This review is based on my hair laser removal in this clinic. I have not tried anything else so I can not judge their overall performance . A little background , I have had hair laser removal since 2013 that is a good 9 years . So I would be comfortable saying I would know if a therapist performs well when using the laser hair removal machine . The clinic has a nice ambience , they greet you with smiles and tempt you with attractive offer packages . I have not purchased a package I decided to just buy a one off to see and try therm out ( which was a smart move , never buy packages until you test them out no matter how economically it may appear , at the end you would be disappointed and angry on the money you wasted on a package and will have to eventually look elsewhere ). My therapist Reneta , lovely lady however it took maximum 8 minutes two decent medium size . When I pointed out there are hair strands , she said it would go away , which is not the case . When you blast the laser with hair strands it usually fizzes off like burning hair but she said oh it will touch the root and then shaved it rather than zapping it so it wouldn’t bother me . I could count on one hand how many zaps she did and that is not more than five ! The therapists whom I have done hair laser removal with the exact same machine would take their time and ensure that all areas are well covered . This was a lousy whatever kind of job . Would I be returning back to them ? No . As nice and clean the place maybe . But their hair laser removal service quality is horrible and you should seek another option with a place that is after returning clients and not a quick buck . So one star for the laser hair performance . Definitely not returning back and would not advice you to either . Which made me think if that’s how their hair laser performance is how would the rest of their services would be ? So definitely not coming back for anything .

I’ve had around 15 sessions so far for my bikini. Most sessions in Victoria, and 2 in Cabot place. I started seeing results in the Victoria clinic and then my moved to Canary Wharf. Not only I’m not seeing the result in Canary Wharf, but everything is growing back (even in the parts where I had no hairs already). The therapist I had in Canary Wharf was lovely. She’s done every single mm that I’ve asked and I don’t think it’s her fault because she’s used the same settings that worked for me before. So I’m assuming this type of laser is not suitable for me (or it’s outdated or something) which should’ve been mentioned when I has my revision session at a different branch. This is the biggest waste of my time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Honestly this clinic has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I am now on my second session of hair laser removal and I have received a call on the day of the appointment to either cancel or reschedule it. Whenever I went in, the specialist would have either called sick or was arriving late, resulting in waiting times of 20 minutes to an hour. Given the fact that their service is not cheap, I would seriously consider before buying it or attending this clinic. I am going to switch to a different one going forward, since they cannot commit to the appointments they schedule. I would give it zero stars if possible!

Very clean and nice staff as usual. Rima did my laser hair removal session last week and she was very professional. She asked through the session if everything was fine and made sure she covered all the areas properly.

I’ve used Thérapie clinic in other locations such as Victoria, but today I had my 5th laser hair removal treatment with Rima 💜 at Canary Wharf Cabot Square, and this was the best experience I’ve had for any of the treatments at any Thérapie clinic. I wish I came here straight away and didn’t waste my time at other Therapie clinic locations. Rima was very knowledgeable and explained about my progress and really reassured me and put at ease and I didn’t feel rushed at all for asking questions. I have enjoyed my treatment VERY MUCH (what a difference 🙌🏽 - it felt like it was a different company I went to) as she has done it very professionally, very thoroughly and she was very caring and kept asking if I was 🅾k throughout the whole procedure. She is an absolute ⭐️ SUPER STAR ⭐️ thank you so much for your amazing service 💜 Also want to mention that girls at the receptions were really nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional ! And very very helpful providing information about other treatments that I’m looking to get done there now. The whole atmosphere at Cabot Square clinic is so much better and waiting area is so nice as well 💜

I had my laser appointment today with Rima at Canary Wharf Cabot Place clinic, and I had such a great time. It supposed to be on the highest settings so far for me so I expected to be in a bit of discomfort but we talked and laughed so much that I barely noticed anything. Every time I visit Therapie Clinic I leave feeling great! On my last few appointments I’ve seen Rima who has been amazing! She goes the extra mile in order to make me feel super comfortable and reminds me of all the post care. I would recommend to anyone!

My beautician Rima she’s such a lovely person and does things carefully and in a very professional manner, I really enjoy doing my treatment with her and I can tell the difference after 5/6 sessions done. Some areas take more time to see difference than the others as it really depends on the hair thickness and abundance but I’m very satisfied so far.

I really enjoy my Hydrafacial treatment with Raimonda today. She kindly explained every part of the treatment and made some great recommendations for future treatments without being pushy to book them now. I will definitely take her suggestions and will be back to continue my treatment next year.

I had an amazing experience, Giulia did an amazing job, clean, precise, friendly throughout the entire process. I did the full body Cynosure and it can definitely be awkward at times since some of the areas treated are around the bikini, but she made sure I was comfortable and at ease, very professional. 6 weeks ago I was with Becky for my 4th treatment if I remembered her name correctly, she is super professional and friendly! Gentle, fast, without achy feelings! Love her and hopefully highly recommend her. And after the 4th treatment I have a significant outcome on the hair removal, literally I don’t have much hairs on my treated parts!

I’ve visited a number of Thérapie clinics in London but my experience at Canary Wharf (Cabot Place) has been the best by far. I had my session with Laysa who was amazing; she was comforting and made me feel at ease. The reception staff were also very friendly. Overall 10/10 experience.

I have done 7 sesions of laser hair removal and so far I am very happy with the result. I have been in 3 locations first 4 times were with different person and I was not very happy. It felt rushed and they didn't seem to try really. This until I got to Renata. She is amazing. She is very professional and she is taking her time and making sure i am confortable.
