    Since I have multiple injuries, including wrist and back pain, I cannot attend the regular class. Lagree Lonsdale used to have a classic mega class. Even though it was only once a week, my postpartum friends and I made sure we were there and it was a great workout that kicked us in the butt but felt safe. Last year, they took this class away, so I did the usual class and ended up injured. Unless you're super fit and can do all the moves, it's not a welcoming environment. At the beginning, you can tell the instructor your level and injuries, but they have to train 20+ people, so can't give adjustments. I'd expect them to offer their classic class for the price you are paying.

    I have been coming to Lagree for over a 6 weeks now and I love every minute of it. I fully expected an intimidating environment but found the exact opposite. The instructors are welcoming and encouraging. They provide modifications as needed while also encouraging you to push yourself the full 40 minutes. I have never been so sore in my life after a workout as I am after a Lagree class. The humor and humility of the instructors is motivating during class and after. I have often received an email from a number of instructors after my first few classes where they followed up offering encouragement and sharing their social media links to help you follow their journeys, while also leaving the dialogue for any questions open after the class. I have found every instructor more than willing to walk through form on exercises and share tips & tricks. Grab a friend and try it out! The studio is clean, the people are friendly and the environment inspiring.

    I’ve been doing Pilates for the past three months at this location and every time is more challenging. I love the way that all the instructors push you to your best. I’ve been working on some muscles that I’ve never worked on before. Recently they had the Oktoberwest challenge, which was a package for the month of October and at the end, depending on the classes you registered for, they give you small prize which motivates you to go through till the end. I wish they have something like this every month so we can challenge ourselves more. 😅 Beside that, if your looking to tone your core and small muscles, definitely check out their trials!

    Oh man... what an experience! I've never done a workout like this and I REALLY liked it. Chloe is an awesome instructor! It was a hard class but I will definitely go back :) music choice was bomb as well during thr workout. I had a great time!

    Lagree West is honestly the greatest workout you will ever receive. I used to go to the gym 3 times a week, and never achieved the fitness level I wanted. One class at Lagree and I was fully hooked. I’ve been going since April and love how every session is different. The instructors are awesome, knowledgeable and super respectful of any type of fitness level. Really glad I checked them out through ClassPass!

    My favourite type of exercise and the highlight of my day! Fab music, great instructors, and a deep but soothing workout that leaves me feeling revitalised and has me seeing fast, lasting results. Highly recommend!

    Amazing full body workout! Great instructors, perfect for all over toning, will transform your body with regular practice. Absolutely love it, hooked on Lagree! Clean studio, helpful staff and fantastic instructors, convenient locations and hours...cannot say enough great things about it. If you haven’t already tried it, you are missing out!

    I’ve been to a few classes now and each instructor has been welcoming, focused and a lot of fun. The classes are small enough that the instructors are able to give individual attention to each attendee and the machine is incredible for isolating muscles and muscle groups that aren’t typically targeted during my other work outs. Each class is a challenge and leaves me sore (a good sore) for days. The facility is clean and well maintained and the music is always on point. I would highly recommend Lagree to anyone looking to tone and sculpt or looking to take their workouts to the next level.

    The burn is real!! Nothing compares to the intense workout you can get in 40 minutes at Lagree. I wasn’t much of a workout class girl, but Lagree has changed me. It is a great environment, instructors are welcoming, supportive and really push you to get the most out of every class. 10/10 would recommend to everyone looking to get an amazing workout in!

    I am loving Lagree! The exercises in these classes combine resistance training, cardio, and slow stretching for a full body workout that will increase your strength and flexibility, and give you that long, lean muscular look. I’ve completed five classes and in that short amount of time I can honestly say I already feel stronger and have noticed changes in my muscle tone. I’m more conscious of my posture throughout the day and I find I get more out of my running and hiking as a result of feeling stronger. The instructors are all excellent! They make it fun while they guide, encourage, and push you to success in every 40 minute class. Consistency is key but you can transform your body in a few short months.
