    This store and this company are a joke. The prices are insane. The employees are constantly rude. The produce is disgusting, it’s moldy all the time and they expect you to pay an arm and a leg for rotten moldy disgusting food. The people of Bristol deserve better than this. This company clearly doesn’t believe in treating people right, it’s pathetic and they’re taking advantage of their customers and employees. If I had another option I would choose it in a heartbeat.

    what's up with your bakery lately? It's been hit or miss to get fresh muffins in the morning that i go out of my way to get in the morning before work...it would be nice if you were consistent again.

    Stores clean, most stuff is fresh…but whatever you do, DO NOT use their delivery service…they’re never within the time slot they give you to choose from…the last 3 times they were over an hour late…and then items are constantly missing…this last time, I was missing 11 items that I got charged for and they were suppose to get there between 6-8pm…they got to my house after 10pm

    They Need To Have Some Kind Of Attendant At The Can Returns Keeping An Eye Out On The Elderly!!!! I Got Robbed For Like 3 or 4 Bucks In Cans Man.....SMH

    Allot of friendly faces!!!! Positive attitudes ALWAYS from employees and they are always willing to help! Clean, well stocked and easy to find what you need! Did mention a lot of friendly faces?? (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡

    I had a great experience with customer service today. I left a gallon of Poland Springs water in the bottom of my cart and when I got home I discovered that I didn’t have it. My sister went back with my receipt to get it for me, but the person at the service desk said they couldn’t do that. When I called customer service in the Bristol, Stop & Shop, Carol answered the phone and told me that she would send me a $10 gift card as an apology for my inconvenience. She was very friendly and nice over the phone and I really appreciated her accommodation
