I just bought £22 annual trade membership and done shopping first time. It is a massive place to buy nearly everything one would need. Prices are competitive with some normal or little higher than the retail shops. Petrol and Diesel prices are lower than the normal fuel station. Worth visiting if you can prove you are a trader of any kind.

As you'd expect of Costco, wholesale prices and Kirkland products are great value. Some items are discounted further so is worthy of taking a look depending on your needs. Petrol and diesel is also amongst the lowest in the area so be sure to fuel up when you arrive before shopping as the que for fuel can only be joined before you head inside the car park, as there is no way to join the que after your shopping is done from I side the car park. Be aware that there is a sanitation plant near the building hence why the smell is horrendously bad on the outside but its fine once your inside the building.

Fantastic value for money. Yes you may have to bulk buy here for the majority of things but that's how you save. You are required to have membership to get into Costco which does cost approximately £33.50 but it's well worth it. It can get really busy at times especially the fuel pump but that's only because it's the cheapest for fuel around! Has a cafe area again very good value for money. Ample underground parking. Staff are sound, very helpful! Oh and the biggest Tabasco sauce bottle I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped by there on the other day to get membership and see what's going on there. As wholesale to its members I found that quite busy on Friday. Cheapest petrol in the area created a long queue to wait for pumping. You need membership card to enter. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. A big wholesale store including different range of products, mostly Kirkland products. Wish they'd more different brands. Except the deals offer or bulky items, prices are same with other markets. Just some items you can get on good prices. Food stall in the store is always busy like to have wait for 30 mins in the queue to be served. Overall big store with few more amendments will be better like provide more deals at good prices and find solutions for the queue at petrol station, food hall and tills and lastly more different brands would be better for having options.

Amazing warehouse, always busy with so much great stuff. Only issue is the fuel station that really needs staff managing the queues. To many one be gangster pushing and bullying other users. Costco needs to do more then cones. If it wasn’t for the fuel station I would give them 5 ⭐️s

Awesome place especially if you're comparing it to American Costco's. Staffs great as always but there's always better selection in the food court or the club. Parking lot and crowds are an issue.

Costco is always neat and today and offers amazing valuebfor money. Staff are always friendly and very efficient at what they do too. The most difficult thing about the Costco experience is trying not to spend your entire month's budget when you only went in for one thing. Update: it's still good. Update 2: it's still good.

Attend regularly to stock on the household essentials and a few treats. Every time I attend here is an extensive queue to check out, and because people act so entitled around here they don’t feel they should queue like the rest of us and sneak into a line so your stood around for 20 mins waiting to get paid up to leave. Should be some organisation when it comes to queuing.

Good warehouse location especially now you can have cheap fuel as well I like to shop here for fruit and veg and cakes so we go there once a week it is good for one of the things you cannot buy anywhere else in Birmingham you just need to be a member and membership is 25 pounds every year you can have another card in someone else's name so this way you can save the membership cost between 2 people

A good store which can get quite busy at times. The fuel filling station always has queues during the day but especially more so after 4pm. However, the wait itself isn't that bad, usually wait no more than 15mins at its most busiest to get to the pumps. Furthermore, I tolerate it considering that Costco almost always has considerablly cheaper fuel than the next lowest priced fuel station within a few miles of this store. The warehouse itself is neat and tidy. They have a carpark at the front of the store which is quite big. However, the have a much larger underground car park where you are always guaranteed to find a space. Inside the store, they have a fantastic range of products. In my experience the bottled water section and the cake sections are extremely popular. Each month, they have big cut price products on a selection of goods. They have a cafe inside which is extremely popular, selling smoothies and pizzas amongst other things. Unsurprisingly, there are long queues for this.

Love love love this place! For the most part excellent value for money. We regularly visit as great for bulk purchases of all kinds. The food is generous in portions and I’ve never had a bad meal from here. Great for large parties when buying in food with excellent ranges of sandwiches, platters and cakes etc. We’ve often come home with a random purchase as not always stocked with what you’d expect so we’ve had some great buys of home and garden furniture also!

A mind-blowing warehouse with lots and lots of products. From small to big you can find n number of appliances here. It was good to see some innovative products too. The majority of things I found here was quite costly, so I would recommend everyone to fill their pockets up to their peak and come. So that you can purchase lots of things. There was a queue at the exit because there was only one man to check the bill of outgoing customers. Costco should put more staff in this place.

Stuff in store it’s good/prices going mad up from everything/….plus jobs position there are a bit strange if you are not English or from Pakistani,it’s very hard to get job on that place….looks like it’s taken over control, place it’s not Costco in control but just probably 1-2 People who likes to hires only their own family /or connect relatives in there….this is for main big managers of Costco to read, because we can’t reach in other ways to them to get interviewed from them,Cuze these few people cut us other rest of people from that chance…and us with degree university & and experience in hard physical jobs we don’t get selected!! It’s for other people too who have been cut off, from Opportunity of selecting in properly interviewing, not that wasting time ,it’s Not worth to waste time with those 1-2 people who control it there, & have taken over, about hiring people in job positions ….We believed it was multicultural creation of jobs there!!

What can I say? It's a Costco. If you haven't been, definitely go. You have to have the will of an ox to only buy what you go in for. Cafe is great and part of our visiting routine; love the pepperoni pizza. Petrol can be much cheaper too.

Very nice. But not enough parking space, need to take long time to queue to get into the car park area and wait for vacancy to park.

Warehouse is ideal for bulk buying as any other warehouse. Food Hall is reasonable and good but service is very slow sadly. The ONLY reason I’m giving this 5* is because the mature gentleman outside collecting the trolleys is so helpful and kind to everyone!!! He will help and go beyond to help people load their cars. The gentleman is an assets to Costco and I hope to see him on the wall of Employee of the Month. Very nice man indeed.

Great store, awesome prices, expectations met basically. If you can get your hands on a Costco card, it is worth it and more.

Fuel is cheap but the queue to get it is a joke. I queued for 20 minutes only to be told card error. Then told the card ran out, just some simple advise at the petrol station, maybe say take fuel now only once but to see customers services.. Would make a lot of sense

Always busy but loads of parking available. Loads of products to choose from and food is easy to order now as they have order screens. Just order at the screen and pay then await to be called by your number to collect. Always end up spending over £100 here tho, haha. Staff are always helpfull and trollies are nice and big. Shelves are always full and easy to each

It’s a huge retail complex offering all groceries, had a chance to visit with my cousin. The entry is solely for members and their guests (2 pax per member) the rates are incredibly lower than the market. Electric appliances are bit pricey. Great facility for local residents who owns the membership

Great place to shop in bulk. The toilet paper and washing powder were always best buys. Most of the best discounts are on the very American products. Also great place for catering supplies and bulk ready prepared foods. Shock!! Recently, the prices are creeping up epic!

Great place. Quality food, reasonable prices, friendly service and staff. Rotisserie chicken is delicious, as are the bbq wings. Cheap pizza, hot dogs and ice cream to eat from cafe on way out! What more can you ask for?!! 🤔

Returns queue was long & it took me well over 20 minutes to return an item. Only 2 people on till. Overall service good. Good range availability & busy store. I am sure, it can be managed better.

As a member i get my petrol from there and few things I need if on offer the cafe is well worth the wait if you're hungry

It's a Costco. Everything is bigger, membership required, bulk buy bonanza. Want a pallet of Pianos? This is for you. Buy your mayonnaise by the bucket? They have you covered. What's better than 6 massive muffins? Another 6 for the same price. But seriously, it's a standard Costco experience. Tue place can get very busy around holidays and weekends so he prepared for that.

👍👍 Yummy Oriental produce including many items that are unavailable in "the big four" supermarkets. The kids also love seeing the "fresh" crabs and lobsters moving around in their tanks; crustaceans which are also for sale to boil/cook and eat.

😠 Poor service. I was sent the incorrect items and then expected at my inconvenience to return them! Instead I opted for the only other choice of a partial refund, which I've never received. I won't be shopping with Grey Haze ever again. I'm very disappointed with the lack of care for their customers...
