on to the next section. This happened again with the each section. At the end of it, she handed me a survey where “asking if I was happy as she went” was one of the criteria they were marked on. After I left, I realised she’d missed large sections and had only really done half the job. I went there so I would be bathing-suit ready for Christmas, but I still couldn’t wear one after forking out $70+ so it turned out to be a total waste of money. I’ll never be going back there again.
