Pleasantly surprised at how good Fresh Craft Grille was. Weary of some of the bad reviews, but decided to stop in as GPS showed it was close by driving. Staff was friendly and service was fairly quick. N.Y. Strip Grinder was pretty big and full of flavor. Great steak taste in this sandwich. Would easily get that again. Gyro was pretty good also and large in size, but have had better. Overall Fresh Craft Grille was great for dinner.

I had a great experience here! The gyro is amazing and so are their burgers! Carvel after was also a plus.

I always get either the west coast burger, chicken Giro or the Cobb salad. No need to change it. The service could be a bit better. The soda machines is a toss up. They only typically have one girl working the front so she can’t fix the machines when they run out of syrup so they’ll refer you to the bottle drinks. Ummm no refills for those. I’ve seen orders in front of me be inaccurate. The experience is what does it for me.

Food was good. Fresh veggies is a plus. Wait time on a busy day was 15 minutes. The staff was pleasant. Fireworks hot dog combo 2 came with a small shake and onions rings. Upcharge $1 for rings. Regular gyro combo 1 and a chili dog came out to $33. Cleanliness was a 2/5. Water was pooling from fountain drink dispenser. Where we were sitting it was reaching us so had to move. We were told to be careful but no one attempted to clean it. They were busy, keep in mind. But safety should be a priority. Overall a good service. Will come back.

I gave this place 3 stars because sometimes the food is incredible and other times it’s terrible. I don’t know if it’s all of the high school kids they have working there and they don’t train them properly. I just picked up food and they did not have the zucchini chips that I placed over the phone in my order. The high school girl said I’m sorry about that would you like to wait while we make them? Well, no thank you because the reason why I ordered ahead was so that I can pick it up because I have to be somewhere an can’t wait. Her response was, “well you didn’t get charged for them. She didn’t get my customer would be upset. On top of all of this the sweet potato fries were under cooked and soggy! Like I said some days I order food from here and it’s excellent, but this is the second time in a few months that my phone order has gotten messed up. I would suggest to the manager that any phone orders be read back to the customer to ensure they got everything written down correctly before they hang up the phone. I would also think the manager would train the people who are working the grills properly.

We normally like fresh craft...but this is just kinda dissapointing..the gyro meat was seriously overcooked...crispy and been hanging around too long in a warmer crispy and should have been thrown out by the cook....the trays were dirty...tables and soda station in need if wipe downs...not so sure we will be back...

Incredible! The food was fresh and delicious, the staff was kind and helpful, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed...great place!

Foods awesome, Staff is awesome, overall great place kept clean and served fast. only thing missing is some pepperjack cheese for those fireworks burgers and its 110%

17$ For a West Coast burger, fries and a drink. Service was adequate. Atmosphere is cross between a cafeteria and typical fast food restaurant. Would be good date spot. Shares space with Carvel ice cream.

The prices are atrocious. A single pretzel is $10.99, salad is $21.00 with the chicken added, if you ask me, it should be $11.00 with the meat already included and the half and half basket of fries ans onion rings is $11.99. $11.99. Just for fries and onion rings? It used to be $5.99. Portions are bigger, I understand that, but altogether, for 3 items, it would cost me $45.00. I love their food. Used to get these same items for a reaaonable price. I love their quality. But who can afford these prices? For 1 single pretzel, I would price it at $3.99. To much. No one can afford it and they asking to much of their customers.

Food was all cold reported it to the email asking how it was never heard from em. Cold steak and Mac n cheesy was paste consistency The steak wasn't cooked to order it went in the trash immediately only thing i had was the shake

Lower your prices! Food is nothing to be excited about, tast like trash. Frankie's has better food..not even, McDonald's has a better burger. I've given this place a 2nd try, and it's nothing special. My GF had a milk shake, and this lady who has glasses with blond hair works. The cashier made her a shake and definitely shouldn't touch anything. No offense it's the honest truth, don't take it to heart.

To whom it may concern: My girlfriend is a chicken tender fanatic and is quite hard to please in regards to takeout foods; she rates these tenders a 9.5/10 - as perfect a score as we could hope. I also enjoyed my gyro, it was decent.

Good fresh food. A little pricey for fast food but they have Carvel shakes and a Carvel inside. It reminds me of Frankie's in Wrby the way they do business, just missing the skates

Seriously the best Cobb Salad with Grilled chicken I have ever had!!! I have ordered this about 9x and with the Lemon Vinaigrette. Not one time have I found a brown piece or wilted piece of lettuce in my bowl. The eggs are delish, the avacado is light green ( no brown spots)the onions are fresh. When I say Fresh, I mean FRESH!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was enticed by other reviewers experience to try this place. The food options are great. I ordered the caprese chicken burger through doordash. My issue with the restaurant is customer service. I walked in, I wasn't acknowledged, nor a we'll be right with you. I was completely ignored until the cook came and was nice enough to speak. I'm hoping that was an off day but if your staff can't even take two minutes to say anything. I don't want to eat there. Made me feel unwelcomed big-time. Plus my sandwich/burger was cold. Ugh!!!

They have a fantastic menu, I had one of their ground chicken burgers, I forgot the name, there were a few different ones on the menu and it was delicious. Will definitely return to try a different Chicken Burger 🍔😋🤩

The older women at the front counter was rude and not very friendly. I only asked if it was possible to have my chicken cutlet extra crispy… maybe she’s having a rough day??

The burger was great, I just don't recommend the mac and cheese they make there. But other than that, the food is always fresh to order and great quality. I will def be going back when I want a good burger 🍔.

4.8 for quick meals. Great quality and service - love the added carvel. Nice family owned business. Better quality than most fast food options in Bristol. Try it you will love it. Like that can have beer or seltzer with a burger . Or a fresh salad!

I was trying to order online using a coupon. When I checked out through there website it took off the coupon and charged full price. When I called to get this fixed a grumpy manger I could hear in the background saying "what do they want" as well as "we don't have time for this" the phone was then giving to this person and told me I had to contact some other company for there website order service not working correctly. I reached out to them and had to call the restaurant right back because the restaurant has the power to do everything they need. I decided after all this to cancel my order because at this point I don't want to support this business.
