1. Check-in time is 2 pm. We arrived at 2:30 pm. The room was not available until almost 4 pm. Moreover, the room was not the family room we booked. It was a small double room without a bathtub. The receptionist said they could provide us with another large family room, but they would have to wait another half an hour. By the time we checked in, it was already 4:30 pm. 2. There were chips in the drawer in the room and the table was sticky and had not been wiped clean, so we called the reception and asked them to arrange for someone to clean it. 3. The breakfast was fine. In fact, the staff were friendly. But the problem was that after I finished using the black pepper, I found that the black pepper inside was already moldy. 4.We felt that the photos on the Internet were too different from our actual stay. We even felt that this place was not worthy of 3 stars. We paid nearly R5700 for two nights. We felt that the price was overcharged.

I came with a friend to see the place as she was planning something for her family, the place looks stunning.. they have two conference halls that you can host meetings and parties at a decent price, the pools looks clean and there are some friendly and beautiful animals roaming around.

What a destination! For business or time with the family. In the wild and yet the luxury of a five star resort. Only 4km from Waterfall mall. Patience and her team has taken hospitality to the next level. The restaurants food is also amazing. Can't wait to be back.

I have traveled alot and stayed at different accommodations. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else. For the price you pay including breakfast it is not worth it You wait long hours to even enter the hotel because there's only one staff member on the premises at night. You have to wait ages for the water to get hot in the shower. People partying playing music and making noise for most of the night so how do you fall asleep. The pools are dirty and not maintained well. At breakfast the eggs are drenched in oil and the juices are literally water and a pinch of syrup. Not much breakfast options/variety either. I've had much better breakfasts at much cheaper accommodations so i see no value for my money at this place. I had certain dietary requirements such as a seperate pan for halal , they had no idea what my needs were or anything to do with halal yet they probably get many muslim guests.

The past two days were awesome, I had the best hospitality in the hotel 🏨

We were attending an event in the area. This was a great option to stay. They allowed for an early check-in which was great. The hotel room is very spacious, we had an extra large bed and a single a couch area and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great in the morning. Only reason I am giving this a 4, reception does not answer you have to walk there... we also needed extra blankets as it is winter and we didn't get.

Perfect, perfect just work on the smell on the drains and the water smells too. Also, the smell of paint i guess it was die to renovations done but overall it's amazing. Definitely coming back!!!

We had an overnight stay.... George was very pleasant as we had been double booked by bookings. com(please be weary). George made sure he helped us with the problem. Didn't use facilities, but good stay.

The rooms are cleaned and had everything you could need. The natural landscape is well maintained and nice to look at. But I will say that the service in the restaurant needs to be improved.

Stunning place almost hidden away a bit, lots of stunning birdlife, very peacefull and the staff was all very friendly and posative..our coffee was great thanks. Day visitors are welcome, theres a walking trail and swimming pools, and relaxing massage with great food..

What a friendly n lovely place starting from the reception, Nontobeka was so very kind n friendly. The room n linen was very clean and everything was working in that room I was in. We came as an institution to do a policy review. It happened that I came to the restaurant late and food was finished and there was this abit dark girl wearing spectacles. She went an extra mile, got me food n for that I'm really grateful.

Extremely reasonable rates. Beautiful surroundings. Perfect destination for a get away weekend. Braai & swimming pool facilities available. aswell as Restaurant and bar. The Hotel Manager Patience together with her crew of staff were extremely polite and helpful.

I stayed over at this establishment for work purposes and did not really make use of their leisure facikities like yhe 4 swimming pools. I can, however, rate their rooms and other services from my experience. The room that I had was clean and it being summer, I was greatful for an airconditioner that was working very well. I will add though that I think the room I was booked in needs an update if one considers the hotel accommodatikn rates. The restaurant had a nice vibe to it and made me feel right at home in the bush😄. The service one the first night was good and the food was really tasty. On the second evening there were more guests and only one barman that was also the waiter and two shefs, and we unfortunately had to wait 90 mins to get our food. Then, the meals were not ready all at once either, and this was a bit of a disappointment. I would also not order the Calamari again as this was not prepared properly.

I absolutely loved the serenity of the place. Very quiet and secluded from all the noise. A perfect spot if you want to check yourself in for a nice quiet time.

Staff is awesome, friendly and very helpful even though they are in a transmission perriod, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. While upgrading their facility after a very difficult time. They are still fantastic. With a few pointers from visitors they will fly.

honestly if it was not for warm welcoming and friendly staff that made me even forget irritating things around that hotel, i would say that was my first and last visit at that place. may you please improve the standard of the hotel more especially your kitchen facilities. waiting for a cup of coffee for almost 30min its unreasonable!!!but we understood as the ladies explain why. But they cant always keep on explaining everything on your behalf in that hotel.Make their job easier and upgrade couple of things. Kitchen, shower pressure etc.But otherwise im happy and had fun.

We were finally booked in after much hassle. The hotel staff outdid themselves by giving us the best service and beautiful rooms with exquisite features. There's comfort and the place is tranquil and peaceful.

First and foremost, the entire place is being looked after at all since there is dust everywhere. I was given a room 214 that has got one key and I must go to the reception everyday to drop the key for housekeeping which I find it very disturbing. On my third day of stay, my car was scratched outside as I went inside to buy some drinks and no one knows what happened. I will never book at that place again and will not recommend anyone to stay there at all, even when you try to sit outside next to the pool, there is big birds like ostrich keeps coming wanting to bite you or taking the food you are eating and there is no one keeping an eye on this even cats are all over you since you can tell they are hungry. I strongly believe that at Bon Hotel they don't value customers or take them serious at all and for me that was the last time being there.

The WiFi was glitchy. The shower pressure was very low. The steak was extremely dry - not good at all. The bed was comfortable.

Nice place. I didn't like the busyness of the worker's around the place cause other worker entered my room without me letting her in.

Everything about the hotel is fine, the stuff is well trained and very active also very strategic location but they must really work on their road. Very bad, bad, bad. After 4 days of ANC conference I had to change my front suspension and alignment
