Well...I
got
my
hair
done
with
the
owner
Moureen
of
Moujam
even
though
I
got
a
consult
with
Caneil,
which
seemed
extremely
promising
since
we
discussed
what
I
wanted
and
looked
at
photos
of
her
work
so
I
was
satisfied
with
what
I
was
told
I
was
getting
and
the
price
was
right.
I
wanted
a
touch
up
on
my
dreads,
retwisting
the
roots
and
cleaning
up
the
ends,
tucking
back
hairs
that
are
loose,
rounding
the
ends
with
the
crochet
hook,
etc.
I've
had
my
dreads
for
almost
a
year,
touched
up
roughly
4-5
times
elsewhere.
I
was
told
that
if
Caneil
was
not
there,
then
Misty
would
be
doing
my
hair.
For
the
love
of
God
and
all
things
holy,
I
thought
I
was
in
good
hands
since
she
owns
the
place
but
this
woman
played
in
my
hair
and
sent
me
on
my
way.
My
appointment
was
for
11-1pm,
which
I
thought
was
an
unusually
short
time
but
anyways,
I
showed
up
at
10:20
and
was
in
the
chair
from
around
10:30-1:15.
Around
11:45,
I
proceeded
to
sit
in
the
chair
for
a
full
hour
and
Moureen
was
nowhere
to
be
found.
She
was
juggling
me
and
another
client
and
kept
leaving
to
go
and
deal
with
customers
at
the
checkout,
consistently
apologising
for
being
short
staffed
and
not
having
a
receptionist
or
anyone
to
answer
the
phone.
There
was
absolutely
no
care
in
doing
my
hair
whatsoever
and
it
looks
a
hot
mess
the
next
day,
which
because
dreads
can
be
stiff
I
usually
wait
the
next
morning
after
sleeping
on
them
to
make
a
judgement
but
I
knew
by
the
way
they
looked
that
I
wasn't
going
to
be
happy
the
next
day
or
anytime
after
that.
My
hair
is
ruined
and
I
can't
believe
I
payed
for
this
mess.
As
she
was
starting
to
rush
through
retwisting,
I
asked
her
if
she
was
going
to
be
touching
up
the
ends,
when
she
proceeded
to
tell
me
no,
that
they
don't
do
that,
and
that
she
can
wrap
the
hair
around
the
dread
with
her
fingers
but
that's
it,
no
palm
rolling
even
and
with
"my
kind
of
dreads",
you
don't
touch
up
the
ends
and
just
let
it
grow
out.
Then,
she
sprayed
some
moisturizer
in
my
hair
without
asking,
which
I
don't
use
products
in
my
hair
at
all
and
definitely
discussed
this
in
my
consult.
I
should
have
just
got
up
and
walked
out
but
I
stayed.
Since
she
sprayed
it
once,
here
is
me
thinking
at
the
end,
that
if
she
used
some
more,
that
it
would
make
some
sort
of
a
difference
in
the
overall
appearance
but
not
at
all.
My
roots
look
like
I
payed
a
child
who
didn't
get
a
chance
to
finish
the
YouTube
tutorial
before
starting
the
job.
The
parts
where
not
redone,
just
brushed
up
a
bit,
took
hair
out
of
perfectly
good
dreads
and
made
some
big
and
some
worse
than
pencil
thin
which
I'm
assuming
they
will
eventually
fall
out
over
time.
All
of
my
dreads
where
parted
with
a
box
pattern
and
now
that's
ruined.
My
last
retouch
was
two
months
ago
so
I
know
I
wasn't
asking
for
a
miracle
or
for
too
much
for
that
matter
but
I
feel
like
I
was
the
only
person
that
left
the
shop
that
morning
looking
like
I
wanted
to
just
cut
it
all
off.
Moureen
had
the
nerve
to
even
tell
me
that
my
hair
looked
good
sticking
out
all
over
the
place,
roots
still
looking
fuzzy
and
asked
if
I
would
be
rebooking
with
a
big
smile.
One
of
the
ladies
that
worked
there
snickered
to
herself
while
she
was
standing
next
to
moureen
who
was
cashing
me
out,
as
I
said
"ummm,
no!
Not
at
this
time."
I
know
what
my
hair
looks
like
after
maintenance
and
baybee!!!
This
was
not
it!!!
I
honestly
and
can
safely
say
I
can't
tell
that
I
got
my
hair
done
at
all.
After
leaving
the
shop,
I
left
a
ten
dollar
tip
and
had
my
little
cry
on
the
corner
before
my
man
came
to
get
me.
I
thought
I
found
the
holy
grail
when
my
original
hair
lady
moved
to
the
island
and
wasn't
going
to
be
available
as
often
as
before,
plus
I
didn't
want
to
bother
her
around
the
holidays
so
I
decided
to
go
here,
I'm
not
even
sure
how
I'm
going
to
come
back
to
my
stylist
with
my
tail
tucked
in
between
my
legs
and
explain
to
her
how
I
ruined
my
hair
at
a
professional
hair
salon.
I
have
a
dinner
to
go
to
and
I'm
thinking
about
cancelling
and
staying
in.
Even
the
customers
and
staff
looked
like
they
knew
she
did
me
wrong,
lesson
learned.
