I purchased a bike when it was still Flowt and Cycle Logic did not honour my one full service within the first year, in a town where word of mouth and reputation is everything. I then got my bike back quite dirty (VERY light cleaning indeed). Your site also states the tune-up is $100 and I was charged $120. I will not be recommending people to go to Cycle Logic and I will likely be taking my business elsewhere. I miss Flowt.

Been coming to Flowt (the bike shop all the positive reviews are for) for 7 years. Spent $500 on a new wheel at CycleLogic a few weeks ago. Have been getting some noise from it ever since. Bought it into the shop twice, but they can't hear anything with the tv on, and they don't seem interested in taking it for a ride for 20 seconds to figure it out. Disappointing to see such a drop in the service so quickly after change from Flowt to CycleLogic. Time to try somewhere else.

Great bike shop! Got knowledgeable advice on how to fix and improve my bike, accurate quotes the reflected my preferences, and timely quality work done. Bought a new bike from them and they helped with parts swaps, warranty claims, etc. Any time I drop in, no matter who's serving me, I always feel welcome and well taken car of. I can think of nothing bad to say about this shop, thanks for your great service to the community!

Dan and crew have been amazing in helping me do upgrades on my bikes. I was ghosted by a lot of different shops in a couple different towns regarding getting this work done, and Dan stepped up. Was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I'll definitely be going there again for anything bike related! :) Thanks guys.
