What an experience! we stopped at laser clinics yesterday by curiosity as they were advertising for Black Friday. The girls were very nice and knowledgeable.We were invited for a complimentary laser consultation! The service from Paula and the manager and all the girls was really pleasant and professional. We ended up purchasing a few laser sessions as the Black Friday prices were very attractive. We can't wait to come for our first session 🙌 .Thank you all 🙂

Paula was a wonderful aesthetician. She throughly explained the treatment and other treatment options during my consultation process. She was both gentle and knowledgeable and gave me the time to query her about any concerns I had. I will definitely be going back.

Tl; dr: Poorly trained staff and ineffective laser treatment. Don't go to this clinic! Absolutely terrible service. The day I went to sign up, someone else in the lobby was complaining, and that should have been my sign to walk out! Unfortunately, I signed up (and paid a full advance) for legs, bikini, upper lip and underarm laser. From the first treatment, I had a severe reaction on my legs. The therapists all had different advice and it was only when I repeatedly asked that the manager provided some sort of solution in the for of a cortocosteroid and some light treatment. While the manager was at least responsive when asked for help and provided a refund on the remaining leg treatments I did not continue because of the reaction (partial refund, not full), the rest of the therapists, especially the assistant manger were untrained and downright rude (but note I had to keep asking for a help and they would provide a response rather than having proper plan in place to manage the spots and stains all over my legs because of the treatment). The assistant manager even tried to convince me that the reaction on my legs was because of the way I shaved. Most importantly, the treatment did not take anywhere. I stopped the legs after the first couple of treatments so can't comment, but finished the treatment for the rest of the areas and three month hence, my hair growth everywhere else is just the same as it used to be and I now have spots and discoloration all over my legs.

This is a professional service offering high quality laser removal at a competitive price. Vicky was friendly and competent, and went above and beyond. Will be a return customer.
