We stayed for 2 nights April 11th, a beautiful house with comfortable beds and wonderful hosts. Great location. Even better that we could take our dog ( Oak room) which was perfect for a morning stroll around Brandon Hill.

Beautiful location and beautiful building. The rooms are clean and well-kept; furnished with period furniture. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, very much including dogs.

Such a nice stay here. Tina was super welcoming and was a very relaxed place. The most adorable little poodle dog that just wants to hang out all the time. Everything was super clean. Big spacious living room with a big TV and beautiful kitchen, high cielings. Wish that was my house!

I enjoyed a delightful 10 day sojourn at 3 Berkeley Square Guest House. It is a beautiful home in an ideal Clifton location in Bristol adjacent to Brandon Hill Park and Cabot Tower. If you are a dog owner your canine will enjoy a dog haven chasing the local squirrels and rambling up and down the steep hills and that lovely awe inspiring view of Bristol is not to be missed. I enjoyed wonderful meals (arranged in advance) with the managers of 3 Berkeley Square and had the pleasure of mingling with other guests all while maintaining strict social distancing protocol. Many of my fellow house guests are returning visitors and after my restful stay at 3 Berkeley Square guest house I hope to become one as well.

Had a really nice stay here for two nights while on a work trip filming in Bristol. Would highly recommend. A Very homely feel to the place and the hosts are great! Very friendly and will be staying there again when back in the area. Perfect location for everything.

It's a very stylish place. The one star short is for the bed. The bed is too soft, so we didn't have a comfortable sleep. Other than that, very friendly and efficient staff, good location, just a few steps away from the University. Nice view as well.

Why "yes" 1. Tina is a great host that helps a lot and everything with a smile 2. Nice rooms with windows (not common in Bristol), parking solution is available 3. Good location and good breakfast that Tina prepares according to request Why "not" 1. There is a very loud and strange noise while using bathroom and flush the water 2. No elevator 3. No air conditioning (not sure is needed) Bottom line- a cosy and good place

Great place to stay. Great attention to detail with the rooms. So many pluses and great value, location Etc. A couple of negatives The toilets have pumps that pump and mash the waste away from the ensuites. As there are many rooms from 2200 - midnight they are bloody noisey when in continuous use and again from 0600. Destroyed my sleep. Not a full english breakfast, just bacon and eggs, but very tasty. The noise of the toilets didnt bother my wife. So wont disturb everyone.

This was my second stay usually via our business and last time was ok, looks to have been some manager changes to say the least, This time it was very poor, I turned up late evening ,I had informed them, the Key code did not open both doors, no answer from the mobile number provided so no idea how that will work in an emergency. All caught on Camera and the manager denied this was the case. Refused to refund me, very unhelpful untrained manager. We will not be using it for business again. The denial of any acceptance left me feeling that I was talking to a commercial giant call centre.

customer service is incredible. I had to cancel due to a family bereavement and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. This kind of assistance made a horrendous day slightly easier. Thank you so much x

Wow!! Genuine character property renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Great place to stay, with thoughtful touches in each room with guests having full access to the spacious lounge and kitchen area. A light breakfast is included which is an additional bonus. Excellent location, close to restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance of the city centre, albeit you will have to walk back uphill on your return. Metered parking available outside and more available a short distance away. All in all, a fabulous place with warm and welcoming hosts and fully deserving of 5 stars!
