The toys and doll that I have bought earlier today when I got home I had realized that they all had damaged packages and had been opened in corners.the doll that I opened the head was hanging off and now I cannot put it back on.Overall I am very angry that I have spent a lot off money on broken toys.i will give this a.2 stars

Nice you shop with plenty of variety, but good luck getting the kids out once you're in there.

I was in the Cabot circus store today, the range of toys they have is great, there was lots of choice for squishmellows. I got served by Megan - she was very smiley and welcoming towards me and the people before me.

One was defective I took it back and was giving a refund INSTANTLY with no messing around, such GREAT customer service from this store, can't speak highly enough of them

Poor Service ………Sunita sold me a toy for £10. It’s a figure sitting on a quad bike. I pay for the toy and Sunita opened it for me and immediately I recognised that the wheels don’t turn………Sunita said it’s ok as it’s just a badly built toy 😮🫢 So please be careful shopping with crooks

Good well stocked store, but personally like their smaller out of town stores better. They also do click and collect too which is a bonus.

Harassed by Maya as my daughter was playing with a Thomas set that was by the entrance.

Went in for a toy and it was in stock. Great customer service at the till. Will shop again

Lots of stock but code was poor, ended up going to Smyth's you superstore to find the games we were looking for

The shop itself is lovely, clean and has friendly staff. But I feel like now there isn't much variety in toys and gifts, so was a little bit of a wasted journey. I still spent around 100 in there with my daughter but she was disappointed there wasn't rainbow high in there knowing it is a popular toy and the shelves were stacked and restocked. As one of the only toy stores easily accessible to many people you would expect more.

This Entertainer inside Cabot Circus shopping centre is brilliant. The staff were super friendly and helpful, I wanted a toy that wasn't on display (but I had seen in another store) and the sales assistant went off to and knew exactly where to look in the store to grab me one. The girl at the checkout was very nice and welcoming, she talked about the item I was buying and was very polite and pleasant. The store has plenty of fun things on display and lots of toys!

Great place to find variety of toys at one place and located in the city centre. Amazing range of soft toys as well gadgets and electronics. They say in the tag line, "mad about toys" which feels true when you enter the shop.
