I
had
a
great
experience
with
customer
service
today.
I
left
a
gallon
of
Poland
Springs
water
in
the
bottom
of
my
cart
and
when
I
got
home
I
discovered
that
I
didn’t
have
it.
My
sister
went
back
with
my
receipt
to
get
it
for
me,
but
the
person
at
the
service
desk
said
they
couldn’t
do
that.
When
I
called
customer
service
in
the
Bristol,
Stop
&
Shop,
Carol
answered
the
phone
and
told
me
that
she
would
send
me
a
$10
gift
card
as
an
apology
for
my
inconvenience.
She
was
very
friendly
and
nice
over
the
phone
and
I
really
appreciated
her
accommodation
