I went there for a quick shopping though I purchased a lot and really enjoyed it. Wide varieties of both summer and winter wears are there in affordable rates. I loved the way they displayed and organized clothes aswell as shoes and other things which made me to select things quickly. Staffs were really helpful and supportive. I do recommend this.

Primark in St Davids Centre, Cardiff, offers trendy fashion for all, along with beauty and home products. Be prepared for some waiting at the busy checkout counters, but once you're there, the payment process is swift, and the staff are friendly.

This store is out of control! It's absolutely rammed every single time I visit, there is no tills on the second floor as they have used the space for more goods! The remaining tills I would say have around 3 to 5 staff on. The wait is horrible, yesterday I visited and put my items back due to the chaos. There were at least 60 people in the queue! And 5 staff serving there are no sizes in anything unless your a xs or a size 4. Never in stock. Looks like people have money to spend!!! It's not even cheap anymore for the quality of clothing. Rather go to other shops now cheaper and a better service. Greed will lose certain customers!!!

Can be a bit of a jungle at times! However it is great value for money, but fantastic quality items are obviously going to be rare at these prices. Great if you're looking for a bargain, not so great if you want something treasured and durable that's really going to last the test of time.

Lots of choices in every department, a large shop in Cardiff town. Very reasonably priced, good quality, mens,ladies,children's, home ware and much more. Recommend a visit but it does get very busy .

Love it here, perfect place to go if you want to keep up with the trends but don't want to pay £30 on a jacket. I love disney but you could calm down with it a bit. But overall, cleanliness 10/10 clothes 9.5/10 price 11/10 so amazing. Edit: Not much has changed about it other the course of about 6 months but it has gotten more expensive, I love how the stitch and angel has calmed down now.

Great store. Help on the floor. But the sad ladies on the tills let it down. They have the intellectual capacity of paper bags. 5p my lovelies.

I often go via Primark and I browse around, that is one shop which has everything one needs at reasonable prices! It is always busy, but am always impressed that they have so many payment counters open which makes it easy for customers to queue, pay, and leave within a few minutes. Well done.

Always a good day at Primark. Spent around an hour here today. So many good deals and nice clothes to look at. You can usually find some thing to suit your style, whether you want casual or smart styles. Add to that the interesting homeware section and you have a lot to see. Typically they’ll have large crowds on a Friday or over the weekend. But it’s worth it still as you can get a new outfit without it costing an arm and a leg. Be aware that the store generally caters to a younger demographic, teens to young adults, but you can find some age appropriate clothes mixed in. I tend to have a bit of an old man style myself so I go straight to the button shirts and blazers when I enter. The only issue I find is, if you wait to late to visit a store after the seasonal change. You might struggle to find things in your size. For example, I’ve been hunting for one pair of shoes in the summer collection. They always have it in size 6/7 but never in my size 10. All in all a great place to go once in a while to see what new fashion you can add to your wardrobe. Just be warned that you usually walk out with more than you intended to buy!

Love this store although it can get quite crowded. Having been to the "biggest" Primark in Europe which is in Birmingham I can't see any difference between Cardiff and Birmingham size wise other than stuff is more spread out

Love Primark. The home ware department especially is fantastic. Very good quality bedding, towels, cushions, lighting, mugs, dinner plates all at amazing prices too.

It's huge! Gets very busy, the queues have been so bad I've given up before. However, good range of staple clothes, good location, just needs more staff!

My favourite place for shopping. Every sorts (dresses for boys, girls or babies) of dresses are available here with best reasonable prices. The place is always crowded for it’s versatile collection and suitable prices 🙂

Shop is fine but they need to control the amount of people going in / out of there, similar to when lockdown finished and they had a system to count how many customers was in/out, which was better. Far, far too many people, very packed out and can hardly look at anything because people are standing in the way.

It's always mission impossible navigating your way around the store as there are always so many people but allow plenty of time and persevere as there is a massive range of clothing at really cheap prices! Always lots of staff about ready to help you if needed. Long checkout queues but fairly fast to process

huge variety of clothes, they have a nice cafe on one of their many floors. there's even a beauty place within the shop where they can do your makeup or your nails with a booking. lots of homeware options and honestly the best Primark I've ever been in. I will be back.

This is a huge Primark store over several floors. The usual affordable prices and inclusive sizes (4 - 20 I think). The only issue I have with this store is the lack of toilets. There is a toilet for Costa Coffee customers but I feel this is inadequate, especially for the size of the shop and how long you could potentially be in there for.

Need more staff at tills. The daily queues are from entrance on Queen Street almost to the tills at ground floor. Go to next floor, find tills are closed. Makes you wanna leave your shopping & go elsewhere as it takes the joy out of shopping when you do happen to stop by here only because of wait time. Otherwise good variety of stock and nice kind staff xx

For a budget shopping it's always the best place. Though they should work on their dress collection, very limited and the colors are not very bright. They have a nice jewellery collection but again very limited. The warm clothes are great here.

I don’t normally shop in primary but my sister recommended a Spider-Man short and T-shirt set for hers son’s birthday. I went in and purchased on card. Two weeks later my sister informed me that she has tried them on him and they were too small she had tried exchanging explaining it was a gift for the next size up but they refused without receipt. I had just discarded the receipt two days previously as she hadn’t said and I no longer thought was needed. I called the store spoke to both staff and a manager explaining I had the transaction on my card to prove purchase and had previously worked in retail and know transactions can normally be pulled up on computer and all I wanted was to exchange for next size up, they refused. I now need to buy another gift as my sister is stuck with an item she cannot use. Extremely disappointed I never been impressed with primark I personally don’t shop there as I found items poor quality this was a one off as I knew my nephew wanted them. I’m shocked they would refuse an EXCHANGE - not refund for an identical item in one size up. Safe to say if someone suggested buying from there I would point blank refuse. I would not recommend this store to anyone

Always a great place for great prices on decent quality clothes - sometimes even shoes. They currently have some great winter selection for bargain prices - great bargain for the current financial situation in UK.

One of the best shop for economic, same time quality products. Dress for ladies, men, kids, fashion accessories. There are nice products defnitly you like. The price comparatively lower than other shops nearby. The ambient is very comfortable. But check the peak times, may be you stay in a queue.

Lots of choice, however the shop is loud, I don't mean the other shoppers. Was on the upper floor and the noise maybe due to stock movement was very loud, maybe some sound deadening might help. The queues at the counters were long only 2 till on an entire floor. I might shop again but would try another time to beat the bottle necks at the tills. Quick idea, maybe open more till or look into have self scan to help out at busy times.

Just been into the store and my toddler had a major tantrum whilst standing in the queue to pay 😩😭-staff were so accommodating and helped me out so much by letting me get served first- they opened up a till so I could pay and leave. From a tired mother this act of kindness means a lot more than you think! Amazing customer service and thanks to the lady who made it happen (I’m gutted I didn’t catch her name)-will definitely be coming back

Primark is always a great shop, the clothes are great and at a great price. The coffee shop is a nice touch as well. Easy access to all prams, pushchairs and wheelchairs.

This Primark’s branch isn’t the biggest one out there, it’s always disorganized and crowded. I’d recommend going there very early in the morning so that everything is still in place and for efficient shopping. Generally not a fan of Primark but you could find pretty much the necessities there.

Good as usual but personally I find it too big over too many floors. Products are quite good.

Haven't been into a primark for about 10 years as the last time I went in it was basically a free for all with clothes everywhere in not much order, but times have changed and thank god for the better, would visit again.

Always the highlight of any shopping trip with my wife and daughter, the crowd's and maskless staff and shoppers make it more appealing than ever.

Don't usually go in primark to be honest but got dragged in and I was actually surprised they had some really nice clothes in their shocker I know ill be going in again at some point well worth a look round

Masks were not enforced in here and felt ignored because I was in a wheelchair and a lot people was walking into me. I felt invisible there

Look, if you're after fashion for a season and don't mind being as cramped as a sardine then this is your shop. The quality is sub par, the fabric is cheap and so are their designs. No air con. This was just a hellish experience. Like no other shopping experience I've had before. Zero recommendations.

Good shop with a large selection of clothing split over several floors. Nice friendly staff and helpful. Lifts available as well as electric stairwells. Situated in a shopping centre that caters for all your needs. Well worth a visit.

Had a job interview and needed appropriate clothes. Approached a remarkable lady who obviously had a rapport with all staff as she greeted them along the way of showing me to the right section. She then went out of her way to ask what i was looking for and made an effort to ensure I had the right size and the right garment, ensuring that the hanger matched the size and there were no marks on it at all. We met another colleague along the way who guided me further pinpointing exactly where I could get the rest of my outfit and took an interest in why i was getting it and therefore what would work in an office interview setting. Once they showed me the way and gave me their insider tips, they wished me well and gave their best wishes in respect of my upcoming interview. Unfortunately, i failed to take their names but if the two ladies recognise this please let them know they made my day ☺️ 10/10 customer service

The store has a lot of options and at a great price. I got my black Friday shopping done from this store. However, I went back after 2 months and I didn't find too many variations in their collection.

Always a busy store but for the most part you can find what you want or need, just a few things seem to be in an odd place in my oppinion (maternity wear) and not much choice either. The staff are hard working and easy to talk to, plus if you have mobility issues you can skip the que as long as you ask a member of staff as they have a dedicated till for disabled shoppers.

Poor first time I've come out with only two items. Never seen it so empty. Not due to customers buying ,but due to supply. Normally this time of year I struggle to walk with bags full with Xmas prezzie. Can see why people are doing online shopping .Such a shame and worrying when Primark fails to get supplies.

Very good clothes chain store in the UK. You can find a lot of cheap and good looking clothes here. This shop is huge and has multiple floors. Home items are at 3rd floor (top floor) and their price is also very competitive. This is definitely a good place to do shopping.

Huge selection of clothes for all the family. Very reasonabley priced for high street fashion but obviously the quality isn't always to a high standard but what do you expect for the price. Also has a great home department. Love this place.

This is a massive store with 5 levels of items to choose from. Staff although hard working still have time to answer questions and are very polite and courteous. Have not seen all stock but from what I can tell good quality items.
