My family has lived here for almost 2 years and we love it. Karen is wonderful and always quick to respond whenever we need something. The pool is a nice size and always clean. I would recommend these condos to anyone looking to rent. The price is reasonable and it stays fairly quiet here. Plus anyone with younger kids, the elementary school is right across the street.

The units are very affordable compared to many other places.The property manager is great and takes care of the tenants. Thankfully, no dogs allowed keeps things more quiet and there are fewer issues because of that.

I have rented a condo here for approximately a year and a half. Haven't had much interaction with my condo owner other than when I offered to do the cleaning and needed repairs to the unit when I was looking at the unit to rent. And the owner worked with me on deposit based on me doing the cleaning and repairs myself so they wouldn't have to hire a contractor and wait for repairs to be done before it could be rented. The property, itself, has always been kept clean and landscaping done as needed. The pool is always kept clean and orderly and all of these things are made possible by the dedicated property manager, Karen. She has always been attentive to any needs or concerns I have had. And she is always willing to help out residents in any way she can. She has never taken more than 24 hours to return a call or a text. Wher promptness is very important quality for me when dealing with a property manager. I have and will continue to refer village square condos to any of my friends or family who are looking for a new place to live.

I’ve lived here for many years. The neighbors are so nice and mind their own business. Maintenance are always on top of things. The pool is nice! And the property manager Karen is amazing! A great place to live for a good price!

I’ve lived here for two years now and I have had nothing but a positive experience. My landlord is kind and quick to respond to any issues I’ve ever had with my apartment. Not only that, but our property manager goes above and beyond to make sure that all tenants are happy, comfortable, and safe. Great place to live! I am a student at king university and it’s been great so far. The manager, Karen, is also very nice and caring and has been there when we need help.
