From outside it looks futuristic. From inside the room however, it looks and smells like an old age home. The "bar" was more like a table with a til. Staff were very professional. Garden looks great. Perfect for older crowd.

For the price and what is apparently a 4 star establishment - omg. Don't waste your time and money. Brocken light fittings, beat-up old coffee table, shower in the bath which btw guarantees you'll have a bathroom flood. Geyser must be a size of a coffee can so you'll run out of hot water very quickly. Extension cables running loosely all over the place. An empty tissue dispenser fixed to bathroom wall looks like it's form the 70's made of yellowing plastic. Speaking of yellow, don't run a bath unless you want to see yellow/brown water to put you off even more. Plastic table and two plastic chairs on a cramped and poorly up-kept "patio" give it the added feel of luxury. At the gate I was greeted be a disrespectful guard who must have thought I was his long time drinking buddy. Looks like they spend all their funds on frot gate and driveway. The first impression does not last long. This place is terrible.

When I arrived at the security gate the young man there was busy on the phone, he couldn't pay attention to his job. When I was leaving I had to wait again at the security gate, I don't know what were they doing inside because the windows are dark. I think they can do better in that department. Professionalism is very important..

One of the best experiences you are likely to have in North West ! Just 30 minutes from Rustenburg central, within a lush mountainous area. The grounds are well kept. The staff are upper class. Whether you go there for a weekend or just a Sunday, the family will enjoy this experience. Swimming pool, kids play area, big grass section and perfect security.

This place is beautiful only on the outside. Inside the room there was no toilet spray, the shower head wasn't working properly, the toilet bin was not emptied before I could check in. The way they make the beds is also very questionable. The food was very tasteless, I've never eaten such horrible food in my life. The dessert is the only food that tasted good through my stay. It needs improvement on how their food is made. The rooms also need to be renovated because most of them are old-fashioned.

Excellent venue for spiritual growth and there is tranquility, workers there are doing an excellent job 👏 👍

We only did an overnight stay, however, it was definitely the break we needed. My husband and I had the best night sleep, best breakfast and wonderfully warm reception from the staff. 100% will recommend

Stopped in for lunch. Great views, food good, stunning reception and dining room. Would have loved to sleep over. Hopefully another time

We only visited the spa and it was a lovely experience. The staff was friendly and the treatments were very much up to standard. Would definitely recommend :)

There's so much you will find out when you get there. They have some laws and regulations which they don't share publicly. After driving 100kms, I was very disappointed

Worst experience... Told there is no food except sandwiches... No menus... Staff don't have product knowledge... Someone drowned and there was no lifeguard..no first aid... Nothing... How it's 5star with that service is a joke

Sparkling Waters is a place to be. I enjoyed with my family. My kids are like can we go back again We rily enjoyed the service from the staff. Tht was excellent😍😍

When we arrived the room had some bugs inside, but the staff was very friendly. The next day the house keeping did their job and the room was very neat and clean.The food was very delicious,and it's a lot.Only their bathrooms are too small and their WiFi was really bad,it wasn't working. But we had a great time there with my family, we really enjoyed our stay.Its a beautiful place to get away to.

Had a lunch there. Good burgers. Cold beer. Service was maybe a bit slow despite us being the only table in the deck.

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. The cleanliness of the area was questionable. The buffet was extremely limited. The staff was very stingy with the portions and if you tried to get more they would give you judgemental looks. Not to mention the food items provided were either sour, tasteless or cold...overall this facility needs a lot of improvement. A LOT.

Staff were so accommodating and friendly. They catered for all our needs each day. The rooms are clean, cosy, and spacious. The view is lovely. I will definitely return

Worst experience ever, the toliet was smelling and not impress with the room we were booked on, the food was terrible and flies all over. I experienced trauma with a child drowning in a pool and eventually died due to no lifeguard and the pool was not marked for shallow and deep side. There was no security measurement put in a place for such incidents and no staff officials nearby to save the child. I highly don't recommend the place and Hotel Director Jane was so arrogant and lacked customer service.

Stopped for coffee on our way to an activity (the only option close by) and the coffee was definitely not recommended. Finding your way around is also a struggle...

Nice place, we just stopped for a Quick meal and the kids swam which was nice after a long drive. Hotel is renovated outside and looks nice don’t know about the inside.

If you can not handle them and PAYING guests rather just focus on them 1. On friday afternoon we had to wait 30min for our "servantsroom" 2. We booked paid for husband and wife 3. Towels for 1 Water for 1 Disgusting coffee and milk for 1 Water for one. Toiletoapet and soap gor one 4. Toilet leeked 5. Showerdoor did not seel properly made floor more wet. 6. Dinnermenue in a hotel fridayevening was not for hotel dining room. A 6year old could do better printing 7. Why put stuff on menue if it is out of stock 8. Salad with every dish That is fine but hallo the same salad for starter. Is your chef qualified. 9. Price of food. 10. Breakfast bad 11. Table clothes DURTY 12. No proper coffee 13. After we went out for the morning we came back at 14h00 room still DURTY had to phone and beg please come and clean our room. The excuse was short staff. That not my problem. WE PAID NOT THE GOVERMENT. SATERDAY we had our evening meal at another resort. With proper starters main course and Irish coffee and 10% tip bill was less than your bad food bill friday evening. WE WILL NEVER VISIT YOUR HOTEL AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL WHO WANTS TO LISTEN IN CENTURION. HALVE IS NOT SAID WHO EATS NONAME BRAND JAM IN A HOTEL FOR BREAKFAST. NO Tomato sauce. Is your financial problems that big.

I will never return to this hotel. Majority of the staff were unfriendly. Terrible Customer service. Upon entering my room I found somebody else's toothpaste in the bathroom, only 1 small milk carton supplied for tea and coffee, TV was not working so I had to call reception, main bathroom light was not working, no wifi in the bedroom only at reception, mini fridge in the room had nothing in it, set menu did not cater for vegetarians, the resort was so empty yet they placed me next to a very noisy neighbour and now my emails to reception are being ignored as I have asked for a Manager's email address to log a formal complaint. I have been to this resort a few times a few years ago so I thought with the revamp the experience would be out of this world and I was wrong!!

It was great. The food was amazing. Chris is a great manager and handles customers with great care and professionalism. He has a great business mind. Keep up the great work. The only thing that need attention is trying to provide some sort of shade for the cars.

My new favourite destination. The place is a gem, it's beautiful. Staff are in point We are not disappointed at all and will definitely return. Only downside is the games room is super outdated, 70% of the equipment was not functioning and I expected a more visible presence of the waiters at the pool. We were walking up and down to get our own drinks... That was terrible honestly - the hotel can make extra money by being attentive to our needs while we are lounging around the pool from the morning till late. Also don't use glasses around the pool, as they break, invest in strong plastic cups, pour the beer or cider in there and return with the glass bottle. I got a huge cut due to broken bottles in the grass.
