If
you
like
sandwiches
which
are
dry
and
tasteless
then
you
came
to
the
right
place.
Pretty
a
Manger
was
known
in
the
past
for
yummie
healthy
hand
prepared
sandwiches
and
other
additional
food
produced
on
the
premises
on
a
day
of
sale
.
The
concept
was
as
old
as
humans
discovered
bread
so
the
idea
developed
from
1
sandwich
shop
to
the
net
of
outlets
on
each
bigger
street
in
the
United
Kingdom.
Then
the
founders
sold
it
for
a
big
dollar
to
a
corporation
and
things
started
going
down
the
hill.
My
last
visit
to
pret
was
a
disaster.
Shop
was
hot
and
smokey
and
fridges
were
empty
and
filthy.
it
was
only
2pm
and
shop
was
empty
.
I
was
the
only
customer
and
3
guys
behind
the
counter
were
having
a
laugh
talking
dirty
and
playing
with
each
other.
The
counter
area
was
a
mess
.
Dirty
coffee
machine
and
filthy
greasy
floor.
Their
aprons
stained
and
sweaty
faces
and
hands
put
me
off
buying
their
product
straight
away.
I
chose
vanilla
milk
shake
which
tasted
like
frothy
milk
with
no
vanilla
in
it.
Almost
£4
for
a
cup
of
cold
milk
made
me
feel
stupid
that
I
agreed
to
pay
for
it.
Dinning
and
winning
at
Pret
is
long
time
gone.
Company
is
a
glimpse
of
a
good
choice
of
food
and
coffee
they
used
to
be.
Comparing
to
Starbucks,
Pret
looks
like
a
poorer
sister
which
had
a
car
accident
and
never
recovered.
And
I
have
a
feeling
that
they
will
need
a
very
skilled
brain
surgeon
to
bring
this
injured
patient
to
its
past
glory.
In
overall
very
disappointing
and
negative
experience.
Will
not
be
coming
back
to
visit
Pret
any
time
soon.
