When
your
personal
circumstances
change
and
you
decide
to
cancel
your
wedding
months
in
advance
of
the
wedding
date
(*and
before
the
national
lockdown*)
and
still
according
to
their
contractual
regulations,
staff
personalities
do
a
180
degree
flip,
phones
get
put
down
in
your
ear
before
you
are
finished
speaking,
emails
which
were
instantly
replied
to
before
the
cancellation,
are
now
emails
that
are
ignored
and
the
process
of
getting
hold
of
them
becomes
an
absolute
nightmare.
They
don't
abide
by
their
own
contract
and
make
false
promises
to
keep
the
money
(and
quite
a
large
sum)
that
they
owe
to
you,
for
as
long
as
possible.
A
venue
I
considered
one
of
the
most
beautiful,
romantic
and
inimate
venues
in
the
country,
has
now
lost
all
its
magic
and
started
to
show
its
true
character.
Be
very
careful
to
do
business
with
them.
