Disappointing service here. Blunt statement that food would be at least an hour with no explanation why. Bar person didn't seem to care enough to be bothered to explain the reason. The pub was quiet at the time. Not exactly helpful. Not typical for Wetherspoons, so a bit mystifying. I left and got better service somewhere else.

Brilliant location right beside Bristol Temple Meads train station - all the tables were clean and re-cleaned - toilets were clean - staff were friendly and knowledgeable - I had my favourite beef Madras and it was excellent - we will definitely be back as the drinks are so reasonably priced

Nice pub situated just outside the train station - had a nice drink and quick snack after a 7 mile walk! Nice outdoor area including a non-smoking covered area which was a nice touch!

When for some food on during the weekend (Saturday) and was super busy, had trouble finding a seat when we did the table was still dirty. I would not recommend. I had better service at the Wetherspoons in Kingswalk. Food was as expected for a Wetherspoons though.

Went in for food and drink. I found the menu to be overly complicated. I had a burger which was average. I'll admit I've never liked Wetherspoons and I wouldn't have gone here alone but my reviews are honest and unbiased. When I think of Wetherspoons I think of the hideous carpets and I wasn't disappointed. Seriously if you get a chance just check out the carpet here. The major upside though is how ridiculously cheap the food and drink here is. They charged us about 24 total for 2 meals and 4 drinks. Bargain!!!

Vegetarian large breakfast, awful! 1 mushroom yes 1, 1 burnt tomatoe and couple of tablespoons of beans. Lots of cold toast and awful Vegetarian sausages. This was absolutely awful breakfast

Lovely place to hangout. Super friendly staff and patrons. Very good proximity to Temple Meads railway station and convenient distance to the rest of Bristol City

Some Item's not in stock, but it was good in general. A few more chips would be nice, portion was a little light. My first time in a Wetherspoons establishment. Nice and clean, staff were very pleasant.

I have gone here a couple of times at either a Tues/Thurs lunchtime when the market is on or on an evening when the weather is great. the outside area is kept relatively clean and clear, and you can normally find a seat to enjoy the last remnants of the sunshine. it's a good setting for a few drinks after work or a cheeky lunchtime sun enhancing drink.

What a lovely find and a great location, right next to Temple Meads Station. The food came out hot and as ordered and tasty; the halloumi burger was really tasty, hubs enjoyed his bbq chicken and the devoured their nuggets

Terrible food, even worse service. Ordered 5 meals, only 4 brought out and was told we only ordered 4. Not given a receipt and they took ages to go through the till to find the missing order to find yes, there was one missing, and by that time one of our party dealt with this (no the person with the missing meal couldn't deal with it due to communication problems) , their meal was getting colder than the cold it came out as. Missing meal took so long to cook, by the time it arrived it was too late to eat it as we had to leave to meet other friends as we were all going into town. The 4 meals that did arrive was swimming in old tasting grease and was cold. Absolutely revolting. Thought it was just this spoons, but went to the one in Fishponds and food was no better. Used to be nice, but will never eat in another spoons again as it seems to be the general level of food.

Decent service, but they were willing to skip bits off the order because they didn't have a container to put the minor bits in. But instead of admit that up front, they just skipped it and thought I wouldn't notice (twice!). 🤔 For being such a vocal critic of everyone else in the world, Mr Whetherspoon needs to keep an eye on his restaurants.

Brekkie was great and the staff were awesome. It was very busy and the poor hardworking staff could have done with some extra help. I can't think what might have caused huge staff shortages in the last year or two. Perhaps their opinionated owner might know?

I popped in here on the 21st November and was able to watch the Wales World Cup football game. Very good quality ales, friendly enough locals and not a bad pasta dish for £3.99, one of fhe Manager's Specials.

Could do better...The cutlery was smeared and appeared less than clean. I ordered a drink with the app, waited a good five minutes, then went to the bar to find the drink at the bar - why bother with the app then if no table service? They also served some tw@t that pushed in front of me. Actually, the worst spoons I've been in. One more thing I noticed was how dirty the menu was. It would be easy to clean the menu, but if they can't even be bothered to do that then what else can't they be bothered to do?

Gotta love any spoons ! This one's located right outside the temple meads station in central Bristol. Great to grab a pint before or after your journey.

Good food served very quickly, even though the place was busy. Information on dietary requirements excellent. Great value for money. Just a shame the wine we wanted was not available.

Great pub and perfect for when in Bristol. Great place to stop when trains are delayed. It does get busy on weekends but they still get food and drinks out very quickly. If they make mistakes with orders then they will happily and quickly rectify. Very well managed pub

Very busy and still served in less than two minutes, that's a win for me. Very good prices on drinks as well. Haven't tried the food yet but will be going again soon. Plenty of outdoor seating as well as indoors.

Right near the train station. Good location for some refreshments before getting on the train. I did have a breakfast here, is what to be expected from spoons. Rather busy inside, lucky to find a table. Outdoor seating too. The staff was nice enough. Nothing bad to say but nothing that great either... 🤷🏼‍♀️

Beautiful location, parking near the train station and a very cheap weatherapoons probably where the students hang out. Needs updating, the food is okay for the price.

Very busy but a festival is on near by so understandable. Table app non functional so 20 min queue at the bar, but! Awesome service from a barmaid called Ellena, food came quite quickly and was very nice. Had the vegetarian brunch. Was a fair price and tasted good.

First visit to this Wetherspoons and we were quite disappointed. Nachos, had very, very little cheese, sent it back and it returned with still very little cheese and cold? Asked for a refund. Kitchen had taken no care in presentation either, slopped the sauces all over the nachos! Burger bun crispier than the buttermilk burger. Chips were good though. Waitresses should take better care NOT to take food like this out.
