A lot of options for everyone. Was looking for a pair of trousers and quick response from the staff . They found it very quick my size and been offered few options. I tried and was my size. Experienced staff to get my size from first time. Prices little high but great quality. The cashier from Latin America very professional and friendly packed my shopping and place it in a nice big bag. Even is little expensive worth the money.

The selection of suits they have available is adequate; but only if you require sizes smaller than a 34. Don’t try to ask the staff for help or measurements because the best reply that we had was “maybe he’ll fit into a 38”. Even after I scoured the shelves for a pair of trousers that could possibly fit and not finding anything, I requested more help regarding sizes to which I got brushed off by the man who then proceeded to search through only 1 of the stands, of which I had already checked, before stating there was nothing else he had... even though he was very thrilled to check their extra stock for other customers. As we had exhausted almost every corner of the store, a different man FINALLY asked us if we needed a hand with anything; but at that point I was done, my partner was done, and we plainly said ‘nope, we’ve had enough’. After spending probably an hour there with almost no help and the worst customer service I have received in a long time, my partner and I hung up the items neatly back in situ and disappeared not spending a penny. We were looking to purchase 3 suits in total, all for different events my partner has lined up so if they work on commission they definitely messed up.

I hired a suit for a family wedding and being on the larger side I had my doughts but the guys were great, nothing was to much trouble, from initial fitting to trying and changing a few bits to pick up and drop off it was effortless. After years of buying a new suit for weddings hire is a far better option it offers a better service, better fit, all-important it is cost effective and better for the environment as its no longer a wear once or twice item taking up room in my closet. Top marks, thank you

Today, 22 January, I bought a suit in the best suit shop in Cardiff, I walked into Moss bros and John knew sizes as I walk in, truly skilled master, John and Alonso then got together and sorted me out a jacket trousers and shirt, all fitted me great and I’m a slightly odd shape. So so happy, thank you guys.

Did a click and collect for a suit for my Dad’s birthday . Timely delivery! The quality is soooooo Lush. Excellent customer service at the store when I popped in for a pick up. Fair prices for the quality. Highly recommend

When I was there getting measurements for my suit, the man measuring me and the staff was welcoming. Even though they was really busy with a lot of customers at the time, they was very communicative with each other, got to apricate the team work they have and I did tell him to take his time cause I noticed he was really busy and yet he still rushed to mine and everyone else's needs and got the job done. Picked up the suit today and got to say really great work!! Measurements was perfect!!

Went with my fiance to look at wedding suits, had made an appointment which consisted of a guy rushing through the rack and picking out a jacket trousers and waistcoat all different sizes as there was nothing available and told to just try them “even though it wont go near you” so rude -then he just left and went to talk to someone else. Bad service just so glad we didnt end up buying from here.

One of the staff was very rude and they only provide baggy suits. Shocking.

My son bought his wedding suit and shirt from Cardiff store 2 months ago and it’s been in the suit bag in wardrobe ever since. Luckily today I took the suit and shirt out of the suit bag as the wedding is Saturday to iron the shirt only to find that between my son examining the shirt to make sure there were no marks and the assistant bagging it there was a swap made. As you can see from pictures the label is attached but this shirt has very clearly been worn. My son said the assistants attitude on the day was poor but this is completely inexcusable supply of goods. My assumption is the assistant has “borrowed” this shirt because if a customer has taken it back for a refund the shop could clearly have seen it had been worn. Edit……post won’t accept photos, it obviously knows how bad they are

Wedding in 3 weeks time. As groomsmen we have just found out that the Cardiff branch have lost all of our measurements. Cue mass panic. Order Number: 589605

Charged a fee for returning a hire suit two days late. Neither the strict deadline nor the late fees were mentioned to me at the time of rental and I feel like I was deliberately caught out as part of a nice little earner for the store. The store assistant tried to blame the groom for not informing us which made absolutely no sense. Poor.

Great service in Cardiff's St.David's shop. Parry couldn't have been more helpful. Took time to explain choice, helped with measurements and advised on fit. Highly recommended.

Usually always have a very nice suit variety and good service to help look for the best fit. Last time we went were waiting at the counter for a while to speak to a member of staff, he was already dealing with a customer and was aware we were at the counter but when a new customer came through the door they were dealt with first instead. I didn’t appreciate a service like that.

Was told it's free next day if you order in store. Came in another day and ordered more stuff, was then charged £8 for delivery and upon asking about it was "encouraged to keep it" came back to pick it up and no free staff to actually pick it up. Needless to say I'll order online next time.

Spent £400 on a suit online with a discrepancy. Jacket came in a regular not a short. Spoke to one of the moss bros online customer services reps and also a bloke from the store to arrange a replacement in the store... Only to find they wouldn't include my online discount in store and would have to pay the difference. Manager is absolute tool...

Went it wearing normal clothing to buy a full suit, and the gent behind the counter just looked me up and down and said “you got 5 mins mate” and didn’t take a single care in helping me, saying I was too big “by a long way” for the sizes they had on the shelf. Told me to go to another shop and buy somewhere else, really gutted as I was rather excited to shop here.

Terrible customer service skills . Went looking for a grooms suit for myself and suit for 3 best men . Found the suits we wanted to try on . Only to be ignored by the staff twice. No help atall . Asked again for a hand and the 2 sales people behind the counter ignored us again only to flick through their tablets whilst the 4 of us were stood there . Won't be purchasing any suits from there any time soon
